Israel - Zionist Tyranny Posing
As Democratic Governance

Israeli governance is as tyrannical as despotic Arab monarchies.

It’s the world’s only borderless state. According to the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), “(n)o borders means no accountability.” It “means people without rights.”

Militarized control of Palestine enforces occupation harshness. Israeli apartheid is a high crime against humanity.

According to a UN report by Richard Falk and Virginia Tilley, “(s)tates have a collective duty: (a) not to recognize an apartheid regime as lawful; (b) not to aid or assist a State in maintaining an apartheid regime; and (c) to cooperate with the United Nations and other States in bringing apartheid regimes to an end.”

If enacted into law, draft Knesset legislation would force courts to recognize Israel’s Jewish character above all else, including its self-proclaimed democracy - even though it’s fantasy, not real.

Netanyahu wants quick first reading passage before July’s end, differences of opinion to be resolved in second and third readings.

In part, the measure states “(t)he State of Israel is the national home of the Jewish people, where it is exercising its aspiration for self-determination based on its cultural and historical heritage.”

“The right to exercise national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people. The Land of Israel is the historical homeland of the Jewish people, and where the State of Israel has been established.”

“The provisions of this Basic Law or any other legislation will be interpreted in light of what is provided in” the bill’s text.

“This Basic Law is aimed at protecting Israel’s status as the nation-state of the Jewish people, to enshrine the values of the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state in a Basic Law, in the spirit of the principles in the Declaration of Independence.”

The revised measure is little different from an earlier version, defining Israel as a nation belonging exclusively to Jews, officially making Palestinian citizens persona non grata, unwanted people.

No agreement was reached on the status of the Arabic language. Hebrew is considered the official state language.

Whatever final legislative form is agreed on, Israeli Palestinian citizens will be denied fundamental rights afforded solely to Jews - its privileged ones at the expense of most others.
