- Today marks 103 days since the people of Japan have been
suffering under the triple calamity of earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear
radiation. I shall argue, regrettably, that it is my nation, the United
States, that has caused this, and since my nation is a democracy, it is
I who have caused this. I and my 300 million compatriots are so unaware
of what our military is doing that we have stupidly participated in this
incredibly destructive action.

- Who is really to blame? My motto is: "The buck
stops everywhere." Just as I believe that every member of the species
Homo sapiens who happens to get born is entitled to use the earth, so I
also believe every one of those persons should take responsibility for
what the whole species is doing. That's not the preferred way to live,
but it has become necessary.

- Let me preface this article, however, by saying that
I do not support 'international law.' On no occasion would I ever expect
some entity higher than an individual nation to be able to command people.
A nation's government can call upon its citizens to do such-and-such,
and back this request up with law. The said citizens are therefore bound.
There is no comparable world-wide governing entity, nor can there ever
be. I go along with Prof Alfred Rubin of Tufts who says there is no 'authority'
up there. No 'there' there. Period.

- This series of articles is entitled "Delenda est
cabal" in the tradition of Cato's cry "Delenda est Carthago!"
Destroy the enemy before he destroys you. I am sure we need to destroy
the cabal of men who operate HAARP. Does that mean President Obama? No,
he is way, way down the pecking order. Correction: he is not even in the
pecking order. Persons such as Henry Kissinger, Bill Gates, and David
Rockefeller (born 1915) are in the pecking order, yet even they are not
the top bosses. They are in thrall to those bosses! Poor boys.

- As I do not know the names of the cabal members, I will
hardly be able to destroy them personally. Yet I can exert my political
weight within the context of the American military. Our Constitution very
clearly shows that the legislative branch of government, i.e., Congress,
has control of the decision as to when, or if, we go to war. My Congressman
in Massachusetts is John Tierney. He did not vote for us to attack Japan
on "3/11." No such vote was taken. Therefore what HAARP did
that day is wholly illegal. It is criminal.

- It has taken me 103 days to be able to articulate that.
When I was in college, I was thrilled that Prof Richard Falk stated that
the Vietnam War was 'illegal.' I hope readers may find it helpful that
I am calling a spade a spade with regard to HAARP. And there is no time
to waste in getting clear about this. We are all I grave danger. Japan
was not the final target. Nor was Joplin Missouri. Nor was Chile with
its volcanic eruption. We are all fair game.

- PROVING THAT HAARP ATTACKED JAPAN ON 3/11

- Can anyone ever prove something to everyone's complete
satisfaction? Can you prove that you and your spouse are married? What
would be the proof? A marriage certificate? Who signed it? Maybe it
is a forged signature of the priest or rabbi. Or maybe your priest did
actually sign it but if he did not graduate legitimately from the Catholic
seminary, the state's grant of authority to him, to perform weddings, could
perhaps be invalidated.

- Nevertheless, you and spouse have been conjoined for
years. Folks understand that you're married. There is a point at which
reality outweighs all the if's, and's, and but's.

- Was it HAARP that attacked Japan? I don't know for sure,
as I have not personally inspected the capabilities of HAARP. Nor do I
know if other countries, such as China, possess a similar Tesla-technology
device. I don't even claim to understand how an 'ionospheric heater' really
works. And how would I be able to discern if videos of clouds that are
sent in to Youtube, by alleged amateurs, have in fact been photoshopped
and are all part of an HG Wells 'War of the Worlds' type hoax?

- Still, going on 'the weight of probability,' I tentatively
accept the following: 1. Since at least 1907 a cabal of men, based in
Germany, New York, and London, seized the federal government of the US
in an unobtrusive way. (It only takes the control of numerous elected individuals
to do this.) 2. They hold some way-out ideas, as their man H G Wells expressed
in his 1930 book "The Open Conspiracy" (summarized in my "Prosecution
for Treason"). For instance, they want to destabilize the family and
wreck civil society.

- 3. In 1905 a patent was registered for an ionospheric
heater, and in the "International Geophysical Year, 1958, the US proudly
proclaimed it had caused a nuclear explosion in the ionosphere. 4. Subsequently
HAARP was built, reportedly by Raytheon, and now is run by the US Air Force.
It is located in Alaska and has been implicated in weather war.

- SOME HORSE'S-MOUTH EVIDENCE THAT I FIND PERSUASIVE

- I do NOT set a lot of stock in the famous 1997 statement
by Clinton's Secretary of Defense William Cohen that "There are some
reports that some countries are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism
whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely
through the use of electromagnetic waves."

- Whilst I do think his words are correct, they were not
an 'inadvertent leak.' If you look at the context of the 'Sam Nunn Policy
Meeting' at which Cohen spoke, you will see that he answered softball questions.
That is, the Q&A was scripted. The meeting was open to the public.
I have to at least consider that Cohen was spreading disinformation or
distracting us from even more amazing research. Thus it may be that one
can "set off earthquakes and volcanoes" NOT by EM waves, but
by explosions (as Prof Leech of new Zealand did).

- I am fascinated by the fact that George Orwell's predictions
in the 1949 novel "Nineteen Eighty Four" include a somewhat different
picture. He said "Teams of experts are indefatigably at work. Some
are concerned simply with planning the logistics of future wars; others
explore even remoter possibilities such as focusing the sun's rays through
lenses suspended thousands of kilometres away in space, or producing artificial
earthquakes and tidal waves [i.e., tsunamis] by tapping the heat at the
earth's centre." I guess it is conceivable that '3/11' was done by
heat. (Note: in Iceland, many people heat their homes geothermally!)

- Does Orwell deserve the designation 'horse's mouth'?
Yes, as so many of his predictions have come true. I am certain that
he was well-informed of the cabal's activities, and that they wanted him
to produce his novel as a form of conditioning whereby people would get
used to the new reality. His "1984" character, Winston, is excited
by the work of 'Emanuel Goldstein' whose description of 'permanent war'
is indistinguishable from US policy today.

- Other horses' mouth evidence, or camera evidence, consists
of Youtube videos that show very odd lighting in the sky just before earthquakes
in Chile and China. Why would there be any sky involvement in something
that is purportedly emerging from inside the earth? In Japan there was
a massive grid-type pattern of clouds before the quake.

- I think I have come across persuasive evidence, in
the form of a recent denial, at MIT, that the Japan quake was anything
was other-than-natural. I remind the reader that I lack qualifications
to understand technology. Still, I have a PhD in Politics and the point
I am making about the MIT publication is political. I got this material
from the Internet on the website of Kevin Gilmore. (Cannot tell if he is
an honest broker.)

- Gilmore tells us that in the journal "Technology
Review," published by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, "the
findings are presented alongside a different theory called Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere
Coupling, which hypothesizes that the heating in the ionosphere may have

as the fault line released radioactive <http://www.naturalnews.com/radon.html>radon."
(That is the bullcrap line, in other words.)

is fully capable of being used as a scalar weapon, meaning it can emit
strong electromagnetic pulse bombs that can alter weather or trigger seismic
fault lines."

- CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE

- On May 14, 2100 I published the following paragraph
in an Internet article: "Did someone deliberately harm Japan? In my
layman's opinion, yes. I think 'someone' -- likely the same party -- also
harmed Haiti (and I wish I had been more vocal at the time). One undisputed
fact is that the US military -- which does not, in my opinion, work for
the US!!! -- scheduled an exercise in Haiti for 'dealing with a quake,'
just a few days before the need for that arose."

- There is nothing wrong with circumstantial evidence.
In criminal cases before a judge or jury, the verdict will depend on circumstantial
evidence if there is an absence of direct e.g., eyewitness -- evidence.
I imagine we could get direct evidence about HAARP by subpoenaing the
personnel who work there. Since it is a US military operation, the Secretary
of Defense. can be asked to testify. At this moment however, our government
cannot be counted on to do the right thing; the cabal is pulling its puppet
strings. So let's go for circumstantial evidence.

this Part 3 of the "Delenda est cabal" series, in order to make
the simple statement "We need to dismantle HAARP immediately."
So let me offer just one important positive and one important negative
piece of circumstantial evidence that the Japan earthquake was done by
a weapon of 'weather war.' The positive item is that a movie, called the
"Sinking of Japan," was produced in Japan in 2006
and contains scenes that are almost indistinguishable from the tsunami
of 2011. Surely not coincidence. No way.

- The negative evidence is abundant. I refer to Sherlock
Holmes solving a mystery by the fact that the dog did not bark, when the
dog would normally have barked. Many a dog has been silent ever since 3/11.
Why are university science departments, and larger groups of scholars
such as England's Royal Society, not holding emergency meetings to analyze
the many odd weather phenomena happening today? Why hasn't the president
gone on TV about it, as he did about the alleged capture and execution
of Bin Laden?

is ALL that needs to happen. As soon as the universities see someone taking
over their function they will feel foolish. As for the HAARP people's getting
called into line, it would be enough for them to know that they have been
spotted. The situation will change rapidly.
