Why We Have Gas Prices That Are Breaking Our
Backs And Destroying Our Economy

By Joe Cortina
4-17-10

I am totally convinced especially from my experiences in the past decade or so that we Americans as a people, are poorest informed creatures on the planet - on matters of vital importance . We know all about most 'truly important matters' such as how to organize tailgate parties NFL top scorers the latest 'blonde' jokes - personal lives of movie stars the best bars to meet women the best restaurants to chow down how to impress out neighbors with the most toys ( derived from the old time American favorite  " he who dies with the most toys WINS!') who is the favorite in the upcoming boxing match and what kind of electronic games will keep our children occupied enough to keep from bothering us with embarrassing TV related questions like:  upcoming major elections , what is a 4 hour erection?, what is genital herpes?, what are queers? , what are condoms for? And why is the AT&Tphone company making fun of a dad's concern about his daughter's honor?

As a child growing up in Christian America my parents never had to deal with this embarrassing crap so they had more time for learning about trivial boring nonsense like what are the Communists up to were they infiltrating our schools and churches? - what is our government lying to us about was the 'new' rock and roll craze associated with drugs, violence, and pregnancies which of our freedoms were under attack and by whom what was the health of our economy and how our economy dealt with our health needs and other boring not fun stuff that responsible people did when I was a kid.

So, here is all you ever need to know about why you are getting screwed at the gas pumps.

Keep in mind that this article was researched mostly in the Fall of 2008 and its predictions of a failing economy have not only come to pass but are still spiraling our of control. The ONLY significant factor that has changed for the positive ( which serves to reinforce my whole point of this article) is that the enormity of the reserves mentioned have increased with new finds which may double or triple estimates of two years ago - but at any rate are SIGNIFICANTLY higher as new discoveries are made in all the areas discussed. Keep that important FACT in mind as you read.

===============================================================================

First of all just how much oil does the US control in other words how much oil can we obtain for our own use within the contigual US and its surrounding waters?

Everybody is somewhat familiar with the Alaskan oil fields and of course the much vaunted Alaska Pipeline so lets start with some interesting facts. Lets start with some shockers. Only NINE years ago crude was actually less that $10 barrel. Today with IMMENSE NEW reserves discovered AND substantially better technology for drilling retrieval and refining we are told that the prices have risen to $122 barrel AND ASSUREDLY A LOT MORE as you read this only a few days after it was written!

Are you beginning to wake up folks? Has the GREED FACTOR SUNK IN YET? That is a THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PERCENT INCREASE! Have your taxes gone DOWN down a THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PERCENT since then to compensate for the increase in living expense? Has your income gone UP ONE THOUSAND TWO HANDED PERCENT SINCE 1999 to make up the increase in living expense?

Hopefully by this late stage of the game - even the dimmest of bulbs has stopped blaming the 'Arabs' and "Mooselims" as the rednecks call them - for the total moral and economic meltdown of America.

It gets better and remember these are now FOUR YEAR OLD STATISTICS!

THE U.S. EMERGENCY CRUDE RESERVES

April 26, 2006 The reserve is contained in four sites in salt caverns along the Texas and Louisiana coast that hold emergency supplies of crude oil. The President ( Bush - at the time) could tap the reserve when confronted with a disruption in oil supplies that threatens the economy.

Current inventory: 687.5 million barrels
Highest inventory: *700.7 million barrels in late August 2005
NOTE: *small percentage used after hurricane Katrina
Current storage capacity: 727 million barrels
Average price paid for oil in the reserve: $27.73 per barrel
Current price for oil: $72.76* per barrel
*( the correction for the oil prices are NOW $122 per barrel AND is going up SO FAST that by the time I finish my research with this paper in a couple of more days the $122 figure WILL be obsolete!!!!)
That is almost TWENTY NINE AND A HALF BILLION GALLONS OF CRUDE!
That converts to apx 15,000,000,000 gallons of refined gasoline or about enough gas for every American family car for about a year! ( based on 20 gallons a week average use)
AND THAT IS A SUPER CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE!
Oh - and here is a fairly current little tidbit of the impending DOOM that will ruin our economy and send us into a depression that will make the depression of our grandparents look like a cake walk!
On Friday light crude set a record high of $139.12 in after-hours trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange after hitting $138.54 at the regular session.
Oil prices were given a boost on a report by Morgan Stanley analyst Ole Slorer, who suggested the price of oil could rocket to $150 as early as July.
Some analysts have suggested that prices would reach as high as $200 a barrel during the next 18 months.
The benchmark of light, sweet crude oil is more than twice the price it was a year ago.

FOR those of you that have bought the BIG LIE about the scarcity of oil in America - here is just ONE of MANY such new discoveries of American oil fields and REMEMBER I haven't even started on my MIND BOGGLING facts on ALASKAN and Gulf reserves YET! READ THIS ARTICLE now nearly 2 years old !

I do not profess to be an economics expert or even highly proficient with the economics of the petro industry. I barely know the difference between heavy crude ( harder to move in the pipes from Alaska) and light crude BUT I can read and I CAN reveal documented facts written by people that ARE the experts. All I have done is to borrow the knowledge of many sources on the net. You can do your own investigation and learn what I now know. I DO KNOW that these obscene prices are created through greed stupidity and criminal intent.

Massive Oil Deposit Could Increase US reserves by 10x

America is sitting on top of a super massive 200 billion barrel Oil Field that could potentially make America Energy Independent and until now has largely gone unnoticed. Thanks to new technology the Bakken Formation in North Dakota could boost America's Oil reserves by an incredible 10 times, giving western economies the trump card against OPEC's short squeeze on oil supply and making Iranian and Venezuelan threats of disrupted supply irrelevant.

In the next 30 days the USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) will release a new report giving an accurate resource assessment of the Bakken Oil Formation that covers North Dakota and portions of South Dakota and Montana. With new horizontal drilling technology it is believed that from 175 to 500 billion barrels of recoverable oil are held in this 200,000 square mile reserve that was initially discovered in 1951. The USGS did an initial study back in 1999 that estimated 400 billion recoverable barrels were present but with prices bottoming out at $10 a barrel back then the report was dismissed because of the higher cost of horizontal drilling techniques that would be needed, estimated at $20-$40 a barrel.

It was not until 2007, when EOG Resources of Texas started a frenzy when they drilled a single well in Parshal N.D. that is expected to yield 700,000 barrels of oil that real excitement and money started to flow in North Dakota. Marathon Oil is investing $1.5 billion and drilling 300 new wells in what is expected to be one of the greatest booms in Oil discovery since Oil was discovered in Saudi Arabia in 1938.

The US imported about 14 million barrels of Oil per day in 2007 , which means US consumers sent about $340 Billion Dollars over seas building palaces in Dubai and propping up unfriendly regimes around the World, if 200 billion barrels of oil at $90 a barrel are recovered in the high plains the added wealth to the US economy would be $18 Trillion Dollars which would go a long way in stabilizing the US trade deficit and could cut the cost of oil in half in the long run.( end of article)

Folks this is the type of stuff I'm talking about! YOU CANNOT remain IGNORANT and remain a FREE PEOPLE. Put your tailgate parties cold beer and NFL frenzies aside long enough to become educated on matters of REAL IMPORTANCE. For God sake people these are the things you MUST be educated on for the sake of your families your children and your country. This administration ( like the one before)  is as evil and lying as any on earth and they give not ONE DAMN what happens to us.  WAKE UP!

NOW - lets start with ALASKA   THIS WILL BLOW YOUR MIND!

ALASKA OIL FIELDS AND RESERVES

Lindsey Williams - "There is as much crude oil in the north slope of
Alaska as there is in Saudi Arabia."

The governor of Alaska stated on the Bill Mayer TV show Real Time on
March 18, 2005, "There is potentially enough crude oil on the North
slope of Alaska to supply the entire United States of America for 200
years."

First to be commercialized would be the Fiord and Nanuq accumulations found on state leases north and south of Alpine. Fiord, announced in 1999, has 50 million recoverable barrels, while Nanuq, announced in 2001, holds 40 million recoverable barrels, said ConocoPhillips spokeswoman Dawn Patience

Alpine is estimated to hold 430 million barrels of recoverable light crude and is now pumping out 100,000 barrels a day, significantly more than initially forecast.

[Jan 1968] In January 1968, Arco announced that huge deposits of oil, possibly rivaling the Middle East fields in size, had been found in the Alaskan Prudhoe <>Bay area in the Arctic Circle (Fig. 23).

( Prudhoe Bay I is currently the largest oil field in America) BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust is the largest conventional oil and gas trust in the United States. Its assets are in the huge <>Prudhoe Bay Oil Field, the largest oil field in North America, and at the end of 2006 the Trust claimed to have proved reserves of 85.1 million barrels of crude oil.

ABOUT PRODUE OIL FIELD<>

Ownership and Operation:
BP operates the field and owns 26 percent
Exxon Mobil and ConocoPhillips Alaska own 36 percent each

Location and Size:
It is located 650 miles north of Anchorage, Alaska
It is more than 200,000 acres in area
It is the start of the Alaskan Pipeline

Comparisons:
It is the largest oil field in North America
It is the 18th largest oil field ever discovered.

North slope production is currently 886,000 bbl/d or about 18,700,000 gallons or gas/day ( when refined)

GULF OIL DISCOVERIES AND RESERVES
NOTE: this story is ALREADY TWO YEARS OLD! Newer discoveries are likely to increase estimates substantially
AND oil prices have increased *NINETY PERCENT since then
News that three oil companies have discovered what might be an enormous reserve in the Gulf of Mexico comes at an auspicious moment. With Congress returning to Washington, Democrats planning to campaign on gas prices, and lawmakers of both parties dragging their feet in respect of allowing additional drilling, the time is apt for a clear-headed conversation about energy policy. Yesterday's announcement is a great place to start.
Chevron and two partners said yesterday they had conducted test drilling on a site that could turn out to harbor between 3 billion and 15 billion barrels of oil and natural gas. If those estimates are correct, the 300-square-mile site could prove to be the largest domestic oil find in America in a generation, matching the output of Prudhoe Bay in Alaska. If the upper estimate is true, Chevron has just increased America's domestic reserve by 50%. It will be several years before that production comes online in all its glory - analysts are predicting that the new supply will start hitting the world market some time in 2010 - but yesterday's news helped sustain a slide in the price of oil futures that had already been underway.
This marks the second lesson in oil supply and demand in the past month. The shutdown of British Petroleum's operations at Prudhoe Bay last month cut world production by only 400,000 barrels a day yet sent prices soaring to a record *$78.44 a barrel. Meantime, the prospect of increased supply - some from sources that make sense only at higher oil prices, as our Youssef Ibrahim, a newspaperman particularly savvy about the petroleum beat, has noted - has led to a further drop in crude futures.
The find also raises hopes that even more oil may be lurking under the Gulf of Mexico. More than a fourth of America's domestic production already comes from the Gulf, and no one knows how much more might be out there. The House has passed a bill that would effectively give individual states in the area an opportunity to decide how much exploration and drilling they want to allow off their coasts.
The Senate, however, has resisted, preferring a more restrictive bill that would allow new access to fields believed to contain only about 1.125 billion barrels. Chevron has already found, at a minimum, more than twice that in its new field. No one knows how much oil could be lurking under the 125-mile "protection zone"Florida politicians slipped into the Senate bill, not to mention the 80% of American coastline that's currently off limits to exploration.
(My Comment:) FLORIDA POLITICIANS? -- HOW ABOUT LEFTIST DEMOCRATS!
Congress will have it in its power over the next month to decide whether Chevron's big announcement will be an aberration or the "new normal." If Americans are going to be able to look forward to many more price-depressing big finds, Congress needs to open up both the Gulf and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge - which would produce as much each day as the new Gulf well is expected to - to drilling. This is for what "windfall profits" are needed. Chevron's discovery suggests that Americans are getting their money's worth from big oil.
(My Comment:) You Democrat tree huggers want to ride bikes to work ? FINE just don't force your putrid childish leftist BS on hard working families trying to earn a living and feed their children with what's left after a $100+ dollar car tank fill)

Huge Oil Reserve Found In Gulf Of Mexico

Chevron Thinks It Might Have Found As Much As 15 Billion Barrels

WASHINGTON (CBS News) - Results from a deep-water test well in the Gulf of Mexico suggest a new pool of oil and gas that could boost U.S. reserves by as much as 50 percent.

Chevron Corp. on Tuesday estimated the 300-square-mile region where its test well sits could hold between 3 billion and 15 billion barrels of oil and natural gas liquids. Analysts are calling it the most significant domestic discovery since Alaska's Prudhoe Bay more than a generation ago.

CU geologist: Billions of barrels of oil lie miles below the Gulf of Mexico

By Blaine P. Friedlander Jr.
U.S. reliance on foreign oil production could be reduced by chemically mapping the subsurface streams of hydrocarbons, amounting to tens of billions of barrels, hidden well below the Gulf of Mexico, a Cornell geologist reports.
These untapped oil and gas reserves can be found by matching hydrocarbon chemical signatures with geologic models for stratigraphic layers under the sea floor, said Lawrence M. Cathles, a professor of chemical geology at Cornell.
"The undiscovered gas and oil potential of the Gulf of Mexico is very large," said Cathles. "We have produced only a small fraction, and the deep-water potential for finding more there is big. In terms of potential, it is bigger than the North Sea. It's about a big a deal as there is."
I could go on and on and on as the available info on existing and recently discovered fields ALL agree that the petroleum resources in the Gulf alone are BEYOND HUGE!
The next article exposes a lot of the lies we have been told. It is worth reading for ALL Americans. DEMAND THAT OUR CORRUPT GREEDY GOVERNMENT STOP THE LIES!
Gulf of Mexico saturated with oil?

Another find preceded this week's major discovery
<>World Net Daily | September 8 2006
Chevron's announcement this week that the Jack Field located in the Gulf of Mexico 270 miles southwest of New Orleans may have as much as 15 billion barrels of oil was not the only recent find of oil in the Gulf.
In March, Mexico announced the discovery of a new huge oil find, the Noxal Field some 60 miles from the port of Coatzacoalcos on the coast of Veracruz state. Estimated to contain as much as 10 billion barrels of oil, the find could well be larger than Cantarell, Mexico's biggest oil field, near Yucatan.
"The new deep-water finds in the Gulf of Mexico are more validation for what we wrote in "Black Gold Stranglehold: The Myth of Scarcity and the Politics of Oil," co-author Jerome R. Corsi explained to WND. "The deep-earth, abiotic theory that the origin of oil has nothing to do with biological material argues that oil is abundant at levels deep within the earth."
"Moreover, these finds call into question the 'peak oil' theories that we are running out of oil," he said. "When huge new finds are being made in the Gulf, why does President Bush continues to believe we must prepare for a world running out of oil?"
Even before the new Mexican discovery, the Energy Information Agency's own figures estimate proven world oil reserves at 1.28 trillion barrels, more than ever in human history,
"It is possible that the Chicxulub meteor fractured much of the bedrock in the Gulf of Mexico," Corsi told WND. "Who knows how much oil will be found in the Gulf of Mexico? 100 billion barrels? 200 billion barrels? Nobody really knows. We have just begun to explore the Gulf at deeper levels for oil." We should expect new finds of huge oil deposits beneath the Gulf floor for many years to come."
Earlier this year, Cuba announced plans to hire the communist Chinese to drill for oil off Key West, Fla. The move was made possible by the 1977 agreement under President Jimmy Carter that created for Cuba an "Exclusive Economic Zone" extending from the western tip of Cuba to the north, virtually to Key West.
"If Cuba and communist China believe they too can find oil in the Gulf, we should pull out all stops," argues Smith. "We may be able to bring the price of gasoline down under $2 a gallon if oil can be found in these huge quantities within our territorial waters. It's crazy to think we should be dependent on foreign oil when we've made Mexico our number two supplier of oil with the reserves Mexico has found in the Gulf."

BLACK-GOLD BLUES ( ONCE AGAIN THIS FIND IS ALREADY TWO YEARS old!)

Gulf of Mexico as oil-rich as Mideast?
Massive new find only 'beginning' of deep-water exploration

The Gulf of Mexico might contain as much oil as the Middle East, says Jerome R. Corsi, co-author of "<>Black Gold Stranglehold: The Myth of Scarcity and the Politics of Oil."

"The Gulf is over 550 miles long, and we have only just begun exploring for oil at levels five miles below the surface," Corsi told WND ( Worldnet Daily)
Last week, <>Chevron announced a huge oil find, the Jack Field, some 270 miles southwest of New Orleans, which may contain as much as 15 billion barrels of oil. The find itself is enough to increase the current estimate of total U.S. <>oil reserves by 50 percent.
Current production is only about 1.5 million barrels/day Or about 32,000,000 gallons of gasoline
( MY Comment:) These finds are more common every day and an intelligent person cannot be anything but 100% convinced that US oil/natural gas reserves are beyond our wildest energy dreams and WE HAVEN'T EVEN SCRATCHED THE SURFACE. ARE YOU GETTING MAD YET?
NO? just wait till I get done and you will be BEYOND angry with the lying bastards in Washington that have made you suffer economically for NO GOOD REASON OTHER THAN GREED! But like RONCO's Ron Popeil says: "BUT WAIT THERE's MORE!"
U.S. ON LAND OIL PRODUCTION
Overall, the United States depends on natural gas for about 22 percent of its total <>primary energy requirements (oil accounts for around 41 percent and <>coalfor 23 percent).
As of 2003, top natural-gas-producing states (in descending order) included Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Louisiana, Colorado, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama and California. Alaska's North Slope fields represent a large potential natural gas source, with an estimated 30-35 Tcf of natural gas resources. Natural gas reserves in the Gulf are immense.
During 2004, top oil inland producing areas ( EXCEPT ALASKA) included Texas onshore (1.1 million bbl/d), California (656,000 bbl/d), Louisiana onshore (228,000 bbl/d), New Mexico (176,000 bbl/d), Oklahoma (171,000 bbl/d), Wyoming (141,000 bbl/d) and Utah (55,000 bbl/d) - for a total of about 2.53 million barrels a day OR About 55,000,000 gallons of gasoline per day. This is Apx 35-40% of the consumption of American car owners/day
Total production for Gulf offshore contigual onshore and Alaska onshore is 105,000,000 million gallons of gas /day - a FRACTION of what we could have for hundreds of years if need be at affordable 70s prices IF it weren't for the anti-American Congress.
And for you die hard liberals that just HAVE to believe that we have 'raped' the planet and have exhausted our fossil fuels not to worry. Unless you are sharing a brain to do normal functions you must be aware that even as you read this scientists all over the planet are working hard on alternate energy sources. I find it INCONCEIVABLE to even entertain the notion that within the next two decades (NOT 200 years) we will have perfected something to replace fossil fuels at least for simple urban transportation and I don't mean battery cars.
There have been tremendous advances in Solar energy wind driven energy tide driven energy and of course atomic energy. There is ALREADY albeit not affordable or practical just yet a functional hydrogen powered car. It runs on plain H-20 WATER! Fill your tank with a garden hose! They have been on major auto company adds on TV! I remember when TV was just a new miracle a very expensive 'magic' novelty when I was a child. A GPS type gadget was of course ONLY in science fiction movies like jet planes.
Ion propulsion is already a reality. Our collective technologies have literally exploded exponentially in scope in the past 50 years alone! It won't be something of the distant future. It is almost here. In the meantime we must use what God has given us and served us well so far.
Frankly- my bet for cheap inexaustable energy is on fusion technology and specifically 'cold-fusion'. Read up on it. This is no longer 'sci-fi' stuff. It is no longer IF - but WHEN. You will find it fascinating.
Point is America has an ENORMOUS reserve of fossil fuel energy. We have MORE than enough to carry us WELL into the next CENTURY - not just the next decade! If Venezueala - who does nothave the enoumous potential untapped resources we have cansell their own people gas for 12 cents a gallon - SO CAN WE! We WILL have perfected an alternative energy source LONG LONG Before we will deplete our fosil fuels. This will take a SUBSTANTIAL economic burden off the backs of American working people. Just start crunching your own numbers and when you do some simple math ( and plug in a generous 'fudgefactor') you will find some rather impressively large crude oil figures based on professional research in all three areas especially the Gulf and of course the Alaska 'north slope' area.
WE DO NOT NEED FOREIGN OIL. WE NEVER HAVE NEEDED IT. WE HAVE ALL WE WILL EVER NEED RIGHT HERE 'IN OUR FRONT YARD'!
We are told in simple terms that "oh no- the Government has nothing to do with the price of gas at the pump". THAT my friends is a monstrous LIE a MENDACITY A FALSEHOOD a DECEPTION and cruel hoax. It is a no-brainer total piece of bullshit! Don't buy it!
The serial wars the MILLION two hundred thousand INNOCENT CIVILIANS MOSTLY CHILDREN that our ruthless military have MURDERED for that sorry piece of the devil's real estate called IsraHELL is greed and lies! That - AND - the cruel genocide of the defenseless Palestinians (many whom are Christian) that WE the AMERICAN people have paid for EVERY BULLET IN EVERY CHILD'S BLOWN OFF HEAD (yes it is true and I have been there and seen it) are the main reasons for the obscene gas prices.
The lying criminals in Washington formerly headed by master butcher and war criminal GEORGE W BUSH and now by Jew sock - puppet Obama are 100% RESPONSIBLE! PERIOD It's ALL ABOUT GREEDY Jews and greedy Jew puppets!
Know what the Venezuelan citizen pays for the now $4. and SOARING gas that the GREEDY BASTARDS in our OWN govt. have chocked us with? $3? -- $2? $1.50? -- $1?---,50 cents? -- 35 cents!!? NOOOO! T-W-E-L-V-E cents! That's right my American suckers - A Venezuellan can FILL his tank for LESS than the cost of a loaf of bread!
We are ALL about GREED GREED AND MORE GREED! We have apx the SAME reserves that Venezuela does so you figure what kind of bastards run and or regulate the oil companies are here.
ANY American adult that supported that lying greedy murdering scumbag BUSH or Marxist Obama - or the oil company scum that made them and their cronies filthy rich at the family working man's expense is either a moron or a monster!
The official govt. Line is of course that lame tired mantra of 'supply and demand' ' the shortage' of petroleum. There is NO shortage and never has been. This is an illusion created by the Zionist 'one-worlders' that run the show and of course their lackeys the shabbus goy ( Jew sycophants) that kiss their asses.
We know these scum politically as Democrats who are in reality re-cycled hippies from the 60s the SAME free love women's lib dopers that followed Jew leaders like Abe Hoffman as he led them to spit on my ( that I trained back then) troops returning from fighting A VERY REAL ENEMY and friends of the Jew the communists.
They have thrown their lot in with the Zionists and effectively prevented OUR OWN people from using the blessings that were granted by God in the form of raw materials to be used for our needs.
You readers who are struggling with a home full of hungry children a looming foreclosure unemployment and a hundred dollar bill by Christmas just to fill the tank of your compact remember THAT FACT as you suffer and struggle to keep from falling into the cracks of economic oblivion AND IT WILL HAPPEN EVEN AS YOU READ THIS.
If you have done nothing to even try to oppose this madness and care not what happens to your children you have no one else to blame. IF by chance you are a supporter of the Democrat political system then you have LITERALLY cut your OWN throat and RUINED your OWN home and family. And - in fairness - there is NO MORE authentic Republican Party either.
BOTH are owned heart and soul by the Jews. Statistically, 90% of the Jews support the Democrats and the balance the 'Neopublicans'. What IS important for Americans to know - is the arguable FACT that 99.99% of ALL Jews are far more loyal to IsraHELL than to the USA. It is a WIN WIN for the Jews and a LOSE LOSE for Americans - but I digress.
And now a final little sobering thought regarding the stupidity and more accurately TREASON of our Congress ESPECIALLY THE DEMOCRATS ( historically good pals of the communists and THAT disgrace is why I left the Democrats 25 years ago)
I still can't believe that we are such morons as to cut our own throats!

READ THIS AND TELL ME THAT WE ARE NOT THE FOOLS OF THE CENTURY

CHINA STARTS OIL DRILLING OFF FLORIDA

WHILE AMERICA TWIDDLES THUMBS, CHINESE TAP BILLIONS OF BARRELS

By Mike Blair

While Washington dithers over exploiting oil and gas reserves off the coast of Florida, China has seized the opportunity to gobble up these deposits, which run throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and along the U.S. Gulf coast.

The Chinese have forged a deal with Cuban leader Fidel Castro to explore and tap into massive oil reserves almost within sight of Key West, Florida. At the same time, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who controls the largest oil reserves in the Western Hemisphere, is making deals to sell his country's oil to China, oil that is currently coming to the United States.

Meanwhile, a new left-wing populist regime in Bolivia has nationalized the natural gas industry, threatening to cut off supplies to the United States.

SLANT DRILLING

There are new reports out circulating that Chinese firms are planning to slant drill off the Cuban coast near the Florida Straits, tapping into U.S. oil reserves that are estimated at 4.6 billion to 9.3 billion barrels. This compares with 4 billion to 10 billion barrels believed to be beneath the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge, where drilling is held up in Congress due to the objections of environmental groups which warn of endangering caribou. Permission to drill in the refuge, which experts are certain will not present any environmental hazard, has failed by just two votes in the Senate.

As Chinese business increases its reach around the world, it is seeking oil, which it lacks domestically.

After elections in Mexico in early July, when a new regime hostile to Washington is expected to take power, the United States might be without supplies of Mexican crude oil. The United States gets about 40 percent of its imported oil from Mexico and Venezuela.

China is eager to tap into oil reserves in the Florida Straits and then make a deal with Castro to control it. The Chinese have already reopened an abandoned Russian oil refinery in Cuba. Much of the gas refined there is believed to be destined for Freeport in the Bahamas, where the Chinese, through front company Hutchison-Whampoa, has developed a massive port facility and airfield.

With the refinery reopened and expanded it will also meet the needs of Castro.

Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho) has introduced legislation to ease U.S. restrictions that prevent dealing with Cuba to drill in the Florida Straits. It is hoped that Florida regulations that prevent U.S. oil drilling off the state's coasts could also be eased.

The irony is that Chinese drilling could be even more of an environmental hazard since China is not as concerned about or equipped to deal with any potential ecological disaster as a result of a spill, said Craig.=====

HAVE A NICE DAY AT THE $4-$5 GAS PUMP this Fall. If the Jews drag us fools into yet ANOTHER endless war for their profit - look for even higher gas!  At least you won't have to wait long. At those prices then it will take you only less than 30 seconds to eat up a $20 bill or another minute or so to eat up another $40-50. if your tank ws near empty  which will then be the condition of your wallet that is IF you have just also spent the hundred dollars on ONE bag of groceries.
But what the heck be happy knowing that even though you may lose your job- your home your health insurance and maybe your car or at least must postpone that family drive to the mountains you made made life easier for a Caribou in the icy tundra or sea grass hermit crabs and starfish in the Gulf AND made Castro's communists happy with $1gas. OF and of course not to forget all of the wealthy seaside Jew pomoted hotel owners so they can keep their rich tourists happy while you suffer. Oh and remember please don't shoot me I'm just the messenger trying to warn my neighbors by bringing the truth to light.
( my added comment as of Apr 2010.) I just bought gas for my little Toyota. At about $3/gal for low REGULAR - it cost me 25 bucks to fill to a hair over half of my small tank! In Jew free Venezuela - a citizen would have spent only about 2 bucks & change to fill the WHOLE TANK!
Obama has as of recent - indicated a willingness to open Gulf oil exploration. Is it big business deals oriented, or an act of responsibility towards energy independence? I won't hold my breath. I don't think he is capable of a non-ulterior motivated moral or patriotic act. You decide.
Now go out and start connecting the dots yourself before you end up on welfare in an occupied third world country we once knew as the United States Of America!
And BTW-  If you live in Florida like me - when when you see those hypocrite tree huggers and even more hypocrite wealthy beach property rental owners demonstrating so passionately about those "ugly dirty dangerous" oil drilling rigs that will make gas affordable but will "scare" away those Northern wealthy tourists that pollute our highways while we struggle to get to work - just remember this.  These snow-birds keep the rich demonstrators rich, by staying at THEIR ritzy TOURIST hotels and trendy pricy TOURIST restaurants that YOUR family and my family and most REAL Florida families simply can't afford today.
So, why not ask them if they wouldn't mind paying for your struggling family's next $75 tank of imported gas - so you can simply get to work and take your kids to school and shop for groceries and other non glamorous mundane tasks that those/ environmentalist freaks rich 'tourist' lovers don't have to put up with. They don't give a flying rat's ass about the beautiful pristine beaches that disappeared decades ago (now jammed with tacky ugly commercial condos) or your struggling family - just with keeping their profitable hotels full. I live here - I know the score. But then greed is a trendy American thing. We even have TV shows about it.

Book Of John Chapter 8 - as Christ damns the Jews ( and NOT JUST THE HIGH PRIESTS AND Pharisees - see notes below)

" Ye do the deeds of your father (the devil). If God were your father. ye would love me; for I proceed forth and came from God: neither came I of myself, but He sent me."

" Ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie - he speaketh of his own; ( the Jews) for he is a liar, and the father of it"

"That this SATANIC FATHERHOOD cannot be limited to the Pharisees is MADE CLEAR in 1 John 3;8-10"

Matthew 23:15" Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.

"You serpents, you generation of vipers, how can you escape the damnation of hell?" (Jesus - to the Jews; in Matthew 23:33)
