States Rights - Not Necessary
To Reinvent The Wheel

I try to send out notification of events throughout the country that are dealing with top priority issues and providing constitutional solutions instead of more Band Aids.
Millions of Americans suddenly had their comfort zones blind sided in August 2008, when their 401(k)'s began to hemorrhage. Now that there are tens of millions of angry Americans, we have to do our best to present them with accurate facts about the long list of issues plaguing this nation and keep them from unknowingly being led to support more Band Aids.
We know the establishment elite have and continue to hijack many of the larger tea party organizations throughout the country. Of course we know the best way to control a movement is to inject controlled opposition. The most effective way to counter disinformation is to bring forward facts that disprove what the shadow government is promoting. There are well meaning folks out there with all these new declarations and complicated "paths to freedom", when the solutions are already in place, we just need to enforce them.
The importance of these nationwide events is to hopefully draw Americans to them so they get educated on how regional governance and global control is being slammed down our throats locally. There is a very dangerous bill just introduced by lame duck Sen. Chris Dodd that we should try to defeat called the "Livable Communities Act" (S.1619). Should it pass and be signed into law by the illegal president, it will then be up to the states of the Union to refuse to enforce any of the provisions. They don't need the government's permission.
There are many important events coming up and will continue as we introduce newly awakened Americans to the concept of what sound money bills mean to the security of the state (and the dirty word, militia) as well as "what is the Tenth Amendment movement" and why is it so important. What is nullification? Sounds like something so radical! How come I don't hear these things on Hannity or from Sarah Palin? Americans in increasing numbers want to get involved, but they don't know how or where. We also have to stay focused ---
This morning my email box is full of conspiracy screeching about the San Bruno disaster this past Thursday. That area is very familiar to me; located just south of San Francisco. The conspiracy is this was a deliberate act to kill a bunch of people. By who isn't clear. There was a strange plane flying over the area right before the explosion! That is sinister indeed, except that the massive San Francisco International Airport is a stone's throw away as well as to the south, the San Jose Airport and Moffitt Federal Air Field in the same general area as the San Jose airport.
Let me make these observations and move on. It is believed this was a natural gas explosion. We know the pipes in that area were laid in 1956. We know that pipe of all different sizes and components rust both above and below ground. They have to be maintained and replaced. A few weeks ago I caught a segment on cable about the Alaska pipeline in response to the BP disaster and the need to keep on top of pipe line repairs. The interviewer was walking sections with an engineer as they talked about the rust, corrosion and how imperative it is that much of it gets replaced.
At this point in time we know several residents in the area complained of smelling gas the past couple of weeks. A few said they didn't call and report it because the smell dissipated. Others claim to have lodged a complaint with PG & E (Pacific Gas & Electric).
The steel pipe in that area was buried three feet under ground. It is being called a crime scene until some determination can be made as to what caused the pipe to blow. Could it be an act of terrorism? Anything is possible, but given the bedroom community status of San Bruno, I highly doubt it. Could something have jolted the pipe and caused it - possibly due to corrosion - to break and explode?
That part of Northern California sits on a major earthquake fault; they are long over due for another massive hit. The last terrible, major quake in that area was October 17, 1989. Called The Loma Prieta earthquake, it struck at 5:04 p.m (commute time) with a 'moment magnitude' of 6.9 and a surface 'wave magnitude' of 7.1. While it lasted only 15-20 seconds, it killed 62 people and injured 3,757. It also collapsed part of Highway 80. While Southern California gets hit every day with large clusters of 'minor' quakes, the San Francisco area and south of it down near Morgan Hill also get hit. Not large ones; you can look at the ones recorded the day of the explosion and in the days preceding at footnotes [1] and [2]. As you can see, the earth rumbles day and night.
Is it possible that due to the age and condition of the pipes (unknown for sure at this time) and movement under ground (remember these quakes often are like a rolling with a snap at the end) could have caused the explosion? I would say that is a credible scenario. The explosion was at 6:24 pm, so it's unlikely some construction crew was out digging and hit the pipe. Has this type of explosion ever happened before? Yes, see [3] at bottom.
Thousands of residents in that area are suffering from that disaster. Officials are in the investigation process. The issue of pipelines running under residential areas is a major concern across the country. 1956 San Bruno and 2010 San Bruno are not the same due to massive building and dense population. This issue has to be addressed by city fathers and the power companies and obviously, the sooner the better.
Moving On
I was soundly blasted by Ron Paul supporters for not endorsing an event in 2008 in Washington, DC. [4] As someone who has been in the trenches literally 365 days a week going on 21 years, I actually have been around. While this might sit well with people, my reasoning then is still the same as it is now: I believe everyone's time and financial resources are better spent at the local and state level. The Herculean battle will take place between the states and the power elite in Washington, DC. I know this will anger some, but let's look realistically at a "new" Congress to be sworn in January, 2011:
It is estimated by pollsters that the Republicans will take control of house. They need 37 seats, but could pick up as many as 45. There are 435 house seats. If you don't get it before marriage, don't expect it afterwards. If the 45 seat turn over were to materialize, that would still leave 400 incumbents who refuse to cure the following cancers will go right back to Washington, DC:
(1) abolish the privately owned Federal Reserve, (2) Abolish the unnecessary federal income tax and replace it with no tax; that includes stopping the withholding tax, (3) Get the US out of the communist UN, (4) Get the US out of Bretton Woods and all the financial instruments wrapped up globally that are taking us to economic hell, (5) Get US out of NAFTA which would bring home hundreds of thousands of jobs, (6) Get the US out of NAFTA and GATT/WTO, which would bring home millions of jobs - especially textile, (7) bring our troops home from these illegal invasions and occupation of foreign countries, (8) Abolish unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Department of Education, the EPA, HHS, Federal Death Administration (FDA) and others which would save a trillion or more dollars, (9) Legalize for all farmers industrial hemp (not the pot smoked by people who can't face the day without a crutch). Industrial hemp would lower the cost of everyday things and create thousands of jobs in most states. That's just the short list.
In other words, the same Outlaw Congress that didn't get the job done in their previous 2, 4, or 10 terms is somehow going to get it done when reelected - again? There have been several articles recently about how the "old" guard Republicans will deal with the incoming freshmen to make sure they tow the party line.
If the illegally seated senate were to shift to the Republicans, the game is the same. There is high hope if the Republicans take the house, CommieCare will be abolished. Don't hold your breath. If the communists and socialists retain the senate, it won't happen. Any bill that goes to the usurper in the White House will be vetoed even though Obama/Soetoro has no legal authority to execute anything as a putative president. I agree and hope the Republicans do take control of the house, but then what? See that list above? Those are key critical issues; the secondary list is ten miles long. John Boehner is slated to become Speaker of the House if the Republicans take control, yet Boehner voted for NAFTA, GATT/WTO and CAFTA. He voted to kill hundreds of thousands of jobs his own state of Ohio, yet he continues to get reelected while his constituents stand in unemployment lines. What makes you think he will lead the charge to get us out of those unconstitutional treaties? See what I mean? It's a tough road ahead and going to get ugly.
Think the Republicans will introduce and pass a bill to kill the hoax called a financial reform bill recently signed by the Red in the White House? I guarantee most of them have zero understanding of the problem and our monetary system. Tens of millions of Americans are better educated and have a clear understanding of these issues, while these incumbents care only about "taking power" or keeping "power." The Republicans held power for 14 years; eight under a Republican president and they did NOTHING to cure the financial time bomb that was ticking long before the Democrats took power in January 2007.
Having said that, you might be interested in this event and hopefully bring someone who is just now learning the truth about the big picture:

The one thing the Masters of the Game who run Washington, DC fear the most is a massive push back by the sovereign states of the Union. We the people can make that happen by standing firmly behind our state reps and senators who are freedom loving constitutionalists. They need to know we have their back. Here is a list of over 1,100 state reps and senators who either voted for a Tenth Amendment Resolution last year or supported a bill that didn't make it out of committee (Not all in alphabetical order by state as I added more at the end):
Here is a special page I set up to help all of us fully understand why it's critical the states of the Union pass as quickly as possible after Jan 1st a sound money bill:
This site helps locate a tea party group in your area. Find one, attend, educate in a professional manner and we will gain more truth seekers to fight at the local and state level:
