NY First State To Pay For
ALL Immigrants Defense Lawyers

By Patty Doyle

Hello Jeff

This is an outrage. The taxpayers have to pay for everything for these savages and now, thanks to the politicians of New York State, we have to pay for lawyers for these criminal third world debris.

My relatives came from Ireland, Italy and Germany and not one ever received money for a lawyer. Of course, my family never was in a position to need a lawyer. They came and worked hard and did not rape or rob anyone.

I think about my cousin John F Condon's family.  His Dad came to America from Ireland and went to work as a stone mason.  He supported his family from the moment he stepped off the boat. Same holds true for his son, John F. Condon aka Jafsie who worked hard at many jobs even a telegraph operator to put himself through college.  My Great Grandfather, like many Irish went to work building roads and when he retired from NYC he was a highway inspector.

I find it incredulous that this new breed of immigrants who rape, murder and want to kill all white people come here and do not have to work a day in their lives and still get lawyers.

Where is this going? NY State has a crumbling third world infrastructure.  Our roads are filled with pot holes and our bridges nearing collapse. Medicaid and food stamps for poor white people and elderly as well as the mildly retarded are non existent and only the illegals and savages get funding.

This is insanity. The UN picks our immigrants, then let the UN pay for their defense lawyers. Meanwhile these people rape and murder Americans and then Americans are asked to pay for their lawyers.

Insanity

Patty

New York Is First State to Pay for All Immigrants' Defense Lawyers

The new budget allocates millions of dollars to help immigrants facing deportation.

The cultural divide widens. While President Trump has restricted Muslim visitors and cracked down on Mexican immigration, the state of New York has announced even more protection of their immigrant population. In their 2018 budget, lawmakers granted $4 million to expand the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project, which provides public defenders to immigrants facing deportation who can't afford other counsel.

New York is the first state in the country to create such a rich system of legal services for immigrants. In a tweet today, NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman confirmed the news, saying, "Every New Yorker deserves a fair day in court. For the first time, every immigrant under threat of deportation will be guaranteed theirs."

A study has shown that without legal counsel, only 3% of detained immigrants avoid deportation, according to the Vera Institute of Justice. The assistance of a public defender can improve an immigrant's chance of staying in the United States by as much as 1000%.

"This is a tremendous step toward just and fair results in deportation proceedings, ensuring that no New Yorker will be detained and deported solely because of the inability to hire a lawyer," Oren Root, director of Vera's Center on Immigration and Justice, tells ELLE.com. "Countless families will remain intact because of the [New York State Senate]'s leadership on this critical issue."

This move isn't the first time New York lawmakers have taken a direct swipe at President Trump and his policies. Earlier this week, Attorney General Schneiderman filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for violating federal law over energy efficiency standards. In March, he filed suit against the revised Muslim travel ban. He's also leading a coalition to protect Planned Parenthood from defunding.

Though President Trump has many enemies, Schneiderman might be the most relentless
