coverup. In effect "managing emergencies meant controlling the crime
scenes." Their powers would grow ignoring Habeas Corpus and the Constitution.
They seemed more interested in building prisons than aiding victims of
disaster. Apparently aiding disasters is a security issue. They (FEMA)
had all the steel from the buildings (911) shipped off to China.

filming and celebrating the attacks; and dozens of those driving around

- FEMA itself had no explanation for World Trade Center
7, a forty-seven story building that CNN and the BBC both reported 'had
collapsed' BEFORE it fell. The 911 commissions way of dealing with Building
7 was to not deal with it. They simply did not address this in their report.
A skyscraper housing offices for the CIA and more importantly the Security
and Exchange Commission investigating tens of billions of dollars in corporate
fraud going up in smoke isn't something you just ignore and 'skip.' It
looked rather stupid without Flight 93 reaching its final destination for
Building 7, but they had to do it anyway.

from the lies it is always good to ask 'who is compounding the lies' and
who is continuing the narrative. When they are one and the same with 'those
who benefit' then you have some suspects. And in the case of government
deception the next question to ask is "Who is and who has the power
to cover-it-up'

by Hurricane Katrina, he is "preparing for the catastrophic event"
in his six-county jurisdiction. Nations admitted that after a major quake,
Tennessee's infrastructure and response capabilities "would get overwhelmed
fairly quickly."

- The USGS report predicts that a major quake would create
horrific scenes like something out of a science fiction movie, potentially
cutting the Eastern part of the country off from the West in terms of vehicular
traffic and road commerce.
