this young man has not been allowed to plead innocent in a courtroom.
Why?

Thank you and I am mailing in a check for the documents.
Problem One
I do not see how the CBS Hartford CT Televison News station can run
a story about a New York Man that was arrested in Connection To Threatening
May 19, 2013 Really? I have not seen tor found
the News Release that you send me that you send to that station on May
19, 2013. Where is it or did you just call them because they ran
the story on that nightly news which I have a copy of.
Problem Two
I have copies of Dr. Wayne Carvers handwriting that someone from his
office provided me and it does not even come close to his offciail complaint
that he filed against Jonathan Reich.
The complaint must write out his own statement not transcripe it to
Det Reid that is not his job.
After Carver writes his complaint them Det Reid writes his report and
both documents go to the State Attorney's offccie for review and if
charges need to be filed it will happen there.
So why did Det Reid write Carvers complaint statement?
Cannot wait to get him into a courtroom and whoever leaked the news
story to CBS News Televison Station.

I guess my age at 70 forgot to ask for the right News Releases which
should not be just the release under CT FOIA but it must include In
Public Records the e-mail as you stated is being used by the Avon CT
Police Department to notify all the News Agencies in CT.
I feel so stupid, so please under the CT FOIA request please provide
me with a copy of each e-mail that corespondents with the Media Releases
you send in in my first mailing for all those arrests.
Each media release should be provided to me with a copy of the e-mail
that you send out showing date, time, senders names, whom it was received
by and the subject line.
Now how can I verify the accuracy of the News Releasesm if I do not
have the complte e-mail that shows the News Releases being send out
by your Avon CT Police Department.
I apologize for being so old and confused,
Please processas quickly as posible since I have another hearing coming
up in CT.
I have money on the way for past costs.
