- Did you know America has a Paper King?

- I recently had the opportunity to discuss with my Pastor
and friend this very important topic; about what our responsibilities are
as Christian Americans.

- The American Christian church has many divisions, too
numerous to list here. But I am continually astonished at how few Pastors
actually understand our role as American citizens who are also Christians.

- While it's a fact that most human civilizations and countries
dissolve into the ether of ancient history, and that God raises new nations
to replace them, several interesting parallels exist between Israel's re-discovery
and modern America.

- I'll try bringing some ideas together with God's fulfilled
promise to Israel, and outline a few comparisons to America's founding
that I think are unprecedented.

- The early settlers in America came to escape religious
persecution and various forms of slavery. They overcame a great journey
to a virtually unknown land across a sea that many believed was a place
filled with monsters and they believed the trip would surely lead them
to an early and watery grave.

- The land in the new world was rich and fertile beyond
anyone's dreams. It was truly the land of milk and honey, a gift from God.

- There were 13 tribes with Moses and America established
13 colonies.

- Armies of the King (Pharaoh) were literally swallowed
up by the sea, and so were King Georges armies when the French unexpectedly
showed up to assist our founders in the fight for independence.

- The people dwelling in Israel, in the promise land, when
the Jews came, had to move on. Sort of like how our founders dealt with
American natives who had to move aside and be displaced.

- Israel was set up with respect to the "law"
Gods law. The law was the 1st 5 books of the bible (Torah) and God chose
a replacement for Moses to act as Israel's King and established Israel
as a nation. God's promise to Moses was fulfilled
- America established a government much like Israel. The
main difference, all men would come under a rule of law. Not a Nation led
by a human King.

- Our founders believed all men are "created"
equal. In America the law itself is our king. We are all subjects under
the law, "No Man is above the law".

- In a human run kingdom, the King decides who is under
the law, and he most certainly is not.

- In America," The US Constitution" takes the
place of a King, justly metering out fairness and justice to "all"
citizens.
- A brilliant, one of a kind concept.
-

- I refer to the constitution as our "Paper King".
-
-
- In lieu of a Human King, our founders drafted a constitution
and that document set's the framework and perimeters for a Government that
finds, for the first time in all recorded human history that the rights
of men come from God, not from man.

- So, while drafting the "Law" and adhering to
a patriarchal vision, our founders placed us under God and essentially
selected God, our "Creator" and spiritual King, as the true father
of our country.

- When the bible commands that our Governors or government
are to be respected, obeyed, honored and defended, we must, as Americans
conclude that it's the US Constitution which God has put over us, not any
man or woman. Again, no human king, all of us are supposedly equal.

- If what our Representatives in government do by their
actions and votes doesn't square up to the founding laws, then we are to
reject them outright as being anti-God, Anti-Christ and Anti-American.

- If we are called to "Submit Ourselves" to that
authority and if the scriptures teach that: "he who rebels against
the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who
do so will bring judgment on themselves" (Romans 13)
- Then I believe, we can safely assume that it's our duty
to throw off any representative in our republic who mocks, defiles or defies
our law, our king and our God.

- In 1 Peter the bible is clear: 13 Therefore submit yourselves
to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake, whether to the king as supreme,
14 or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment
of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. 15 For this is the
will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of
foolish men- 16 as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but
as bondservants of God. 17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear
God. Honor the king.

- We are to submit to "every ordinance" and the
constitution is the "Supreme Ordinance". I interpret that to
mean any rules not in compliance with it, are null and void, and worse,
if I subscribe to follow those wrongful rules I am an "ignorant foolish
man" to come under judgment. Thanks but no thanks!

- Sadly, we live amongst many of those fools today.

- It's fairly clear that we are to silence the ignorant
fools who would make a mockery of our great nation, our God, our way of
life and our doing the right thing, by "doing" good
-
- We are to fear God and honor the King, and if the King
of America is that lovable document we call The Constitution of the United
States of America, and if God say's that those who rebel against it bring
judgment upon themselves. Would it not be considered "doing well"
if we replace the ignorant fools in the prescribed manner laid out in the
constitution?

- Following that line of thinking, doesn't that require
active involvement by Christians in the process of day to day government?

- If we believe the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back to
collect us, how will he see us if we have stood on the side lines while
Lucifer consumed our children, our families, our country and our faith.

- How might God show mercy on a land filled with the dead
carcasses of 70 million aborted babies and the lost souls of 10's of millions
of our young adults and teenagers.

- Yes we Christians believe we are saved by grace, through
faith and some believe by works also.
-
- But if you think you can just sit there and allow your
country to be mocked, mangled and masticated, and if you think that for
that, God won't think of you as a fool well you have obviously missed the
point.
-
- Liberty is to be used as a "Bond-servant for God"
(1 Peter 14).
-
- While you still have a tiny bit of liberty left, you
might consider using it to win back as many lost souls as you can before
they outlaw that.
-
- Some think going into bondage is good for the Christian
church.
-
- They'll site desperate places such as communist China
as an example of God and his people working harder in places where he is
not allowed.
-
-
- I don't know about you, but I've grow accustom to my
freedom and I prefer to keep it. And if that means we have to fight for
it, then so be it.

- It's real easy to think God will take care of all your
needs. Paul say's "if you don't work, you don't eat".

- God didn't invent welfare, food stamps, SSI, Medicare,
Medicaid, housing allowances for unwed female breeders and their offspring
God didn't invent social services, tax codes, earned income tax credits
abortions or any of the myriad of despicable human conventions.

- Christians did.
-
-
- Now, churches are filled with happy freeloaders with
full bellies and warm dry beds, medical coverage and all the compliments
of modern life.
-
-
- The best part, the churches don't pay a dime, the taxpayers
do. And churches don't pay taxes. What a deal. Must be part of Gods plan?

- If you believe you are called to Honor your king, defend
the kingdom when called, and If you think I might be on to something with
the "Paper King" idea. Then please spread the word and help me
awaken the sleeping giant before it's too late.
