If Obama's amnesty goes through, within 5 years, America is finished

Caller: "You also made the statement that California is going to become a Hispanic state and if anyone doesn't like it they should leave - did you say that?" Obledo: "I did. They ought to go back to Europe."

In 2007, hordes of illegal aliens who are not immigrants or undocumented "residents", marched by the tens of thousands across this country demanding special treatment after they lied and cheated their way into our country. Since 1986, when Ronald Reagan opened the flood gates for this decades old invasion, illegal aliens have financially destroyed states and their resources; hospitals, school districts and welfare in all forms. Tens of billions spent for law enforcement for all the crimes committed by illegals, over loading jails and prisons. Not to mention the tens of thousands of Americans killed by illegal aliens.

24+ million Americans out of work while 11.5 million jobs are held by illegals who have no right to even be on U.S. soil. Millions of those liars, cheats and thieves have ruined the lives of so many by stealing their identity in order to steal jobs that belong to Americans and naturalized Americans who came here legally to begin a new life.

Let's also not forget draining our natural resources like water. The communist state of California has roughly 8 million illegals. They also have desperate water problems. How much water do you think 8 million illegals use everyday in that state for laundry, cooking, flushing toilets, baths, showers, watering lawns, etc? And, let us not forget the disease ridden ones who have imported nothing but misery for others.

Now, we are to reward them? Do we reward bank robbers just because they have a good sob story? My Scicilan grand parents fled Palermo, Italy to get away from the mafia. My German grand parents fled Germany to get away from Hitler. But, they did it legally and when they got here, there was no welfare of any kind. They were happy to become Americans and worked menial jobs to feed my mother and uncle.

Well meaning Americans in Florida and Arizona are enraged as we all should be and want to get rid of their sell outs by recall:

Unfortunately, they haven't done the legal research: Members of Congress cannot be recalled. Over the past couple of decades, every effort has failed. As with term limits, the Constitution has to be amended to include recall. It's not about a state constitution, it's about the U.S. Constitution:

"As to removal by recall, the United States Constitution does not provide for nor authorize the recall of United States officers such as Senators, Representatives, or the President or VicePresident, and thus no Member of Congress has ever been recalled in the history of the United States. The recall of Members was considered during the time of the drafting of the federalConstitution in 1787, but no such provisions were included in the final version sent to the states for ratification, and the specific drafting and ratifying debates indicate an express understanding of the framers and ratifiers that no right or power to recall a Senator or Representative in Congress exists under the Constitution."

The good folks in Arizona and Florida are just wasting their time and resources for an effort that will fail.

This latest effort to destroy America from within is Barry Soetoro's baby. Aka Obama, this amnesty is HIS agenda. The imposter president's lapdog enforcer, Department of Fatherland Security (DHS) headed up by butch dyke, Janet Napolitano, tried to simply ignore the law and refused to deport illegals. Thankfully, one federal judge had the guts to rule for the law:

"Last week, ICE union chief Chris Crane won a stunning initial court victory in his lawsuit against the Obama Administration. As we reported, Federal Judge Federal Judge Reed O’Connor told the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that they had no power to refuse to deport illegal aliens, and that he was likely to strike down Obama’s virtual “DACA” amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. The ruling stunned Washington, and Crane’s lawsuit could derail Obama’s four-year effort to undermine immigration enforcement nationwide.

"In Senate testimony (video below), President of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council Crane slammed the Obama administration and the Senate’s Gang of Eight for including advocates for illegal aliens, but excluding law enforcement from providing input on the new ‘immigration reform’ legislation.

"Crane testified before the Senate expressing his disgust that law enforcement was shut out of the negotiations on immigration reform. Crane was sitting right next to National Council of La Raza (“The Race”) president Janet Murguia when he made his comments. La Raza a racist intimidation group originally funded by the Mexican Government was outrageously welcomed to help write the immigration bill, while law enforcement agents were shunned....

“Never before have I seen such contempt for law enforcement officers as what I’ve seen from the Gang of Eight,” he said...."Crane criticized Obama and Congress for choosing a path of legalization for illegals rather than allowing immigration agents to crackdown on enforcement. “Unbelievably, [this bill] gives far greater authority to the president and secretary of DHS. Exactly the opposite of what our country needs to create a consistent and effective immigration system,” Crane concluded."

That didn't work, so the Marxist in the White House simply stirred his faitfhful minions in the senate to "get the job done". Not that Soetoro aka Obama has the legal authority to do anything while impersonating a legal president.

There is no need for another phony, deceptive immigration "reform" law. Congress after Congress after Congress, many of the same dirt bags in office over the decades, haven't made any serious effort to lock down the borders or do what Eisenhower did: deport millions of illegals. Why? Because they're cowards afraid of backlash by ethnic groups and for votes.

The Democratic/Communist Party USA controls the unlawfully seated U.S. Senate, so Republicans played THEIR game. RINOs jumped on board the garbage truck, showing their true colors and the traitors they are to this republic.

A whole different situation with the U.S. House of Representatives. In their infinite wisdom, the framers of the U.S. Constitution divided the Congress with two houses. The senate would NEVER be elected by the people; they represented the individual states. The House would turn every two years and voted into office by we the people. The Republicans hold the majority in the House of Representatives. There is no law that says the Republican controlled House has to introduce any bill for another phony immigration "reform" disaster.

"Barack Obama wants this immigration reform bill. It's his game. We will not address it because we don't need another pork filled law that rewards those who violate our immigration laws. We need to appropriate more money to step up deporting illegal aliens regardless of country of origin or how long they've been here illegally. A serious plan must be put in place to lock down our borders. Therefore, the House will not take up any effort to play Obama's game. There will be no bill from the House."

That would rock the nation! Every Republican in the House would get reelected in 2014. Will that happen? No. Why? Because poltroons like Paul Ryan and John Boehner are going to play in Soetoro's sand box - unless the people of their districts make it very clear to them: You will NOT survive your primary next year. I will volunteer and work myself to the bone to see you thrown out of office.

Next week, the Outlaw Congress is out of session, again. This time to celebrate Independence Day while they scheme to destroy our country and our culture once and for all. Make no mistake about it: If any amnesty goes through, there will never be a Republican in the White House again. You can take money to the bank those double digit millions of illegals will register to vote and they will register with the Democratic/Communist Party USA. Stupid puppets like McCain, Rubio, Flake and others who believe they can win over millions of votes from newly minted "American" liars, cheats and thieves are delusional.

It is imperative we the people use next week to hammer on our House member while they're home in your district. After what happened in 2008 during town hall meetings over the unconstitutional Obamacare, dozens of gutless cowards in the House will no longer hold town hall meetings except by phone. However, they will be in your district for fund raising, July 4th activities and possibly town hall meetings. Call the district office of your representative and get their schedule for next week. Every group, whether tea party, 9-12 or just a group of you -- get to every public event and raise hell. Tell your U.S. Rep and who ever else is there:

1. Any amnesty is a serious threat to national security. There is no way to do thorough background checks on 11-20 MILLION illegals. We know terrorist cells have been crossing the borders for years while you and the rest of the Outlaw Congress have looked the other way.

Dont' blame the Democrats. The Republicans had control of both houses of Congress for more than a decade; eight of them with Bush, Jr., and still you did nothing to step up deporting illegals and lock down the border. You had years to get the job done and you did nothing. Now, you want to reward all those liars, cheats and thieves?

Even if there were hundreds of billions of dollars (which would have to be borrowed with the interest slapped on our backs) made available, which isn't going to happen, how do you verify the criminal history and identity of someone from deep in Mexico or communist China or Lebannon or South America? You can't since a large number of illegals use phony names to match fake social security cards and birth certificates they buy off street corners and who knows how messed up records are in other countries?

2. How dare you SOB's reward liars, cheats and thieves who are holding jobs that belong to Americans and naturalized Americans who did as both sets of my grandparents by going through the lengthy process of entering our country legally. This isn't about the phony "compassion" peddled by Marco Rubio and others. This isn't about how nice an illegal alien is or how long they've been in this country. This is about our laws and strict enforcement of our laws. Another Ronald Reagan amnesty will once again make a mockery of citizenship and it WILL encourage more illegals to sneak across the border.

Don't insult my intelligence with the worn out propaganda that illegls do jobs American's won't. Bull manure. Tens of thousands of good paying construction jobs are held by illegals paid under the table by rotten companies who don't care they're cheating their fellow country men and women. Just more money in their pockets. I'm sure there are many Americans who would jump at the chance to work at a meat packing plant that pays good wages, but we know from past raids, one company alone employed hundreds of illegals while Americans in the same town had no jobs and were on food stamps.

“I filed an amendment that would have corrected one of the most egregious aspects of the gang of eight bill as it intersects with Obamacare legislation, namely a penalty imposed on U.S. employers for hiring U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. This bill says if an employer hires a citizen or a legal immigrant, the IRS can impose a $5,000 penalty on that employer. But if the employer instead hires someone with RPI status, that penalty will go away. That is utterly and completely indefensible.”

“Nobody in this body wants to see African-American unemployment go up. Nobody wants to see Hispanic unemployment go up, youth unemployment go up, union household unemployment go up, legal immigrant unemployment go up. Yet every one of those will happen if this Gang of Eight bill passes without fixing this problem. If that happens, all 100 members of the U.S. Senate will be accountable to our constituents for explaining why we voted to put a federal penalty on hiring U.S. citizens and hiring legal immigrants. I hope this body will choose to pass my amendment and fix this grave defect in the Gang of Eight legislation.”

3. How dare you people reward tens of millions of illegal aliens who have raped we the people in taxes to pay for their welfare, educate their kids who have no right to our classrooms and bankrupt dozens and dozens of hospitals while we struggle to pay our own health care premiums. Illegal aliens have NO rights, period. Who the hell do you people think you are anyway? Did you even read the senate bill, congressman? I am sick of being raped to pay for illegals and the tab will increase if any amnesty is successful:

"The Schumer-Corker-Hoeven Amendment, by the way, is one of the factors that convinced Bill O'Reilly to support this legislation. Bill reminds us of P.T. Barnum's timeless adage, "there's a sucker born every minute," but only on Fox News does one get a prime-time show, and only in the U.S. Senate do they get hailed as "moderates."

"In a conference call Monday evening, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said that most people don't realize this bill operates in tandem with Obamacare and amounts to de facto affirmative action for illegals. He said that Obamacare will raise the cost of American citizen or legal immigrant workers by roughly $3,000, but the amnesty bill exempts illegals. This creates an incentive to fire legitimate employees or reduce them to part-time status and replace them with illegals."

4. Do you get it yet there will never be another Republican president in the White House if any form of amnesty is successful? Illegals have been voting in our elections for decades while the states and you have done nothing to stop it. In fact, the Motor Voter Law of 1993 opened the flood gates for illegals to vote. You have done nothing to get rid of that toxic law.

Do you not understand any form of amnesty will finally destroy our culture and our constitutional republic? Tens of millions of illegals suddenly get citizenship and the Democratic/Communist Party USA will go into over drive to get them registered with promises of free everything at my expense. We the people will continue to be raped in taxes because those illegals, along with the tens of millions of foolish, stupid Democrats who vote in this country vote for mother government to provide for their every need.

"Because our numbers are growing, they're afraid about this great mass of minorities that now live in our community. They're afraid that we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. Those are not the words of new immigrants happy to come to America, to assimilate into OUR culture and become Americans. Those are the words of militant America haters who have every intention of taking over this country, liberal states first.

5. Dump 11-20 MILLION illegals into the unconstitutional Obamacare and Medicare and the $115 TRLLION in unpaid mandates will skyrocket. Illegals have been importing poverty and disease into this country for decades:

How about the ones that haven't been caught? Think they won't apply for amnesty? Of course they will because it comes with all the perks paid for by the sweat of my labor.

6. We don't need another massive joke called a reform bill that, like the senate version, will be filled with pork spending by stealing the fruits of my labor:

"The changes to the bill follow aggressive lobbying by resorts, au pair agencies and other industries that rely on the J-1 cultural-exchange visa program, which allows foreigners to enter the USA through 14 categories, ranging from interns to visiting scholars. The largest number, nearly 92,000 last year, entered as part of the summer-work travel category, federal records show. An additional 18,000 worked as camp counselors and nearly 14,000 as au pairs. Businesses that hire these visa holders save money because they don't have to pay unemployment taxes, Medicare or Social Security. Participants must also have their own health insurance, another cost savings.

"Cornyn also blasted what he calls the “Alaska seafood special”—language slipped into the bill by Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Mark Begich (D-AK) that will allow seafood processors to hire young foreign workers through a summer work travel program. Cornyn is not alone in decrying the immigration bill’s taxpayer-funded crony giveaways to favored industries. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) said the bill is so riddled with corporate concessions that it “reads like a Christmas wish list for Haliburton.” Breitbart News reporter Matthew Boyle also reported on the bill’s inclusion of a crony capitalism casino kickback to Las Vegas casinos. Sens. Harry Reid (D-NV) and Dean Heller (R-NV) successfully inserted the language."

7. There is no border security in the senate bill, just more promises that will never happen. Any new border agents won't be hired until 2017. Are you kidding me, congressman?

8. Have you read Patrick Buchanan's book, Suicide of a Superpower: Will America Survive to 2025? While many don't like Buchanan, his books are based on facts and statistics. If any form of amnesty goes through, the transformation and disintegrtion of America into something very ugly will begin in earnest. The 'great melting pot' where people from all races and countries became one in culture and language will be gone. Any amnesty will fulfill the goals of the globalists. They want seamless borders and giving amnesty to11-20 million liars, cheats and thieves will do just that. Citizenship will become an outdated "racist" process.

If you can't make a meeting, fax a letter to your U.S. congressman's district office with the bullet points above and tell him/her: NO AMNESTY or you're gone in the 2014 primary. It's up to us. Every fax will count as will making it to every public event next week.

An America unified in culture and language isn't what America haters like LaRaza and militant Mexican organizations want. What they want is the four border states to go back to Mexico and they use bald faced lies to suck in

illiterates who have no history of their own country. In 2007, signs by the thousands at rallies where ICE should have been there picking up illegals read: You stole our land. Wrong.

"By the terms of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, Mexico ceded 55 percent of its territory, including parts of present-day Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah, to the United States. In exchange, the US paid Mexico $15,000,000 "in consideration of the extension acquired by the boundaries of the United States." Additional provisions included protecting property and civil rights of Mexican nationals living within the new boundaries of the US along with the promise of the US to police its borders."

So, nobody stole anything. An agreement was reached and ratified under a treaty where Mexico was given a huge financial compensation. $15 million dollars in 1848 was a lot of gold. Not only are Mexican illegals ignorant of their own history, at one rally with 75,000 of them in Sacramento, California, which I covered, check this sign: America is a continent, not a country.

I urge you and your groups to get to any functions this week and stand up. Let your voice be heard. Here in Texas tea party groups are already meeting and planning for find constitutional candidates to go up against incumbents in the House for the primaries. This needs to be taking place RIGHT NOW in every state of the Union. It does no good to tell your incumbent you'll vote him out of office in the next primary if there isn't a qualified candidate to run against him/her.

Please remember, those primaries will be here soon so there is no time to waste. Here is the breakdown by state for the 2014 primaries; some dates are tentative. As you can see, Texas leads off in March. That's only nine months away. Incumbents have huge war chests. As the highest paid hookers in the world, members of Congress are bought off by special interest groups and PAC's. I know about the process because I ran for Congress twice only to be cheated by vote fraud. Nine months from now, the primaries begin and if we the people don't act over the next few months, the same damn incumbents will win their primaries and go right back to Washington, DC to continue destroying this country.

Please understand the Democratic/Communist Party USA are working hard RIGHT NOW to take as many seats as they can in 2014. They are organized. Unlike too many conservatives, they don't wait until the last minute. This doesn't just apply to the Outlaw Congress, but also the state houses. Here in Texas, we need to boot a gaggle of Republicans out of our legislature who have sold us out; I'll do that in another column. But, again, time is not on our side.

For the love of this country and all it has stood for, if we the people don't get off the dime NOW and start identifying candidates to replace incumbents in the House next year AND demand the end of all electronic forms of voting, the results will be disastrous. We not only need qualified Americans to run against Repblican incumbents, we have to be prepared to help them win the general election against Democrats/Communist Party USA candidates. That will NOT happen if we the people don't organize in our districts and get busy. Once again, it takes organization. This web site gives excellent guidance on winning elections.

We MUST defeat this latest attempt to shove amnesty down our throats and then get busy for 2014. I know...how well I know about time and the thousands cuts a day. But, who is doing this to us? The Outlaw Congress and our state representatives and senators. We know the solutions (The Purse and Sword), but it doesn't do any good if our state houses refuse to implement real constitutional solutions.

I'm not stupid or naive. Washington, DC, is beyond repair, but that doesn't mean we look the other way and allow the same incumbents from both parties to win primaries and go back to continue the destruction. If you don't try, you can't possibly win.

At the illegals fest in Sacramento, California, clusters of male illegals also directed their crotch grabbing at me as I headed into the state capitol. Reward those "day workers" stealing work from Americans by giving them citizenship? I say, hell no!
