This evil agenda was born in secrecy as a conspiracy against the US, its democracy, people and the rest of the world. It is a clandestine conspiracy to rule the world by the Neocons. It is also treason against the people of the United States, human rights abuses, genocide and war crimes as a result of Neocon lies and actions.

If you read it and this article you will better understand that if you vote into office another Bush or another Neocon, you need to have your head examined as to whether you are cognizant, in control of your memory and thought processes or are comatose or… maybe just dead from the neck up.

Most Americans already know that George W. Bush was a wanton liar. Went way out of his way to undermine any investigation into September 11, 2001, and even classified documents all the way back to when his father was Vice President in the Reagan Administration and even documents related to the Bush 41 administration. This article will not focus on what most people in the world already know about George W. Bush as the lying, pathetic president he was. He is, bottom line, a pathetic excuse for a human being and should have never been elected to the highest office in the United States.

Daddy Bush was directly involved in this Neocon lunacy that is an insane agenda for the USA and an evil plan that has nothing to do with democracy. This article will explain to you why George W. Bush rushed to classify documents all the way back to the Reagan Administration regarding his Neocon father.

Today I am going to tell you some facts about Daddy Bush being just as much low-life scum as his Village Idiot son. The entire family has that problem; they are not American Royalty except in their arrogant, delusional minds.

When I graduated from high school my grandfather gave me a handwritten note with 12 items and counseled me: “When you truly learn what the 12 sayings mean, you will be a wise man and know more than any college education will bestow upon you.”

It took me until age 23 to learn that the first item on that list was very true: “You will be a wise man when you learn to tell the difference between when it’s raining versus when someone is pissing on your feet.”

That is my opinion of the Bush family even when I was still a Conservative Republican. They have pissed on the feet of America all during 2 presidential administrations (and even before then in the Reagan Administration). When they saw fit just lied and took a big crap in everyone’s living room to rub it in and flaunt what American Royalty elitists they think they are.

Even while George H W Bush was Vice President in the Reagan Administration and later the RNC nominee for President of the United States, Daddy Bush had to pull major strings to keep his son Neil Bush from being indicated and sent to prison for banking fraud and self-dealing.

Silverado Savings and Loan

Silverado Savings and Loan collapsed in 1988, costing taxpayers $1.3 billion. Neil Bush, the son of then Vice President of the United States George H. W. Bush, was on the Board of Directors of Silverado at the time. Neil Bush was accused of giving himself a loan from Silverado, but he denied all wrongdoing.^[29]

The U.S. Office of Thrift Supervision investigated Silverado's failure and determined that Neil Bush had engaged in numerous "breaches of his fiduciary duties involving multiple conflicts of interest". Although Bush was not indicted on criminal charges, a civil action was brought against him and the other Silverado directors by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; it was eventually settled out of court, with Bush paying $50,000 as part of the settlement, The Washington Post reported.^[30]

As a director of a failing thrift, Bush voted to approve $100 million in what were ultimately bad loans to two of his business partners. And in voting for the loans, he failed to inform fellow board members at Silverado Savings & Loan that the loan applicants were his business partners.^[31]

Neil Bush paid a $50,000 fine, paid for him by Republican supporters,^[32] and was banned from banking activities for his role in taking down Silverado, which cost taxpayers $1.3 billion. An RTC suit against Bush and other Silverado officers was settled in 1991 for $26.5 million.

Damn, another ‘pooped Bush dirty diaper’ and Daddy Bush is out stumping for money to bail out another one of his offspring. It was not just Silverado S&L; everything this Bush family does has a stench and taint about it. The term ‘un-American’ fits the Bush family like Cinderella’s shoe.

Frank Annunzio (D-Ill.) on the administration for lagging in punishing the president`s son, Neil Bush, for alleged conflicts of interest in a Denver savings firm. Bush was a member of a board of directors of the Silverado Banking, Savings and Loan Association when it gave large loans to one of his business partners.

The collapse of Silverado, where Bush was a director for three years until his father won the Republican presidential nomination in 1988, is expected to cost taxpayers $1 billion.”

Some may remember the ‘Keating Five’ (1988-1989) scandal in the US Senate and trying to influence federal regulators. Why would they give a damn about Charles Keating? He was a major Bush Sr. political donor to keep the regulators and prosecutors off his ass and was a big donor to those five US Senators, too. He failed, was sent to prison. (John McCain was one of the Keating Five and former Speaker of the House Jim Wright (Dem TX) was forced to resign in 1989 for many reasons but was also receiving major campaign donations from Charles Keating and ‘questionable favors’.)

John McCain got off light in the Keating Five investigations but was defined by the US Senate in a way we can all relate to now that it is known that McCain posed for a photo with known terrorists in Syria on Memorial Day 2013.

“After a lengthy investigation, the Senate Ethics Committee determined in 1991 that Cranston, DeConcini, and Riegle had substantially and improperly interfered with the FHLBB's investigation of Lincoln Savings, with Cranston receiving a formal reprimand. Senators Glenn and McCain were cleared of having acted improperly but were criticized for having exercised "poor judgment".

If a Bush says ‘rule of law’ you need to be very suspicious because the Bush Family does not believe in the rule of law if it is to be applied to them or any of their insider buddies and political donors.

Maybe younger Americans or even older ones that just do not pay attention really do not have the political sense to vote rationally or sensibly. One of the things killing America is the vote ‘R’ or vote ‘D” mental disorder because people do not know any better or just do not want put the energy and time forth to learn and think. I have watched this particular American idiosyncrasy for over 40 years as to how people identify themselves on how they vote, but did not even consider what they voted for and who when the particular candidate had no common interest with the voter. Or worse, could not care less about America and its people.

It also begs the question as to whether or not the RNC or DNC can pick a real, live, sensible, caring human being to run for the highest office of the land rather than an endless string of dumbass liars and losers that suck whether they are in office for 4 or 8 years.

I was right in the middle of the S&L crisis and workouts due to being the CEO of a design-build-development company and how the federal regulators take over a failed S&L or bank. They shut down all LIP [loans in progress] while they are evaluating how much damage is done to the FDIC or FSLIC but still charging interest while not allowing projects to move ahead. Real estate projects, even if pre-leased for 10 or 20 years are brought to an immediate halt. I did not want that ‘workout’ experience but sometimes in life people have one those ‘life happens’ experiences when life bites a person in the ass and it is either fix it or perish. I fixed it and moved on.

“The savings and loan crisis of the 1980s and 1990s (commonly dubbed the S&L crisis) was the failure of 1,043 out of the 3,234 savings and loan associations in the United States from 1986 to 1995: FSLIC closed or otherwise resolved 296 institutions from 1986 to 1989 and the RTC closed or otherwise resolved 747 institutions from 1989 to 1995.^[1]

A savings and loan or "thrift" is a financial institution that accepts savings deposits and makes mortgage, car and other personal loans to individual members (a cooperative venture known in the United Kingdom as a building society). By 1995, the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) had closed 747 failed institutions nation-wide, worth a total possible book value of between $402 and $407 billion, with an estimated cost to American taxpayers of $160 billion.^[2] In 1996, the General Accounting Office estimated the total cost to be $160 billion, including $132.1 billion taken from taxpayers.^[3]”

The Reagan TEFRA [Tax Equalization, Fairness and Reduction Act, 1984] was a good law to put an end to ridiculous tax shelter schemes that were abundant back then due to US prime interest rates hitting 21%. The TEFRA legislation had the unintended consequence of damned near wiping out the US Savings & Loan sector because of something that was going on but did not surface until federal regulators stepped in, seized all of the files and records. People were literally paying real estate appraisers, accountants and attorneys to create falsified real estate appraisals that were anywhere from 110% to 150% of the true value of a piece of development land and the construction loans that were needed to build them.

The Bush family and their bandit friends in Texas were heavily involved in what crashed many of the biggest S&Ls in the USA. That was especially true in Dallas and Houston TX where some of the biggest in the US collapsed due to the type of appraisal and Loan to Value ratio being manipulated and billions went out the back door for Texas-style indulgences and personal toys.

When the real estate depreciation laws were changed under TEFRA, it had an unintended blowback when all S&L’s had to ‘mark to market’ what the real value was of the real estate loans they had issued, whether short-term or long-term financing. The fraudulent loan to value ratios were a major killer of close to one-third of all S&L’s in the USA and some of them were very big institutions.

The joke we were using regarding two big failures in the Washington DC area was: “Washington National ­ it wasn’t and never was national; Perpetual Mutual ­ not hardly perpetual, it crashed and burned.”

The standard LTV [loan to value] ratio as the S&L’s was 80% of total cost and value of the project. The higher the appraisal, well… the more a developer could abscond with and it was in the billions of dollars during this period of time. Many developers were only doing the projects to see how much money they could pocket and many of the projects were over-building and had no long-term future in the market.

In short, many of the projects had no economic viability, the developers had no money in it at all, and billions went out the back door for big fancy mansions, Caribbean retreats and other self-indulging items. When the S&L’s started dropping like flies, the big stench was revealed. Many of the biggest Bush backers from Texas were involved in this banking fraud and misappropriation of funds, even one of his sons.

So, let’s address the issue of why you might be brain damaged, mentally retarded or a Ritalin victim if you even consider voting for another Neocon or Bush for President of the United States. Bear in mind as you read on, Bush and Neocon are synonymous. From all appearances Daddy Bush has been a Neocon at least since he was the CIA Director of Intelligence in the Ford Administration after Nixon was forced to resign due to Watergate.

Only two times in the history of the United States has a father and son been President of the United States.

Our second President was John Adams, one of the Founding Fathers, and the first Vice President under George Washington. His vice president was Thomas Jefferson, co-author of the Declaration of Independence along with John Adams that initiated the fight to free the Colonies from the tyrannical rule of England and King George in the Revolutionary War.

The principles that John Adams drafted into the Massachusetts Constitution later became a road map for what we know as the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

Even before that, John Adams was the head of the Congress in the Colonies and selected George Washington to lead the Revolutionary War army. History records that he selected Washington as a matter of ‘the character of the man’. Those were times when the character of a man mattered. It still does, but America has lost touch with that reality in selecting leaders whether as president or who to sit in Congress or as a judge in a court of law. People with no good character, no honor, no ethics, and no integrity are not leadership; they are disasters waiting to happen.

Real values that are not compromised due to political expediency or self-gain, or self-empowerment, and are pure ethics, integrity and character really do matter and always will. That they no longer do matter in the USA is part of the major problem that has caused the United States to morph into a non-democracy that is completely dysfunctional as a plutocracy ruled by oligarchs and special interests. When led by Neocons, that is dangerous to a democracy.

One of the most interesting and famous statements I ever found in The Federalist Papers and James Madison debating with other framers was this part of the discussion between Madison and Adams:

“He also underplays Adams' belief in checks and balances. "Power must be opposed to power, and interest to interest," Adams wrote; this sentiment would later be echoed by James Madison's famous statement that "ambition must be made to counteract ambition" in The Federalist No. 51, in explaining the powers of the branches of the United States federal government under the new Constitution.^[69][70] Adams did as much as anyone to put the idea of "checks and balances" on the intellectual map.”

America has strayed so far from those principles of balance of power that America itself is in collapse mode right now and what DC calls governance is nothing but dysfunction.

Thomas Jefferson then became the 3^rd President of the United States after serving as the second Vice President of the United States. [The Bush Family do not believe in “checks and balances” and both George W. Bush and George H W Bush have already proved that while sitting as President of the United States.]

His son John Quincy Adams was the 6^th President of the United States and followed James Monroe, the initiator of what was known as The Monroe Doctrine to deter European monarchies from having expansionist dreams in the Western Hemisphere. John Quincy Adams was a member of the US House, then Senate and then the US representative to Britain to settle some territorial dispute matters and establish the US-Canada border.

This is only a small biographical sketch of John Quincy Adams:

July 11, 1767 ­ February 23, 1848) was an American statesman who served as the sixth President of the United States from 1825 to 1829. He also served as a diplomat, a Senator and member of the House of Representatives. He was a member of the Federalist, Democratic-Republican, National Republican, and later Anti-Masonic and Whig parties. Historians agree he was one of the greatest diplomats and secretaries of state in American history.^[5][6]

As president he sought to modernize the American economy and promote education. Adams enacted a part of his agenda and paid off much of the national debt.^[7]

After only one term as President, John Quincy Adams served 17 years in the US House and was instrumental in fighting against slavery in America as not being consistent with our American values of the inalienable rights of freedom and liberty. He probably was very familiar with what his father and Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence regarding ‘inalienable rights’.

In his biography, Samuel Flagg Bemis argues that Adams was able to: "gather together, formulate, and practice the fundamentals of American foreign-policy ­ self-determination, independence, noncolonization, nonintervention, nonentanglement in European politics, Freedom of the Seas, [and] freedom of commerce."^[4]

Quincy Adams was the son of former President John Adams and Abigail Adams. As a diplomat, Adams played an important role in negotiating key treaties, most notably the Treaty of Ghent, which ended the War of 1812. As Secretary of State, he negotiated with Britain over the United States' northern border with Canada, negotiated with Spain the annexation of Florida, and drafted the Monroe Doctrine.

The first time that a father and son were elected President of the United States it was two truly outstanding Americans that played very key roles in the early years of the nation named John Adams and his son John Quincy Adams.

The second time such history occurred is something many Americans now wish had never happened; #41 George H W Bush and #43 George W. Bush. Two calamitous Neocon administrations and lousy ‘presidential legacy’ history compared to the Adams Family.

Whoever can be attributed as stating the old saying ‘like father, like son’ must have had a nightmare premonition that later turned out to be George H W Bush and his Village Idiot son George W. Bush.

As the years move forward and children grow up, their parents guide them along the way, teaching them using the knowledge they've gathered over the course of their lives. Children eventually come to reflect the personality and qualities of his or her parents. Hence, someone noticing the similarities between a child's behavior and their parents might say something like: 'You're just like your dad,' or as the phrase puts it, 'like father like son.'

The saying itself is recorded in the year 1787, coming from the London World Fashionable Advertiser, where it reads:

"For between ourselves, it was like father, like son."

One of the biggest problems with US voters is their lack of memory, or learning the hard way, suffering lousy leadership and then turn right around and vote ‘R’ or ‘D’ to suffer some more. My theory is that gives most Americans a good reason to bitch and whine at their coffee klatches in the mornings and talking about the sports, weather and how lousy things are in America. As for thinking and not mindlessly voting ‘R’ or ‘D’ seems to be an impossibility of performance for most Americans.

I cannot say how many Americans watched the TV interview of George H W Bush in June 1992 when he made the following comment. It is also impossible to tell how many Americans even understood what Bush was talking about when he uttered the following statement after Desert Storm and shortly before he lost re-election in November 1992 to Clinton:

America had a brief respite when George H W Bush was not re-elected in November 1992 and beaten by a slick talking Slick Willie Clinton and a simple campaign slogan “It’s the Economy, Stupid!”

Of course, suffering through 8 years of Slick Willie was more than most Americans wanted to endure but it might have been worse had Bush Sr. been re-elected.

Read on and I will explain what ‘they’ did that deserved a lynching. You should understand why if I were President of the United States I would have the name of GHWB stricken from the CIA’s “George H W Bush Center for Intelligence” at Langley and removed from the nuclear attack carrier CVN 77, otherwise the USS George H W Bush. Honoring scumbag liars and Neocon war criminals with federal memorials offends me as being a lasting tribute to ‘stupid is as stupid does’.

There is not a liberal bone in my body, but I had to smile when San Francisco wanted to change the name of their waste treatment facility (sewer collection and treatment plant) the George W. Bush Wastewater Treatment Facility. It was voted down but would have been a fitting tribute for the George W. Bush Administration. Putting GHWB or GWB’s name on anything honorable or a sign of empire is an insult to America if they knew why Neocon Daddy Bush made that statement above in 1992.

However, what Daddy Bush was talking about above was not related to the fact that he crashed the US economy due to his pathetic domestic policies. Clinton just targeted a noticeable and glaring weakness of what happens to the US economy if a Bush is in office. No, what he was alluding to as deserving a ‘lynching’ was something far worse than wreck the US economy that GHWB did do.

What he did, just as his lame-brained lying son did after September 11, 2001, was fabricate a war based on yet more Bush lies so a Neocon could ‘look tough’ as a Neocon War President in 1990 and 1991.

George H W Bush was CIA Director of Intelligence during the Ford Administration, which included in the White House both Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney. My last article provided much more details on that because all three of them are Neocons.

Then George H W Bush was Vice President under Ronald Reagan. Reagan was previously Governor of the State of California as a true conservative and fixed to a large extent one of the mostly politically and fiscally dysfunctional of the 50 states. It did not take the liberals long to completely screw up what Reagan had straightened out but his accomplishments in ‘the land of nuts and flakes’ is why he won in 1980 in a landslide victory that changed the political dynamics. Reagan won handily in 44 of the 50 states including many that ‘always voted Democrat’ and people could not even get elected if they were Republican.

This was also when the Conservative Democrat South decided that Reagan had the right ideas, but learned the hard way… but for Neocon George H W Bush. I was one of those Southern Conservative Democrats that knew in 1980 America had to head in a different direction. I switched from Southern Conservative Democrat to Republican and brought the wrath of my entire family down on me, until I showed them why I was right.

Working quietly behind the scenes was George H W Bush and his goon Neocon and CIA buddies that negated what was the best chance the USA has had in 35 years to head in the right direction.

The CIA wanted their former Director of Intelligence Bush on the ticket, so Reagan the Conservative Republican Boy Scout could not do too much damage to the CIA and NEOCON plans they were involved in. That is also detailed in the previous article. The CIA and the Neocons did not want Reagan to change the course of America as he had in California and proved why he was ‘presidential timber’.

After Reagan served two terms, Bush and other Neocons made the move to launch their New World Order, otherwise what I have been referring to as the lunatic Neocon Business Plan. Paul Wolfowitz was in a key position during the Reagan Administration and then elevated to a higher position in the Bush 41 administration. Wolfowitz and his sidekick assistant Scooter Libby were forging the Wolfowitz Doctrine and that was leaked to the press in 1992 after Desert Storm. As the previous article details, Scooter Libby was Chief of Staff for Vice President Dick Cheney and was convicted for his role in outing Valerie Plame as a CIA operative when Bush Cheney were desperate to make their Iraq 2003 WMD lie hold.

Words and phrases like ‘Desert Storm’ and ‘shock & awe’ are Neocon sound bites used to help sell their ‘mightiest military in the world’ delusion. Yet the US has lost every war since World War II and arguably that one ended in a draw and then a long duel between the capitalist USA and communist USSR in the Cold War.

The Wolfowitz Doctrine is the bedrock that the PNAC manifesto is based on, and the entire US-Neocon war policy since George H W Bush. The Wolfowitz Doctrine is just a front for Neocon GHWB, CIA, and other Neocons that want Global Empire America, up to and including Neocon George W Bush and Neocon Jeb Bush.

What Bush 41 was referring to in the interview was what his administration did to set up Desert Shield and Desert Storm to make it look like the USA was riding to the rescue to save the entire world from Saddam Hussein. That is the official story they tried to mold into a ‘presidential legacy’ but it is not the truth.

Both George H W Bush, and George W Bush, and now Jeb do not want America to know that Daddy Bush was behind the Neocon movement at least since the Reagan Administration and probably well before that coordinating the movements, power appointments and actions of Wolfowitz, Cheney and Rumsfeld. There has also been a gaggle of Neocons focused on making sure no regional or global powers arose (Wolfowitz Doctrine) and busily at work trying to carve up the world energy supplies to being under Neocon control.

During the Reagan Administration both the CIA and Reagan were arming Saddam Hussein with all sorts of weapons, including chemical and biological to attack Iran. Those weapons had been defined as illegal under the CBW Convention, Chemical and Biological Warfare Convention. Donald Rumsfeld, former Chief of Staff under President Gerald Ford and definitely a Neocon, was assigned the task to go arm Saddam and attack Iran.

What George W. Bush wanted classified all the way back to the Reagan Administration was the role his father was playing in the NEOCON AGENDA and just waiting for certain people to be appointed into key positions to launch illegal wars of aggression based on nothing but lies and the USA then using the UN Security Council ‘VETO’ to keep from being held accountable before the International Criminal Court.

That UNSC veto is the only thing protecting these Neocons from being handed over to the ICC to face criminal trial for human rights abuses, genocide, torture, violation of the Geneva Convention and War Crimes.

He [Bush Jr.] also did not want the world to know that Daddy Bush was behind Iran Contra scandal that was a Neocon agenda even as early as the 1980s, not President Reagan.

Information had already leaked in Washington DC that there was something amiss with the Bush 41 story as to why Iraq invaded Kuwait, same problem as the Bush 43 story about 9-11 and Iraq and the 2001 plan to ‘regime change’ up to 7 nations in 5 years.

The US Congress summoned US Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie to testify about her role in a conference call that happened just before that invasion of Kuwait happened.

Iraq had a legitimate grievance and the USA refused to help fix it. They wanted Saddam to invade Kuwait and the US could respond to crush what the Wolfowitz Doctrine defines as a ‘regional power’.

What the grievance was involved US oil firms from within Kuwait using directional drilling to tap into the southernmost oil fields of Iraq near Basra and along the border, and siphon off what was claimed by Iraq to be $6 to $7 billion in oil that belonged to Iraq, not Kuwait or those US companies. (I have always wanted to know exactly which US firms were involved and stuffed their pockets with stolen oil; that must be ‘CLASSIFIED’ by GHWB and GWB.)

Saddam was demanding settlement and the USA told him; “we have no interest in your Arab-Arab dispute’. Of course not, since they helped to engineer the theft of Iraqi oil and caused the Arab-Arab dispute. Since the US would not help and stated they had no interest in helping Saddam Hussein collect, it was the USA itself that basically gave the ‘green light’ to invade and collect what was due to Iraq.

After my book came out in early 2004 a former US Foreign Service person tracked me down and confirmed that I was 100% right that George H W Bush fabricated that 1991 Desert Storm war on lies. This former US Foreign Service person was on the conference call since what Bush was planning in 1990 and 1991 could well set off a huge regional war in the Middle East. Many of the US embassies all over the Middle East were on that conference call.

The photo below is US Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie with a translator explaining to Saddam Hussein that the USA was not going to lift a finger to help in the ‘Arab-Arab dispute’. Of course not, they wanted him to invade so GHWB could launch the Neocon business plan.

It had also leaked out that the ‘crying Kuwaiti girl’, testifying before Congress about all of the human rights violations and atrocities that she ‘personally witnessed in Kuwait’ was not in Kuwait at all. Nariyah al Sabah is the daughter of the then Kuwait Ambassador to the United States, was in the United States and did not see a damned thing happen in her home country.

As detailed in my previous article, the Neocons have a need for the BIG LIE and what is sold to America and the world as American concern for human rights and justice, and democracy… and it is all a Big Neocon Lie.

This is another part of the story that the USA has never admitted, but please read closely. This is another aspect of what Bush 41 was saying about deserving a lynching and his son GW had to rush to classify all GHWB and Reagan era documents that show the trail leading to this fiasco that September 11, 2001 unleashed.

At least 2 full months before Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait to collect the $6 to $7 billion since the US had ‘no interest in the Arab-Arab dispute’, George H W Bush had US Special Forces in the region and openly attacking and firing on both Iran and Iraq. They were not posing as US Special Forces; they wanted Saddam to think it was Kuwait and just rubbing his nose in it because Kuwait could do whatever they wished since they had the Big USA Bully as their ally.

I personally know US soldiers that were assigned to this part of the GHWB lie leading up to Desert Shield and Desert Storm and what they did to set up Iraq and Saddam Hussein. Every date, code name for the classified operation was given to me and checked out with sources inside of the Pentagon or had recently retired or served out their military commitments.

Most Americans do not realize what a vile performance NEOCON George H W Bush put on display after he and James Baker assembled the coalition to ‘defend the world from Iraq’ and then gets on TV and orders: “Saddam, GET OUT OF KUWAIT!”

The USA did not want to help settle the oil theft dispute between Kuwait and Iraq because US parties were involved and Bush was using that as an excuse to get Saddam Hussein to invade Kuwait and launch their “New World Order”. That was after Neocon Donald Rumsfeld led the effort to arm Iraq, and Neocon GHWB set up Saddam Hussein to launch a war based on lies.

After the US and its allies attacked, on yet another war based on manipulation and lies, it was GHWB that was first to utter as the US President the words ‘NEW WORLD ORDER’.

What George H W Bush does not want the world to know is he was a key part in creating this Neocon lunacy and pushing the USA into a permanent war and pursuit of Global America Empire, back to the Reagan Administration and maybe even before 1980 to 1988 the period when he was the Vice President. Even within his one-term administration Paul Wolfowitz and Scooter Libby were busily preparing the Wolfowitz Doctrine in 1992 that sets forth the means the US has to take to assure their Global America Empire.

First it was the Wolfowitz Doctrine that specified that no regional or global power would be allowed to emerge as a threat to US global supremacy. Then it was PNAC (including participants in the Wolfowitz Doctrine) that specified the huge military buildup and military supremacy. But they needed their Pearl Harbor to launch their agenda, hence September 11, 2001.

Since America kicked GHWB out of office in the 1992 elections, they had to delay their Grand Chessboard strategy until another Bush got into office… or another Neocon they could trust.

The creators of the Neocons agenda knew they could not trust Clinton, because no one that had ever had any dealings with him could. However, due to a Time Magazine article that came out in 1989 the Democrat side of the aisle knew that the Republicans were up to something big (Caspian Basin oil and natural gas, pipeline across Afghanistan). Few could figure out why GHWB was making preparations to invade the CIS region of the USSR as early as 1989, and the USSR did not disband until September 1991.

Yes, they were planning a ‘pre-emptive strike’ as early as 1989 against parts of the USSR, long before the Village Idiot Bush from Crawford Texas even thought about running for president in 2000.

Even during the transition from Bush 41 to Clinton, John Sununu of the Reagan Administration was already lining up big oil and natural gas deposits in other areas of what was formerly the USSR like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc. After Bush 41 was kicked out of office his Secretary of Treasury Nicholas Brady and board member of Amerada Hess (Amerada chairman Thomas Kean was also Chairman of the 9-11 Commission) were busily lining up big deals as fast as they could in what were parts of the USSR.

The Carter Administration and former National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski created Al Qaeda for the very purpose of taking over the exact same Caspian Basin / CIS region that Neocon GHWB was planning a military operation to seize had the USSR broke out in a civil war as the USSR disbanded and gave nations back their freedom and self-determination.

The tip off to the Democrats was that article in Time magazine that appeared even before DESERT SHEILD in 1990 and Desert Storm 1991, but was named “Operation Steppe Shield” in 1989. I have written about this 3 times in the past, including this year in explaining what an idiotic business plan the Neocons have. Imagine that; Operation Steppe Shield in 1989; then Desert Shield in 1990 and 1991 leading up to the US attack on Iraq.

Most that knew about it were like ‘shield for what? More Bush lies? More Bush greed? More of the incurable oil on the brain syndrome this Bush family has?’ The ‘shield’ was so Americans did not figure out that the Neocons were preparing total global domination and needed as many ‘shields’ as they could dream up to keep from being caught in their dirty acts.

While America was either entertained or totally disgusted watching the Clinton peccadillos play out in MSM and the courts, behind the scenes in DC there was a huge battle on to keep Clinton from co-opting and launching the PNAC Neocon plan to take over as much of the global supplies of oil and natural gas they could get under control for the big political donors to the DNC side of the aisle.

They lost for the most part in controlling global energy supplies, and then Bush 43 managed to blow everything after September 11, 2001. Liars and warmongers do not deserve to win and rarely do.

It was during the GHWB Administration that Mikhail Gorbachev finally agreed as the leader of the USSR to withdraw Soviet troops from Europe and give the European nations back their freedom and self-determination. That was with the tacit agreement that the USA and NATO would not move east towards the new democratic-capitalist Russia Federation, since the Cold War had ended and Russia chose to be democratic and capitalist, too.

That withdrawal also included the CIS region [target of ‘Operation Steppe Shield’] that certain people in the USA had lusted after since Zbigniew Brzezinski and Jimmy Carter dreamed up as Al Qaeda. They wanted to isolate the USSR by turning the Islamic regions away from Moscow and to the USA. The Al Qaeda stupidity was the tool and means to create such upheaval in those parts of the USSR that were Muslim and are now places like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc.

Gorbachev and even Vladimir Putin had their hands full making sure the hardliner USSR communists did not prevail and upend the move from communism to democracy and capitalism.

Of course, as the Bush family is well known to do, they lied. Russia had not any sooner pulled out of Central and Eastern Europe than the US and NATO started moving east. We are all witnessing what is yet another USA-NATO move in what is happening in Ukraine right now.

George W. Bush wanted to classify information back to the Reagan Administration that would show the role his Neocon father played in arming Iraq to attack Iran, in the Iran Contra scandal, and his cozy role in coordinating the Neocons Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and others during that 1980-1988 period.

Then he wanted to classify everything from the Bush 41 administration related to the fact that it was the USA that created the problem with Iraq in 1990 and led to yet another Neocon brain fart that Neocon Bush dubbed as ‘Desert Shield’, then ‘Desert Storm’. Bush also wanted to suppress any inquiry into the Neocon GHWB role in “Operation Steppe Shield” that was leaked to the Time Magazine in 1989.

Bush did not want Americans to know that they had planned this a long time ago and September 11, 2001 was their excuse to get the Grand Chessboard game back into action and take over the same area Neocon Daddy Bush was planning to attack in 1989.

The Bush Family wants America to think people like Wolfowitz, Perle, Cheney and Rumsfeld are Neocons, but not any of the Bush family members. That is another Bush lie, too.

All of those moves against Iraq, USSR and others are defined in the 1992 Wolfowitz Doctrine that the door was wide open for the USA to rule the world via their long planned Global War on Terror as the cover for the real agenda: Global Empire America. The USA had to rush to make sure no regional or global rival ever appeared again, even if that meant such ludicrous positions as ‘exceptional nation’ and ‘indispensable people’ and ‘illegal Unjust War of Aggression’ with pre-emptive strikes so the Neocons get their way. They have been intent on that agenda regardless of how many lies and untruths they have to utter to hide what the end objective is.

They lost; China, Russia, EU and now even South America and India are emerging as major economic and global forces.

With the USSR pulling back and changing style of government, the war hawks in the USA could no longer use the USSR excuse for the huge military budgets. That was when things started to change from 1992 forward when the RNC set up the National Policy Forum and working on both countering Clinton policies and creating the new boogeyman as Islam and a pre-planned Global War on Terror. That was 1992 to 1996; not post September 11, 2001.

That date was just the ‘Pearl Harbor’ the PNAC Neocons wanted to justify the launch of their attempt for Global America Empire. They thought the Green Light was on due to what Neocon GHWB did to Iraq in 1991, but when he got kicked out of office they had to change their plan.

To the best of my knowledge, the first truly Neocon President was George H W Bush in 1988, then his idiot son in 2000. Obama was stuck with policies but then has added in the Democrat version of what he thinks a Neocon is to the point he is being even more ruthless than either of the Bush family.

The first director of NPF was Michael Baroody and I was working directly with RNC Finance and the RNC Treasurer. After Baroody resigned, John Bolton (Neocon) took over and was working towards forming PNAC and the full launch of the Neocons’ delusion that the US is the sole Superpower and therefore has the right to be Global America Empire. (They have no such right and is why the world is turning its back on the United States on an accelerating basis.)

The Bush Family and RNC are hoping Americans are too lazy or stupid to remember who some of the original PNAC proponents were and this entire Neocon lunacy we have seen since September 11, 2001. Of course, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Libby, Bolton, Zakheim already knew if George W. Bush got into office in the 2000 elections, the GREEN LIGHT was on for full court assault to get the empire they conspired since the Carter Administration (Zbigniew Brzezinski) to achieve. Every one of the 8 people in the photo above except Jeb Bush had key positions in the Neocon George W. Bush Administration.

Even PNAC Neocon Eliot Cohen had a role at a key time, and after Wolfowitz left John Hopkins testing out his “Neoconservative agenda”, then Cohen was later moved to that same position.

He "is one of the few teachers in the American academy to treat military history as a serious field" according to International Law scholar Ruth Wedgwood.^[2] He served as Counselor to the United States Department of State under Secretary Condoleezza Rice from 2007 to 2009.”

Their ‘School of Advanced International Studies’ is a euphemism and a front for their Neocon Global America Empire. The SAIS is very much an apologist, equivocator, rationalizer and liar for the Neocons and the stupid plans they come up with and then convince Congress and the President to initiate.

When George W. Bush put Georgia up to attacking South Ossetia in August 2008, Cohen (Neocon) was working behind the scenes helping (and failed) to pin that Bush fiasco on Russia as “Russian aggression”. His role then was ‘advisor’ to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (Neocon) and she and Bush were pushing the “Russian aggression’ lie. I wrote the key articles that proved to the EU that Bush and Rice were lying.

Had GHWB been re-elected rather than sent packing in 1992, it is highly probable that they would have launched the Global War on Terror long before September 11, 2001. They had their Wolfowitz Doctrine ready in 1992, but Bush Sr. lost. That unexpected upset derailed the Neocons until they could get their “Pearl Harbor” on September 11, 2001 and Americans would buy the BIG LIE.

The WTC facilities were already doomed long before 9-11-2001. That will be made public in a new documentary about many things the Neocons had tucked away so no one can ‘emerge to challenge them’ as their 1992 Wolfowitz Doctrine stresses.

I will not belabor in this article what a truly atrocious and pathetic Bush 43 was as President of the United States. My book ‘One Way Ticket to Crawford Texas’ detailed what a complete farce Bush was a “Great Defender” and the Global War on Terror is bogus, contrived and was planned 1992-1996. The September 11, 2001 ‘terrorist attack’ in the US was just the excuse and cover for what the Neocons are really after.

The endless lies, obfuscations, blocking investigations and even classifying his Daddy Bush records all the way back to the Reagan Administration were all part of the strategy to keep the truth hidden from the world.

Just remember before you push ‘R’ for Jeb Bush: ‘like father, like son’. No, the ‘third time’ will not be a charm for America. A third Neocon Bush in office may well be the end of the USA and any semblance of democracy, freedom or liberty, or any chance to ever get out of the hole these idiots have dug as America’s grave.

Almost the entire time that Obama has been in office, the Bush Family has been working the back alleys like the thieves in the night they are. They have been quietly telling their political support base “how historical it would be to have 3 US Presidents from the same family”, since that has never happened in the history of the United States.

The first time two US Presidents were from the same family was a good idea because they were quality people and honorable Americans. The second time it happened America got shot in the gut and the USA has been sinking ever since. Third Neocon Bush? That will be the final torpedo and America goes down.

The main problem with their idiotic idea is John Adams and John Quincy Adams were two of the finest of American leaders. The GHWB and GWB fiasco will go down in US history as two of the worst US presidents and if the whole truth, nothing but the truth be known… both were wanton Neocon liars, manipulators and War Criminals.

I disagree with the ‘Jeb the Third’ marketing ploy because it would be ‘historically tragic’ and America has suffered enough from Bush Elitism and Lies, not to mention they are Lying Neocons. There is nothing conservative about the deceitful Bush Family.

The support base is not generally buying it because they are old enough to remember what a complete damned fiasco George H W Bush and Bush Jr. have been to America. Most people at room temperature and more than 3 functioning brain cells remember all too well the damage that the Bush Family has done to America with their Neocon agenda. Not to mention all of the dead, maimed US soldiers sent to be maimed or die for a damned Bush Lie in 1991 (Iraq) and then 2001 (Afghanistan) and 2003 (Iraq again) and beyond.

Americans should know that something is amiss when 22 US servicemen and women per day, one every 65 minutes is taking their own life after being sent, used and abused for BUSH LIES. They are Neocons and lying is part of their business tactics. Jeb Bush is a Neocon, too; it is in the Family Blood and the Neocon creed has Bush genes since it is yet another atrocious prodigy of Neocon George H W Bush.

Jeb is trying to mold a big pile of stinking cow crap into a presidential bid by reassuring everyone that he is different and not like his Neocon Daddy or his Neocon Village Idiot brother GW. That is an outright lie as the photo above shows his photo as one of the 8 that were pushing the Neocon agenda shortly before Clinton was out as President.

Jeb Bush says he should be president because ‘he’s his own man’ but came out of the gate proving he is not. He is a NEOCON and who he selected as his key advisors to surround himself with are 19 Neocons from his father’s and brother’s Neocon administrations and 2 additional that can be described as ‘likeminded’.

That group of advisors includes Neocons, Zionist Jew Israel First and Dual Citizen Neocons, and war hawk Neocons all likeminded that America deserves to rule the world as Global Empire America. Even as China announced the new AIIB that is a serious challenge to the World Bank, Germany, France and the UK rushed to join and now so have Luxembourg and Switzerland. In typical Neocon fashion, now the Neocons are threatening even allies to not join the new China bank.

Empires first and foremost deny democratic principles, freedom and liberty. That is essential for totalitarianism, and what the Neocons represent is totalitarianism and have since Neocon George H W Bush tried to launch it in Desert Storm 1991 on the basis of lies and setting up Iraq.

What Neocon George H W Bush did to Iraq was a war crime and an illegal war of aggression, by definition a war crime. The US has inflicted genocide, human rights violations and war crimes on the Iraqi people just because George H W Bush wanted to appear to be a “Neocon War President”.

That was why he was admitting ‘they should be lynched’ in his offhand remark about what America had been kept in the dark about.

Then his idiot son George W Bush did the same to the tune of Neocon Emperor, and concealed the entire matter behind a war plan designed by Neocon John Bolton and other Neocons from inside of the RNC behind the National Policy Forum and later PNAC. I was there and appear to be the only Conservative Republican that has ever spoken out about the lunacy and sheer stupidity of the Neocons’ agenda and when and where it was born like a slimy snail under a rock.

If you put a third Bush in office because it would be ‘a historical first in American politics’, consider yourself warned: ‘like father, like son’. Then go get a gun and join the 22 US Veterans a day killing themselves after having served the Big Bush Lie and the Big Neocon Lie.
