Contracted for Ukraine

A new page is being written in world history: While the planet waits for the introduction of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement, an entirely new crime is potentially being carried out by the Rand Corporation.

At the moment it is illegal for any government or group of individuals to commit Genocide, according to International law.

But if TPP is passed then corporations, such as Rand will be able to do what no person or state is now allowed to do.

The extent of the Rand Corporation’s involvement is at the moment unclear. So far all that Rand has done is to have written a document that advocates the use of genocide to bring down a government by committing genocide. Whether this “document”, written by the Rand Corporation is valid or not, the actions on the ground today in Ukraine—mirror the situation described in the document point by point.

“Ukrainian President uses RAND corporation plan in eastern Ukraine

This Memorandum on the advisable course of action automatically means that peace plan confirmed by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko fails.

The document provides three stages of a military operation in eastern Ukraine.

The first stage implies total isolation of the region considering that all local citizens are terrorists or sympathizers.
Region should be encircled with troops and sealed off entirely from any flow of goods and persons. Broadcasting services, Internet connection, telephone and mobile communications in the region shall be shut down.

The second stage is named Mop-up. Ground assaults shall be preceded by air strikes against the strategic facilities. The use of non-conventional arms is allowed.
The document also provides for internment camps outside the cleared settlements. People featuring traces of combat engagement shall be tried in court for terrorism.

During the third stage Back to Normal power supplies and communications shall be restored. The borders shall be strengthened to avoid possible provocations. All the refugees should be checked for possible support for separatists in internment camps.

If this situation is enacted by Kiev against the people in the Eastern part of Ukraine, then that will be a war-crime that will rival anything done in Europe since WWII. Because this will have been an act of blatant GENOCIDE from the beginning against an unarmed public: If this memo exists then it should be enough to force the United Nations and the leaders of the UN Security Council to review this possibility and charge the nations involved (United States Inc., Israel and Kiev’s criminal government) with their crimes against humanity.

The above has to do with the “legalities and illegalities” of this ongoing crime against a people who have lived in their own country since before the US was a nation. If this “plan” goes forward then entire cities will be burned to the ground, lands and resources destroyed and their populations captured, assassinated or put into internment camps that will replicate Stalin’s Gulags and that will be done to placate some fourth generation NAZI’s that have no right to even be in the fake government of Ukraine in the first place.

The proof of this is in the fact that Ukraine today has absolutely no plan to ever have a functioning state of any kind; once they have finished their demolition of the people who speak Russian inside all of Ukraine.

These articles directly above are part of the definition of Genocide, but the full story has to include the massive slaughter of the old, the very young and virtually every aspect of the pre-existing society that was a global model of a nation at peace: Until the West used their criminal forces to attack the people of Ukraine to the point that their nation will vanish beneath the fascist invasion that will overrun any and all potential for a state of any kind, ever again!

This will continue to happen unless Russia’s suggestions are acted upon.

But perhaps the greatest crime in all of this has been the USI and Israeli interventions into the affairs of a formerly sovereign-state whose only crime was to be located on the border with Russia.
