“Both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives held hearings, beginning in 1972, and the Senate adopted a resolution in 1973 calling for an international agreement “prohibiting the use of any environmental or geophysical modification activity as a weapon of war….” In response to this resolution, the President ordered the Department of Defense to undertake an in-depth review of the military aspects of weather and other environmental modification techniques. The results of this study and a subsequent interagency study led to the U.S. Governments decision to seek agreement with the Soviet Union to explore the possibilities of an international agreement…

…In August 1975, the chief representatives of the U.S. and the Soviet delegations to the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD) tabled, in parallel, identical draft texts of a “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques.”

The Convention defines environmental modification techniques as changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes — the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydro-sphere, and atmosphere, or of outer space. Changes in weather or climate patterns, in ocean currents, or in the state of the ozone layer or ionosphere, or an upset in the ecological balance of a region are some of the effects which might result from the use of environmental modification techniques…

“…Hurricane Sandy is expected to come ashore in the Northeast on the 21st anniversary of the ‘Perfect Storm,’” Koenig related. “That record-setting storm devastated the New England coast as President George H.W. Bush co-sponsored the Madrid Conference from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1, 1991.”

At the Conference, Bush broke from President Reagan’s more pro-Israel policies in the attempt to forge an Arab-Israeli “peace” plan that included recognizing a Palestinian “right” to biblically Jewish lands. But while Bush was in Spain advocating a division of Israel, the “Perfect Storm” – so named for the ferociously destructive way in which a cold nor’easter combined with Hurricane Grace – was lashing the U.S. seaboard at home.

“The Perfect Storm sent 30-foot ocean waves into Bush’s Kennebunkport home as he was calling on Israel to give up the West Bank (Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem),” Koenig told WND. “The Madrid ‘land for peace’ Conference began the Israeli-Palestinian peace process that Mitt Romney advocated in the debates, even as yet another ‘perfect storm’ is brewing offshore.”

The original Perfect Storm formed on Oct. 28, 1991, and dissipated on Nov. 4 – correlating almost perfectly with dates of the Madrid Conference. The storm was blamed for 13 deaths and over $200 million in damages, including those to Bush’s vacation home.

Similarly, Hurricane Katrina, the deadliest and costliest hurricane in U.S. history, hit Aug. 29, 2005; the storm began the day President George W. Bush congratulated Israel for evacuating Gaza and called on the Israelis and Palestinians to move onto his two-state plan.”

Keep in mind, as you read this, that Israel has refused to sign the U.N. Treaty on Weather Modification and Control...” (1)

As the first few days of this storm began to be felt: Unseen time-bombs emerge as never before. First: What will this nation do about the huge number of patients and users alike who are addicted to legal or illegal DRUGS of all kinds? Cut off from ordinary supplies, SUPPLIERS or hospitals: Many prescription drug users will simply die without access to the drugs they need to stay alive. Junkies are another problem and again there won’t be any way to keep them pacified during the storms protracted stay in so many cut-off places at the same time.

In the cities there are literally millions of people that can barely get around as it is. The elderly and disabled who are confined to their residences will die without additional help in everything they must do every day. Homeless shelters are already death traps, once they are cut-off from outside aid, that population will also die very quickly, as most of them are barely surviving now.

There will be a health emergency created by rats and other animals which carry diseases that the storm will force to higher ground. This also presents problems for people unused to having to deal with invasive creatures and vile conditions that can both sometimes become aggressive.

What has happened to the dead and to critically injured? According to the videos seen to date there aren’t any people amid the wreckage. What happened to all those people—have they disappeared? Have they been taken to hospitals where their presence has been censored? For such a huge population there appears not to be any people anywhere, except for a few reporters on camera. How is that possible?

In another aspect: Obama has assured the nation that: “FEMA workers have been briefed for two days prior to the storm’s arrival, and are ready to provide whatever is needed.” That’s positioning food, fuel and water as well as generators and clothing for over 66 million people that will need to be relocated.

Obama says “that’s all been taken care of by FEMA.”

But FEMA has yet to prove themselves in any natural or federal disaster they’ve ever been called-on to solve since Reagan.

Oh, Obama also envisions everyone will get their survival-news from social networks or television and the internet. When asked how that was supposed to work for people without electricity—there was no response. This whole orchestrated survival exercise has the feel of adults talking to 5 year olds. The White House is saying that most of the problems will be well on the way to being solved by Thursday, (?) so that the public can get back to work etc. This borders on criminal is not realistic and is grossly insulting to the adult population.

Moving Toward Chicago

“Everything that is happening was bound to happen. When Sandy blew north from the Caribbean, she merged with a winter system coming from the West. Both were fueled by cold air from Canada, which created what many have dubbed a "super storm" of historic, once-in-a-lifetime proportions. Her impact, say meteorologists, was felt across a region 1,000 miles wide.

Sandy caused huge waves to crash into Chicago, while she toppled trees in Connecticut.

Rainfall reached as high as 11.5 inches in Wildwood Crest, N.J., as West Virginia received as much as one to two feet of snow in some places.

New York City has been especially hard hit. The city of nearly eight million people has seen Wall Street shut down for multiple days, its mass transit system is in a shambles, schools remain closed, hundreds of thousands are without power, and threats of rampant looting remain.

The scenes of destruction were shocking to city residents, many who awoke to fires that destroyed some 80 flooded homes in a neighborhood in Queens, to streets filled with slimy detritus caused by a 13-foot swell of seawater - three feet above previous records.

An explosion at a ConEdison substation - the local power company - left more than 250,000 people in Manhattan alone without electricity. Many people there were experiencing a siege mentality, as tunnels flooded and bridges were closed to outlying boroughs and neighboring New Jersey.

The NYC subway - parts of which are more than a century old - were closed for the second straight day, stranding commuters who still had jobs to go. Worse, transit officials say they have no idea when the system will be reopened; Fox News pointed out Monday evening that most of the city's mass transit/subway system runs on steel rails and lines, and that seawater is not kind to iron and steel.” (2)

GLOBAL ANOMALIES

Central Mexico has come under some kind of radar anomaly that began on October 28 coming from La Canada Mexico. Given the extremes that Israel has gone to, to attack the West, Europe, Australia & other places using weather as a WEAPON – apparently this needs to be thought about in depth, when looking at these disparate images beginning with September of 2012 and moving into today’s problems. Look for Mossad agents giving themselves high-fives in the same way they did after the 911 attacks in New York, on 911, because of the similarities behind all of this having to do with successful weather-anomalies across the world. Apparently there is a high frequency pulse centered on a volcano in central Mexico. Extreme weather conditions for October of 2012 show a volcano in central Mexico that is apparently being struck by a missile entering its caldera on October 27 @ 12 minutes 50 seconds into this video. No explanation. Apparently these two videos share information about the same event. (5)

THE GLOBAL-AFTERMATH for OBAMA

“The President might go to prison for what he’s done on this one” says Glen Beck of Libya and the BETRAYAL of the Navy SEALS along with the president’s own personal representative, who OBAMA deserted in the face of the enemy, and in their hour of need.

This “perfect storm” is presenting a perfect opportunity for Obama to cover his own ass, which has now been exposed. ‘The US Secretary of WAR (Panetta) no longer works for the USA: Panetta told congress in his own words ‘that he no longer listens to them or to us, because Leon Panetta now works for NATO & the UN’ - so PANETTA, should be included in this sellout of the President's representative inside Libya; who was murdered along with the SEALS on Sept. 11, 2012.

So when PANETTA met with Obama, (@ 5 pm) it was to give OBAMA his marching orders to REFUSE to ACT and NOT to save those who the UN & NATO had decided needed to be eliminated!

IF USI had not been LYING to everyone about this, then none of this could have been a mystery, because it’s now clear who did what and why—on September 11, 2012. Thirteen government-documents now exist that prove the above case conclusively. It is up to the public to DEMAND the indictment of Panetta & Obama for TREASON BEFORE the impending supposed selection in November.
