This is simple connect the dots between a "beautiful" bottle of "golden" Corn Oil, the poor disrespected beef-cow, an underperforming Thyroid gland, and your unfortunate "Fat Butt."
 
Fresh Corn Oil-even straight from the store-has already turned rancid once at pressing because it is, predominantly, a very highly reactive PolyUnsaturated, Omega-6 oil called LA (Linoleic Acid). The "Poly," remember, refers to oil having more than one DB (Double-Bond). That meant, you'll recall, that it has an Unpaired Electron causing the oil to turn rancid just from the heat of pressing the oil out of its seed, bean, etc. Beautiful, eh?
 
They can't sell this rancid smelling oil, of course, so it must be RBDed (Refined, Bleached & Deodorized) to burn off the rancid odor. Unfortunately, the RBDing does nothing to remove the toxic lipid-peroxide that is a result of pressing and refining this crap half-to-death. Lipid-Peroxide, by the way, is a free-radical poison that attacks every cell in your body... and in case you forgot? Free-radical damage is the primary cause of premature aging and disease.
 
Anyway, along comes 40 year old Sally, then, sporting an extra 40 pounds of unappreciated adipose, or, fat exacerbated by borderline Low-Thyroid (Hypothyroidism). Sally is miserable. She feels cold and tired all the time, pathetically lethargic, and even though she starves herself to even worse health, she cannot lose the aforementioned weight... and Jeez, reader, all she eats is raw salad with Oil & Vinegar!
 
Additionally, being a trusting soul, she believes the "Spawns of Satan" (Registered Dieticians) proclaiming that PolyUnsat Oil, like Corn, Soy and (eek!) Cottonseed (!) are healthful food and cooking oils. Any of the 3, reader, can duplicitously be called "Vegetable Oil."
 
 
Little does Sally know that those toxic PolyUnsat free-radicals are furiously attacking her thyroid! These destructive little "pit-bulls" cause the thyroid to "Under-perform"...making it nearly impossible to lose weight in the first place, while slowly making her Low-Thyroid, even "Lower" in the second. Sadly Revealed... "The American Woman"!
 
See, Rancid Poly-Oil is a major obstacle to the conversion of thyroid hormone T-4 to thyroid hormone T-3! Your thyroid may be putting out lots of T-4, or your MD may give you lots of synthetic T-4, but you actually use T-3... which must be converted from T-4!
 
Another faux-food abomination blocking T-4 to T-3 conversion is TransFat or pHVO (partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil), like that found in Margarine and Vegetable Shortening (Crisco).
 
Now bring in the poor beef cow. Cue the Darth Vader music:
 
Consider the double-whammy. Your thyroid gets assaulted by the PolyUnsat food oil and/or TransFat you eat and then takes an additional hit as a result of the toxic Poly Corn Oil saturated Corn-fed Beef! "What America's having for dinner," eh?
 
FYI : Your average lean-mean, free-range, GRASS-FED Cow has high concentrations of Omega-3 (ALA) and the magical FA (Fatty-Acid) called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). This keeps the Cow young, cancer-free, at the proper weight, and able to bust those bovine moves keeping all the lady cows mellow and contented.
 
CLA can do the same thing with humans, but you should try to get it in supplement form (Commercially also called Tonalin) because there is very little CLA in Corn & Grain-fed beef... oh yeah, also virtually NO Omega-3 either!

God or Mother-Nature never intended wild ruminate Cattle/Buffalo/Bison/etc. to eat rancid, high-fat PolyUnsat Omega-6 Corn based feed. You only find significant amounts of both Omega-3 & CLA in Grass-Fed animals.
 
Ironically, Corn-fed Beef cows are not necessarily big and fat because the nutritious "food-value" of corn makes them "Big & Healthy"! No, they are fat because the oxidized, Omega-6 PolyUnsat Corn Oil causes their thyroid to under perform too! They are actually "Big & UNhealthy"! Sally and the Cow have essentially the same ailment... ...so the desired effect (to get fat?) is achieved with both Cows and Humans... fat Cows make more money for big farms! Fat Humans make more money for big Pharma. The reader can do the math!
 
...So, shut up and do your part for the economy, you facile nose-bubbler, by becoming a lard-assed, pharmaceutical-Sucking, mouth-breathing consumer of processed poisons! Oh yeah, and have a nice day, moron, as you poison your children, degrade the quality of their lives, and torpedo their intelligence... (heavy sigh) ...I'm available, by the way, for children's parties.
 
Yeah, sorry about that... when I lose my temper, the "Evil-Doers" win! Anyway, for those of you who are NOT cretins and non-critical Bone-Heads, well... like you reader, I shall, not so humbly, continue.
 
Anyway, avoid Poly Food Oil and instead use MonoUnsat Food oil! MonoUnsat Food oil only has One (mono) Double-Bond so it has no unpaired electron to cause oxidation or rancidity-making it a stable, Thyroid healthy, food oil.
 
The two most commercially realistic Mono food-oils are Olive (at 76% Mono) and Macadamia Nut at a whopping 85%. Oh yeah, they are both very much Pro-Thyroid. Mac-Nut Oil is more expensive and is not found in regular grocery stores but at 85% Mono it is likely the best food-oil in the world.
 
You can order some other great, more expensive, specialty food oils having what I consider the MINIMUM percentage of MonoUnsat Oil (at about 70%) to be legitimately called a true "Mono-Oil"... Oils like Hazelnut or Avocado (both in excess of 70 to 75% Mono); HOWEVER, this does not apply to the toxic "Canola-Crapola" (... see, it rhymes!), with a low 56% Mono.
 
I remind the reader that EVERY Oil must have (at vastly differing ratios) all 3 types of Fatty-acids, (1) MonoUnsat, (2) PolyUnsat and (3) Saturated Fat... so Canola with only 56% Mono leaves 44% by volume! That volume has to be filled with some combination of Poly-Fat & Saturated Fat... Hazardously, 36% of that 44% is the toxic RBDed PolyUnsat Oil! The remaining 8% is solid Saturated fat. These are not healthful ratios.
 
Counter-intuitively, the low SatFat of only 8%, that the Canola "people" brag about is actually a BAD thing because it just leaves more room for the harmful RBDed Poly-Oil. See? If Canola had MORE SatFat (like Olive-oil with 16% SatFat) it would be a more healthful Oil because non-oxidized SatFat is GOOD for you-especially when it is displacing the Poly-Crap that is so BAD for you. See how that works?
 
Another great Pro-Thyroid Oil that Dieticians lie about in their sleep and every waking hour is Hexane-Free, Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil. Yeahyeahyeah... I know what you've heard. It's a lie, wrapped in a distortion, and buried in obfuscation!
 
The MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides) in CCnut Oil, as I've written before, are easily digested with saliva and stomach acid, so, not requiring scarce Enzymes better utilized elsewhere. These "shorter" chain fatty acids also enable it to provide instant energy by easily zipping right through to the cell's little energy producing engine, the Mitochondria.
 
This MCT provoked "Thermo-Genesis" (Heat-for-Life) provides energy that helps burn those "Longer-chained" fatty acids! So MCT's actually help you lose weight while warming your cold feet and hands-along with helping other symptoms of your Low-Thyroid, like brittle hair & dry skin. The efficacious list is long, reader!
 
Consider: these MCT's, [sometimes called MCFA's (Medium Chain Fatty-Acids)] are abundant in Mom's breast milk and EVERY Baby Formula on the consumer shelf... How can that be, if obviously conflicted Dieticians try to tell you it is heart unhealthy "because it is solid at room temp." This is outrageous nonsense! Indeed, Dietician "Beelzebub-Babe's," 666 tattoo is showing!
 
Here are the facts! Coconut Oil MCT's (at only 14 carbon atoms long) is probably the slickest, anti-oxidant rich, free flowing oil found in the known universe! If in your body (at 98.6) or in the constant 90 degree heat of the tropics where this oil comes from, it flows like spring water!
 
You see, Coconut Oil only turns solid if the temp is below about 76 degrees... not that being "solid" means anything because of Alan Graham's definitive, un-officially sanctioned "FAT Rule #1:
 
..."A Saturated Fat is not BAD because it is solid - any more than an Oil is GOOD because it is liquid." Learn it; know it; live it!
 
I can name numerous toxic oils but I can't think of one toxic solid Saturated Fat-as long as it is fresh, undamaged, and NOT manmade... so toxic "manmade" Margarine and Crisco SOLID TransFats don't count! This is even though soulless sociopaths try to lump TransFat and SatFat together under the SatFat umbrella just because they are both SOLID at room temp. What a crock !
 
Anyway, Coconut Oil is so loaded with powerful antioxidants that it can sit on the shelf for 5 years at room temp without turning rancid. It protects you and your Thyroid the same way. The anti-oxidants in the SatFat alluded to also won't let other more sensitive Fatty-Acids turn rancid, ...it's like freakin' magic!
 
Verily, you might ask yourself: how do Dieticians get away with telling outright lies about the dangers of PolyUnsat. Food-Oil... do they spit twice and cross their fingers behind their back?
 
No, they use one of 2 methods-the (1) "Lump them together" trick, or the (2) "Half-Truth" trick:
 
The Lump'em trick-Watch the deceptive little word-play by Ms BB (Beelzebub-Babe) to make you think PolyUnsat "FOOD" Oil is healthful... she will say something like:
 
"Both MonoUnsat & PolyUnsat Oils are heart healthy: Fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil and the fats found in many seeds & nuts".
 
OK, do you see the evil little trick ? This is real slight of hand!
 
See, the BB conveniently Lumps healthful Mono "FOOD" Oil (Olive oil) in with healthful Poly "Medicinal" Oil (flaxseed oil) and then healthful "UNDAMAGED" Poly-Oil still in its seed or nut... ...but she doesn't actually mention Poly "FOOD" Oil after it has been extracted from the seed or bean, turned rancid and then RBDed... like Soy or Corn... See, with her word play, you walk away thinking ALL Poly Oil is good because of the way she lumps a litany of both Mono and Poly oils together... yeah, but she lumps Mono-"FOOD"-Oils with Poly-"MEDICINAL"-Oils ... NOT Mono-FOOD-Oils with Poly-FOOD-Oils...very tricky, because who the hell would even notice that except some anally-retentive malcontent such as well... ...myself! She juggles apples and oranges to mask the fact that they are not the same! She's uninformed and not competent or... she's a liar.
 
The 1/2 Truth trick-When these lying BBs say Poly Corn Oil is heart healthy they are telling a convenient "Half-Truth."
 
You see, if you use the same very expensive process to extract Poly food-oil from Corn that you must use to extract Poly Medicinal-Oil from Flaxseed, Krill or Fish, you will in fact have a fresh, non-oxidized Corn oil... but this would pretty much be a mythical oil, because you NEVER have and I'm betting never will see an UNrefined, non-RBDed Poly-Food oil in any grocery store!
 
This conjectured, expensive, and unrefined-if inadequate-Corn oil would be a tiny bit heart healthy because it would have a smidgeon of Vit.E & some other Vitamins... AND because it hasn't turned rancid, YET!
 
...So there's the half-truth Lie! Yes, it would be a little bit heart healthy, but so what! If you can't actually buy that kind of oil, what's the point of even talking about it... ...but to engineer duplicity, reader? The BB, you see, is describing one kind of corn oil (unrefined and existing only in Imagination-Land!) BUT the only kind you can get at the grocery store is TOXIC Refined corn oil! Can you feel the duplicity?! Happy place! Happy place!
 
Of course, these mendacious bastards never mention that, so our girl Sally sashays on down to Wally-World to buy a big gallon of toxic Corn oil for her salad, just like the BB implied was safe and healthful! She thinks she is buying the Corn oil the BB described! No! She is betrayed!
 
Unfortunately, she is actually attacking her Thyroid, increasing her risk of Cancer, and contributing to arterial blockage MUCH faster than the unjustly maligned Cholesterol could ever do. Undamaged Cholesterol, by the way, is one of the most helpful, multifaceted nutrients you consume... especially as you age.
 
If stores offered undamaged and unrefined Corn Oil no one would buy it because it would be prohibitively expensive and require refrigeration after it's opened... just like you have to do with medicinal-oils-oils like Flaxseed or Cod-Liver Oil.
 
People don't mind paying more for processing Medicinal-oils, like Hemp-Oil or Krill-Oil, because of the tremendous health benefits, but they don't want to pay more for processing cheap-ass Poly Corn oil with negligible health benefits... especially when you can buy Mono Olive Oil needing zero processing, zero refrigeration, AND it will stay fresh at room temp for a long time... while being Thyroid & Heart Healthful.
 
In closing - Please try the following dirt cheap items for your thyroid (I already mentioned Coconut Oil):
 
1).. Kelp --- for iodine. take as directed.
 
2).. Selenium (Selenomethionine form) --- for T-4 production & T-4 to T-3 conversion. take 400mcg daily.
 
3).. Zinc (Chelated form) --- for T-4 production & T-4 to T-3 conversion. take 30mg daily.
 
4).. Vit. D-3 --- needed for thyroid hormone production. The %DV of 400iu is silly & damn near criminal...you need at least 2000iu but 5000iu would be even better ESPECIALLY if you are black. Black folks need more!
 
I want to apologize for my bad attitude this piece but there are craven sociopaths out there in Food & Drug Land willing to line already fleecy pockets at the expense of the good health, the quality of life, and the intelligence of you and yours. It actually makes me as angry as it should you, eh?
