- As anyone who doesn't live in a self-imposed coma can
see, Americans are beyond frustrated and very, very angry at the Outlaw
Congress for refusing to do their constitutional duty regarding the forgery
released by Obama/Soetoro, April 27, 2011, purported to be his long form
birth certificate.
-
- The charlatans in the "mainstream" media darn
near wet their knickers proclaiming the "birther" issue dead
and over. So did "big" names in the Republican Party running
for president (and will not get my vote), i.e., Michelle Bachmann, Tim
Pawlenty. So have countless members of state legislators who feel there's
no need to verify constitutional qualifications of any candidate
running for president of these united States of America. Obama/Soetoro's
handlers knew releasing the "real" birth certificate would take
the wind out of the sails in both the Outlaw Congress and state houses: Author
of presidential birth-certificate bill gives up without a hearing.

- How shameful the U.S. Congress and thousands of elected
representatives and senators in the 50 states have NO understanding of
the "natural born at birth" requirement for a presidential candidate.
Each and everyone of them took an oath to protect, defend and uphold the
U.S. Constitution. Of course, for Democrats who are just slightly more
ethically bankrupt than Republicans, they have no interest in the law.
As a whole, the Outlaw Congress has failed the American people. Not one
member stood up, January 9, 2009, done their solemn constitutional duty
and objected to certification and acceptance of the electoral college vote
and that includes Ron Paul. For that, they deserve our contempt.

- Obama/Soetoro's followers willfully turn a blind eye
to all the lies, deceit and now, a criminal act, because they have their
hands out to mother government. The usurper promises the moon to each segment
of society - something for everyone at the candy store. They represent
the voices of America's destruction.

- Go into the neighborhoods of Houston, Detroit, Chicago,
Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, Portland, New York City or Miami -- ask ten
people on the street the requirement for an individual to run as president
and ten of them will either trip over their tongue or look at you as if
you just stepped off a space ship. Nor do they care, which also applies
to the disgraced media, including cable network anchors like Sean Hannity,
Bill O'Reilly, Chris Matthews and all the rest. Each day they lose more
credibility.

- None of them can say they aren't aware of the issue or
even that no one has explained it to their dull minds because ads have
been running in the Washington Times National Weekly newspaper
since mid-2009 (See links section below). Those ads have been very detailed.
That newspaper is read by the crooks and cowards not only in Congress,
but by media and likely judges who are not immune to public opinion.

- Why didn't the Outlaw Congress uphold their oath of office,
January 9, 2009? For one the reasons I stated in my
letter to Rep. Darrell Issa, May 23, 2011:

- "There is no question in my mind Congress refused
to act that day for two reasons: (1) political survival and (2) because
Obama/Soetoro is bi-racial. The vast majority of people in this country
forget Barry is half Caucasian. Congress refused to act out of fear there
would be race riots and burning of cities across this country. How shameful
to brand our fellow Americans of a different race as nothing more than
hoodlums who would burn down their own communities because Obama/Soetoro
lied to all of us.

- "How shameful the U.S. Congress refused to do their
constitutional duty out of what "might" happen in a few areas
across the country goaded on by subversive operations. The race card has
been shoved down our throats for years and we the people are sick and tired
of it. This is about the Constitution, not the color of someone's skin. Well,
the problem has snowballed and it will worsen, which is why, regardless
of political heat, the issue of Obama/Soetoro committing a criminal fraud
cannot be ignored. We the people will not allow it to be swept under the
rug."

- Surprise, surprise. I should have known why Issa hasn't
even commented on the ton of snail mail letters he's received demanding
an investigation into an obvious and overt act of forgery committed by
Obama/Soetoro on the American people. Thanks to research by private citizens
who believe we are a nation of laws and not special interests, Issa, is
among many members of the Outlaw Congress who have attempted to change the
requirements in the Constitution for presidential candidates via
legislation instead of a constitutional amendment:

- 1. On June 11, 2003 Democrat House member Vic Snyder
[AR-2] introduced H.J.R 59 in the 108th Congress - "Constitutional
Amendment - Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States
for at least 35 years and who has been a resident within the United States
for at least 14 years eligible to hold the office of President or Vice
President." Co-Sponsors: Rep Conyers, John, Jr. [MI-14]; Rep
Delahunt, William D. [MA-10]; Rep Frank, Barney [MA-4]; Rep Issa, Darrell
E. [CA-49]; Rep LaHood, Ray [IL-18]; Rep Shays, Christopher [CT-4].

- There is a reason the founders grand fathered in the
natural born requirement, but, of course, that no longer matters to those
seeking to integrate the U.S. into a global world government. Allegiance
to America must be eliminated as a requirement for president. No loyalty
to our Constitution or republic. The forces behind the curtain have been
working diligently over the years to convince Americans that anyone can
be president of these united States of America even if they don't meet
the natural born requirements in the U.S. Constitution. Clever propaganda;
the brainwashed never wonder why.

- Issa talks the big talk - except when it comes
to taking on the mess created by him and the rest of his colleagues too
damn cowardly to stand up and stop one of the greatest frauds ever perpetrated
on this nation.

- Am I the only person who believes the reason Congress
won't act to investigate the obvious forgery foisted upon the American
people is because of possible civil unrest by black Americans?
Well, no:

- "Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, the chief of Stand
Up America, a national security expert and Fox News contributor, says the
"Certificate of Live Birth" released in April by the White House
as "proof positive" of President Obama's Hawaiian birth is a
forgery, but the FBI is covering the fraud and no one in Congress is willing
to tackle the situation because of fears of a "black backlash"
if the failings of the nation's first black president are revealed.

- "In an interview today with Greg Corombos for WND,
Vallely, who previously has expressed concerns about whether the Obama
administration is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, said, "His
actual birth certificate has never been found in Hawaii nor released from
Hawaii hospital there, Kapiolani hospital there, if it in fact did exist."

- "We've had three CIA agents, retired, and some of
their analytical associates look at it, and all came to the same conclusion,
that even the long-form was a forged document," Vallely said.

- "No members of Congress will take this on. The word
I get out of Washington is that they don't want to challenge this because
it would be in fact a felony offense and in some cases may be even treasonous
and [they are] afraid of a black backlash from some of the urban areas,"
Vallely said."

- Obama/Soetoro is worth a lot of political currency to
the Republican Party for the 2012 pretend presidential elections infested
with illegals voting and non eligible voters signed up by anti-American
groups like ACORN. However, I believe as time has gone by - even if you
could find one member of the Outlaw Congress with the guts to take on the
criminal activities of Barry Soetoro - the number one problem is this:

- Obama/Soetoro clearly was never eligible to run for president. He cannot be impeached because no one
was legally entitled to vote for an ineligible candidate. He cannot
be impeached because as a usurper, he has never occupied the office of
president. Every single piece of legislation he signed into law is null
and void.

- THAT is the reason the gutless Outlaw Congress won't
touch this until it reaches a point where they have to address it.

- Do I believe there are fools in this country who will
burn their own cities and towns if a move is made criminal charges against
Obama/Soetoro? Sure, it could happen in some places, stoked by
rancid media organizations (CNN, MSNBC) and race baiters like the "Reverend"
Al Sharpton in this country who have gone to extraordinary lengths to protect
the Red in the White House. But, since when is it the moral principle in
this country to ignore the law out of fear there might be some
rioting by a particular race of people too stupid to understand the issue?
When did it become acceptable to ignore lies and deceit in favor of protecting
a political degenerate? How shameful.

- To take that road is to tell everyone in this country
America is nothing more than a Banana Republic where some thug can seize
the office of president of these united States of America by fraud and
never be held accountable.

- THAT is exactly what the cowards in the Outlaw Congress
are making very clear: Obama is above the law because we are too cowardly
to act.

- Because they did not do their job (following the utter
and complete failure by every Secretary of State in the Union) January
9, 2009, the outlaws are now faced with a constitutional crisis of monumental
proportions they don't want to face.

- A formal complaint has been shoved in the face of the
FBI to open a criminal investigation against Barry:

- 22-page brief filed with FBI claims 'irrefutable proof'
document a fraud

- The FBI does not comment on on-going investigations,
but you can take money to the bank there will be no investigation. Not
with the uber corrupt, Attorney General, Eric Holder, or Robert Mueller,
Director of the FBI. Holder because he's connected at the hip with his
boss, Barry Soetoro. Mueller is a career political animal who won't touch
this because he doesn't have to as long as the cowardly Outlaw Congress
remains silent. I wish I were wrong, but Robert Mueller has a long history
of being a career politician who has fully supported shredding the U.S.
Constitution over the nebulous "war on terror". Why should he
care about the Constitution now?

- There are a lot of people involved in this conspiracy
to defraud the American people. Not just Nancy Pelosi. There are several
media accounts of individuals who shame themselves with their gutter politics
to protect someone so slimy, it is almost beyond words:

- The attacks by those on the "left" who care
nothing for the U.S. Constitution will continue against any American who
does believe in the rule of law. I ignore all their noise because it's
meant to be a distraction and has worked for those without enough brain
cells to ignite a spark between their ears.

- Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the rest of
the FAUX News crowd will continue to ridicule Americans who believe this
massive fraud must be exposed no matter how painful.
-
- While it seems hopeless, we the people must continue
demanding a full investigation because to leave Obama/Soetoro in office
will set a horrible legal precedent: Any individual holding dual citizenship
with the help of America hating groups, electronic vote fraud and illegals
voting can steal the office of president and get away with it. If you don't
try, you can't win. If you do nothing, nothing gets accomplished.

- Where are the voices of constitutional law experts, retired
judges and law enforcement at all levels who still believe in their oath?
Where are your voices? Does the few scraps thrown from the King's table
make it easier to sit back and do nothing? Have you no courage? Does your
country mean nothing to you or is it easier to willfully swallow lies to
keep your comfort zone comfy?

- There are still many bills in state legislatures which
would force any presidential candidate to prove beyond a doubt he is eligible
to run for that office. YOU have to call your state rep and senator and
demand this get done or you will vote them out in 2012. The integrity of
our system of law is at stake, the Constitution is at stake and we take
it seriously. Put the heat on your state houses until it gets done no matter
how long it takes. Do those follow up phone calls if there's a bill sitting
in your state legislature; they do make the difference.

- The other thing I urge you to do, which I outlined in
my recent column, Force
an investigation into Obama's birth certificate criminal fraud, involves
a state senator who has been very outspoken regarding Obama/Soetoro's birth
certificate. The key to busting this wide open could be the Hawaii State
Legislature:

- "My second letter went out to Sen. Sam Slom. He
serves in the Hawaii State Senate. That document was allegedly generated
by a state agency in the State of Hawaii. Their legislature has the authority
to conduct an investigation into how that forgery was manufactured, by
who and more importantly, who requested it and when? That won't happen
unless YOU also write a letter. Hard copy letters (or a fax) is something
tangible that can't be ignored. The phones ring all day long at the offices
of state and federal lawmakers. Sometimes you can't even get through or
you just get voice mail."

- This weekend, YOU need to write and mail off a snail
mail letter to Sen. Slom. If his desk is flooded with tens of thousands
of letters - and folks in Hawaii make this an issue - the heat will become
so great, they have to act. Be sure to continue following up with Slom's
office by calling a week after you send your snail mail letter. Thousands
of us must keep the heat on his office until something breaks in that legislature.
It can happen, but it takes all of us. Sen. Slom needs to man up or shut
up.

- The longer this goes on, the worse the mess. This is
not a trivial issue. I hope you will do as so many others have and pound
on your congress critter and Sen. Slom. At some point this is going to
reach critical mass and just like with Watergate, the flood gates will
open, but not without YOU making your voice heard.
