- The Russian delegation to the recent Asian Pacific Economic
Conference in Honolulu flew in high priced prostitutes and bought up every
available bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne, according to sources who helped
procure the champagne and set up lodging for the girls.
- They flew in 40 very beautiful young Russian girls, said
one source. The girls were put up in the Ilikai Hotel.

- Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his delegation
stayed at a luxury hotel called "The Modern," in Waikiki, adjacent
to the Ilikai. Flanking the Ilikai and The Modern are the Hilton Hawaiian
Village, where President Barack Obama stayed during APEC, and the Hawaii
Prince, which housed Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda. They were
among 21 Asian-Pacific leaders who came to Hawaii for the APEC conference
Nov. 13-19.

Dom Perignon on the island of Oahu. "They poured the champagne over
the girls, " said a source. After beverage wholesalers ran dry, APEC
officials reportedly purchased bottles of Dom Perignon from Korean Hostess
bars in Honolulu, paying as much as $2,000 per bottle.
