- Across the globe, national constitutions are undergoing
rapid modifications. In some nations the change is covert and only a few
citizens are aware of the exact criteria. In others (mostly "former"
communist/socialist countries and "former" British colonies)
the changes are open and named in public policies, constitutions, and trade
agreements.

- In South America, the new Bolivian Constitution is openly
defined as a communitarian constitution. In an interview with Bolivia's
foreign minister, titled `Communitarian socialism will refound Bolivia'
David Choquehuanca explained:

- "Political Constitution of the State'', approved
by referendum on January 25, 2009, by 61.4% of the vote and announced on
February 7, is clearly of transcendental importance for the refoundation
of Bolivia. The recognition of individual and collective rights, popular
participation, the principle of equality and the end of all types of exclusion
and discrimination are all present in the new constitutional text.

- "It establishes the creation of "a Unified
Social State of Law whose character would be Plurinational Communitarian,
free, independent, sovereign, democratic, intercultural, with decentralised
autonomous departments, regions, municipalities and indigenous circumscriptions".

- In the United States, the evolution to communitarian
supra-nationalism has been gradual and hidden from the voters (especially
the ones who may use their constitutional agreements to maintain their
power over government servants). As a response to Kevin Egger's letter
to the editor of California's Napa Valley Register on July 14, 2010 shows,
the idea of global communitarian change is just a lovely idea, especially
to adept Americans.

- In Great Britain, home of the Fabian gradualists, the
newly elected "conservative" PM David Cameron has already proposed
a big new communitarian program called "The Big Society." Cameron's
communitarianism is well documented in the English press, but, like their
cousins in the U.S., British commoner's awareness of communitarian legal
principles remains at the pre-school level, and the academics are there

- As I've written more than once before, member states
in the European Union have already openly incorporated supremacy of communitarian
law. Professor Ján Mazák, PhD. , President, Constitutional
Court of the Slovak Republic explained in 2004 in the "National judiciary
after the accession of the Slovak Republic to the European Union"
that "The primary rule is, that the national courts of member states
are obliged to apply directly those communitarian standards which fulfil
the communitarian conditions of the immediate applicability." (Full

heard the word or anything about the philosophy?

- On the surface it's called sustainable development. UN
Local Agenda 21, adopted at the Rio Earth summit in 1992, suggested local
communitarian councils should control all land and resources. Under this
guise of "protecting the environment," the economic foundations
for self-reliant nations have been all but eliminated. Land use, including
privately owned land, is almost completely controlled by small councils
of self-appointed communitarian leaders.
