Yesterday the news story about the latest Presidential Order made it to the web; it’s still not in the mainstream propaganda-media. Part of the reason for this is that this particular Presidential Edict is Illegal.
 
The presidential privilege associated with issuing such documents was only meant to be used when the congress is NOT in session or during a national emergency when the congress for whatever reason cannot act. Neither of those conditions existed when Obama decided to play God. (1)

Additional illegalities are contained in the Double-Speak language used in calling for “Peacetime Martial Law” something that is a requirement for peace, in a country that is not at war! That is a fraud upon the public, because it claims to be something that is needed when it fact this “ORDER” calls for the total enslavement of the entire population, when nothing of this kind was required. And given that the congress was not involved in this presidential piece of legislation that was supposedly issued to correct a 1950’s document that should have been dealt with by the congress; but was instead hijacked by an act of additional TREASON by this failed and failing president for his own purposes - this "ORDER" MUST BE VOIDED!
 
Here is what Obama intends to use our so-called laws for:

The law becomes the weapon of every kind of greed! Instead of checking crime, the law itself guilty of the evils it is supposed to punish!

The law has gone further than this; it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. It has converted plunder into a right, in order to protect plunder. And it has converted lawful defense into a crime, in order to punish lawful defense.” Bastiat

The descent into total and abject tyranny is almost complete. With President Obama's latest executive order, THE NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS ACT, he has granted himself the authority to declare peacetime martial law. This Executive Order was posted on the WhiteHouse.gov web site on Friday, March 16, 2012.

            Why has not the mainstream media reported on this publicly announced attempt to shut down the country by an Executive Order?

This executive order is particularly draconian in that it eliminates the private ownership of everything and Obama has delegated the complete control of the nation's resources to his cabinet level department heads (i.e. Czars). The delegation of control of the nation's resources and people is particularly troubling because the heads of America's resources shall have this power "under both emergency and non-emergency conditions" to control every aspect of our lives. And under this executive order, the President is to the sole decider of what constitutes an emergency (Section 201, paragraph b)."

Through Sections 301 b and 302, Obama's executive order legalizes governmental cronyism in which loans/grants are guaranteed by the Federal Reserve and the related actions are not subject to any kind of review or accountability process. Further, the development and implementation of a type of economic worthiness score, related to the relative importance of companies for "national defense," will permit the government to decide what companies prosper and will receive stimulus money and which companies will fail in a strange version of "Fabian Socialism for corporations". This is absolute fascism in which the government will ultimately control all business activity (see Sections 302, 303, 304, 305). (2)

And there is also this:

“Section Two directs how each cabinet of the Executive branch can take control over all resources if the order is executed. For example, "(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation; (6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials."

Nothing is left out, even water is included! How will this sit with citizens? Farmers might be especially alarmed. With the recent proposal of sweeping new regulations on farms, being reminded that the government can take over any farm and equipment on an order from the president is a scary prospect. In the past when similar orders were invoked, the constitutional rights of Americans were trampled. Is there a reason President Obama found it necessary to amend this order? Is he suspecting a drawn out war or perhaps civil unrest between Occupy and the Tea Party? If so, he is certainly making sure all of his bases are covered.

Is there even a real threat to any American freedoms with this order? The order was signed by President Obama on Friday (March 16th) yet no major stories are going out. It wouldn't be unusual behavior for the mainstream media to ignore a story that puts Obama in a poor light. Maybe they're too busy reporting on the cooler story of the president hanging out on St. Patrick's Day and enjoying a beer! Whichever, the conservative crowd on Twitter is going crazy with this story. The hash tag of #ExecOrder is busy as can be with tweets about 'upcoming martial law'. Hopefully, that will remain just a fantasy in their heads!”  (3)

 
On top of being an oxymoron the document outlines all the things that are to be surrendered by the public to the government: Supposedly to protect the people from harm, when in fact, everything that is called for in the Executive Order is exactly what any invading force would be demanding from a captive and unarmed population. And on top of everything else the document itself is riddled with lies about the true conditions in this country now.
We have no “industrial base”, we have no control over our own property or money at the present time and our so-called jobs are already totally dependent upon the shadow government for their continuance. We no longer have the right to demonstrate in public, we have no freedom of movement without the constant threat of being illegally stopped and searched by government thugs anytime, anywhere and for no real reason at all. Everything in this Executive Order that spells out the theft of our water and food, as well as what we can and cannot do without permission of the STATE; are all things that any invading army would take control of—but this is coming directly from the sitting impersonator of a so-called Amerikan president.

A few days ago we sent US troops into Syria, to bolster what will soon be ZATO attacks upon that nation. And our naval contingencies are moving into Iranian waters as this is being written ­ so once more the USA is threatening total occupation of two more foreign nations that have not attacked us. This criminal charade of locking down America to protect Americans is nothing more than TREASON INCARNATE, committed by a president and a congress that are paid by Zionist-Israel and AIPAC to end this nation as a viable state in the world. If Americans continue to just WATCH while “doing ABSOLUTELY nothing” then very, very soon ALL that has been foreshadowed by this illegal “Peacetime Martial Law” shall become REALITY!
