turned rancid once at pressing because it is, predominantly, a very highly
reactive PolyUnsaturated, Omega-6 oil called LA (Linoleic Acid). The "Poly,"
remember, refers to oil having more than one DB (Double-Bond). That meant,
you'll recall, that it has an Unpaired Electron causing the oil to turn
rancid just from the heat of pressing the oil out of its seed, bean, etc.

so it must be RBDed (Refined, Bleached & Deodorized) to burn off the

Olive (at 76% Mono) and Macadamia Nut at a whopping 85%. Oh yeah, they

in the world.

- You can order some other great, more expensive, specialty
food oils having what I consider the MINIMUM percentage of MonoUnsat Oil
(at about 70%) to be legitimately called a true "Mono-Oil"...
Oils like Hazelnut or Avocado (both in excess of 70 to 75% Mono); HOWEVER,
this does not apply to the toxic "Canola-Crapola" (... see, it
rhymes!), with a low 56% Mono.

- I remind the reader that EVERY Oil must have (at vastly
differing ratios) all 3 types of Fatty-acids, (1) MonoUnsat, (2) PolyUnsat
and (3) Saturated Fat... so Canola with only 56% Mono leaves 44% by volume!
That volume has to be filled with some combination of Poly-Fat & Saturated
Fat... Hazardously, 36% of that 44% is the toxic RBDed PolyUnsat Oil! The
remaining 8% is solid Saturated fat. These are not healthful ratios.
