Before I get to the rot being pumped out by both sides in the Outlaw Congress, let me say that I’m still enraged deserter Bowe Bergdahl will receive no jail time. Bergdahl is a proven deserter. DoD knew it and so did Bergdahl’s unit. A POS responsible for three service men who sustained life changing injuries:

Senior Chief Petty Officer James Hatch

“Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer James Hatch, a former Navy SEAL, said his team had 90 minutes to plan a separate search mission under poor conditions. But he felt the mission was crucial. ‘I did not want Sgt. Bergdahl’s mother to see her son executed on YouTube,’ Hatch said in a statement. Their helicopters came under fire as they were landing to search near the Pakistan border.

“Hatch testified his leg was hit by AK-47 fire, and a military dog that helped locate enemy fighters was killed. He now runs a nonprofit providing care and support for military and law enforcement dogs. He credits survival to team members who quickly applied a tourniquet. ‘They saved me from bleeding to death,’ said Hatch, who entered the pretrial hearing limping.”

Army Corporal Jonathan Morita

Jonathan Morita of California, who served as an Army corporal, was reservist and Iraq veteran taking college classes when he was recalled for Afghanistan duty. Jonathan Morita served as an Army corporal and manned missions to try and find and rescue Bowe Bergdahl.  During the search mission that left Allen wounded, a rocket-propelled grenade shattered Morita’s hand. The projectile didn’t explode, but he needed multiple surgeries. Morita can’t bend the thumb or index finger on his right hand. He’s had to learn again how to brush his teeth and write.”

Army National Guard Master Sgt. Mark Allen

“Deployed to Afghanistan, Allen was shot in the head in July 2009 while searching for Bergdahl. The traumatic brain injury dramatically changed life for Allen, his wife and two children. Once an avid outdoorsman, Allen depends on a wheelchair and can’t speak.”

Six killed. This has been disputed: “Command Sgt. Maj. Ken Wolf had a message for the families of troops killed in Afghanistan after Bowe Bergdahl walked off his post. “Their sons did not die looking for Pfc. Bergdahl,” Wolf said on Thursday’s “Serial” podcast, the 11th and final episode of the season.

“The podcast investigating the Bergdahl case from seemingly all conceivable angles over the past few months, debunked the persistent rumor that six soldiers from his battalion had been killed during the 45-day, all-out search for Bergdahl. They were all killed in August and September, after the exhausting search effectively had been called off and the mission had changed to secure upcoming Afghanistan elections, according to court testimony.”

However, this is contradicted by a breakdown in a TIME piece: The 6 U.S. Soldiers Who Died Searching for Bowe Bergdahl. “Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen, 29, of San Antonio, Texas, and Private 1st Class Morris Walker, 23, of Chapel Hill, N.C., were killed by a roadside bomb in Paktika province on Aug. 18, 2009, while trying to find Bergdahl. Like Bergdahl, they were part of the 4th BCT from Fort Richardson, Alaska.”

During Bergdahl’s trial he whined and cried about how harshly he was treated by the Taliban. Poor Bowe. The presiding judge, Col. Judge Jeffrey Nance, disgraced his uniform during sentencing. Bergdahl will receive NO jail time, a dishonorable discharge and a fine. As Van Hipp writing for FOX News put it: “Bergdahl got a slap on the wrist, our military get a slap in the face.”

Bergdahl caused deaths and injuries to his fellow soldiers. He deserted his post and no amount of BS he fed the judge about deserting to report how lousy his unit was being run absolves him of his cowardice. That military judge sent a dangerous message: It’s okay to desert, poor baby. Bergdahl deserves no less than life without parole at Leavenworth. I am just sickened by that outcome. “When Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice maintained that Bergdahl represented the Army with “honor and distinction” she undermined the heroism of thousands who have defended the principles in this land of the free…Bergdahl was not a victim, albeit some will make this argument; he was an instrument to be used by President Obama in his desire to empty U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Five Taliban prisoners being held at Guantanamo were released in exchange for Bergdahl and three are now fighting for Al Qaeda.

“I have it on good authority that the Taliban were prepared to return Bergdahl for cash exclusively. But that was not what President Obama wanted. As a consequence, the United States paid a price in spiritual loss, political legerdemain and military morale.”

Now on to the latest deception from the GOP. President Trump proclaimed last week the GOP tax reform bill will be the greatest Christmas present ever! I’m sorry, Mr. President, but it’s not only rotten, it continues the big lie. Domestic Americans are NOT subject to the federal income tax. The IRC (Internal Revenue Code) is deliberately misapplied to keep the heist going to feed the privately owned ‘Federal’ Reserve.

While it’s good there is a provision to cut corporate taxes, here’s what the bill says so far. Equal protection under the law, out the window. The part about simplifying tax returns into one page is just more hiding the truth from the American people. Make them think this is so wonderful! No more having to go to a CPA or ripping your hair out trying to file a federal income tax return! Liars, all of them. As for President Trump, I have no doubt he does not know the LEGAL facts regarding who the federal income tax does and does not apply to.

I also need to bring this up – the death tax. The Founding Fathers and colonials of that time wouldn’t have stood for that greedy tax for one second and yet, those wonderful GOP conservatives in Congress have allowed that immoral tax to live on even while they’ve held the White House and both chambers of Congress. • With two-thirds of everyone’s personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Government contributions to transfer payments.
• In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their government.”

So, what we have is a central bank issuing worthless paper “money” that controls our economy, our lives and our future. This private banking cartel was unconstitutionally granted this power by a devious, scheming group of senators back in 1913.

In essence what they did was place the American people into indentured servitude by forcing The People to pay usury on worthless fiat currency (paper money created out of nothing), not to fund the government, but to enrich the bankers and fund wars in which America should never be involved. This system exists not to fund the government, but to allow the U.S. Congress carte blanche power to continue funding unconstitutional agencies and programs by providing them with a bottomless source of worthless ink.

This is VERY important and fact filled: The Stupid Party’s Tax Plan

“In 1986, big gubmint tax and spending slasher Ronald Reagan unveiled a tax “reform” plan that continued the massive transfer of wealth from the poor and working classes upwards to the very wealthy. Reagan’s plan eliminated essential deductions for consumer loans (auto, credit card, personal) and overhauled the deduction for medical expenses, so that they had to have amounted to 10% of an individual or married couple’s income…

“Perhaps the most inexplicable aspect of this plan is its attack- and there is no other word to describe it- on home ownership. As a long time licensed realtor myself, I can attest to how stagnant the real estate industry is, especially for first-time home buyers, upon whom the industry has always relied. It is already difficult to find buyers who can afford starter homes, but this plan will make it even harder.

“Homeowners will no longer be able to deduct the property taxes they pay on their home under this plan. Mortgage interest deduction, while salvaged, has been slashed so that only mortgages up to $500,000 can be deducted. That may seem like a lot, but the cost of housing in many areas of America is such that many upper middle-class homeowners will lose a valued tax benefit. It is also unclear if this $500,000 cap applies to each mortgage a person or couple receive, or if it is a total amount for that individual or couple, in which case real estate investors would lose most of their incentive to invest.

“National Association of Realtors President William Brown stated, “We are currently reviewing the details of the tax proposal released today, but at first glance it appears to confirm many of our biggest concerns about the Unified Framework. Eliminating or nullifying the tax incentives for home ownership puts home values and middle-class homeowners at risk, and from a cursory examination this legislation appears to do just that.” Jerry Howard, CEO of the National Association of Homebuilders, agreed, declaring, “The details that are coming out show that the House Republicans are picking large corporations and wealthy Americans over small businesses and middle-class American homeowners.”

Now, globalist Newt Gingrich is excited about this bill because it will increase growth. Yes, allegedly it will increase some paychecks but that still does not attack the cancer and that IS the Fed and it’s feeding artery – the federal income tax.

I almost puked when I saw this headline: Trump to Make the Fed Great Again? No, Mr. President, nominating Powell to replace Yellen isn’t going to make the Fed great again because it was never great. It is an unconstitutional banking cartel that must be abolished, period.

As the author of the Stupid Party’s Tax Plan went on to say:

“True tax reform would start with auditing and abolishing the Federal Reserve, and adopting an honest money system that isn’t based on fractional lending, or more bluntly counterfeiting. “Our” debt belongs to the bankers, and isn’t our responsibility. It should be repudiated. Our spending should reflect American interests, as candidate Trump stressed repeatedly, but President Trump has ignored. Rebuild the infrastructure. Bring all the troops home and stop starting pointless wars. Guard the borders and deport illegal immigrants. End the foreign visa work programs. America First and all that.”

Not more red herrings like a ‘fair tax’, flat tax or any of the other NON-SOLUTIONS. Treating the cancer instead of killing it continues to be dished out to the American people as solutions.

Now, I’ve explained all this in my updated 44-page booklet, Why A Bankrupt America. An easy read which succinctly explains the problem and the fraud. From 1993-May 2004 I sold 1,653,000 copies of that booklet at cost. Employers ordered a copy for each of their employees; sometimes the order would be 500 or 1,000.

Groups and organizations ordered them by the hundreds for conferences and conventions. I even got emails from a few teachers who said they gave a copy to each of their students; primarily seniors.

I had no money to advertise. It was the American people who read the booklet and understood how important is was to spread the truth. It was word of mouth and my appearance on radio shows that helped get the truth out to the general public. It’s most unfortunate big-name radio talk show hosts like Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingraham and others never get to the root of the problem, they just talk about distractions – like this new “tax reform” bill.

The only way to make things happen is if Americans understand the facts. How and why and what needs to be done. I do believe Donald Trump’s heart is in the right place but he needs to get the truth about the fraud perpetrated against we the people by the deliberate misapplication of the income tax code. That’s why I published a 2017 updated version of Bankrupt America.

While I have no doubt Trump fully understands currency manipulation, it’s painfully obvious he does not fully understand the problem with the unconstitutional ‘Federal’ Reserve Banking System and its relationship to the ‘income’ tax. Unfortunately, we the deplorables have no access to him other than the WH comment line, post cards or snail mail letters. Emails are answered with boiler plate replies.

Congress doesn’t want the truth exposed – either party – because it would mean an end to the lies, thievery, all the unconstitutional social spending and more. Can’t have that. Might cost each critter some votes and that IS all they care about – getting reelected and holding power in the House and Senate.

He who shouts the loudest gets heard. Read the links I’ve provided and call your GOP House member and tell them NO. Your tax plan stinks to high heaven and does NOT solve the true problem of lying to we the people about the income tax and the fact that none of it pays the bills. That’s how the ‘national debt’ got to be over $20 TRILLION right now. I also explain that in detail in my Bankrupt America booklet.
