- After receiving panic-stricken emails from friends about
chip implants in the passed health bill, I searched the massive 2,409 page
health document for occurances or any mention of chip implants. The source
material was from democrats.senate.gov. Full URL is provided at end of
report.
-
- A. There are 80 references to "chip" in
the health bill document. I have checked every one of them, and ALL of
these refer to the Childrens Health Insurance Program as shown below on
page 432. (Underscores added by me for clarity.)
-
- 1 Subtitle B-Enhanced Support for
- 2 the Children's Health Insurance
- 3 Program
- 4 SEC. 2101. ADDITIONAL FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION
FOR CHIP
-
-
- B. I have used the following search terms
on all 2,409 pages which yielded these hits:
-
- WORD HITS
- Implant 0
- microchip 0
- micro-chip 0
- tracking 8 All 8 references
to tracking only regard tracking medical care methods for effectiveness,
and following hospital discharge instructions.
- device 54 All 54 references to device(s)
only refer to medical devices such as medical/prosthetic devices.
No descriptions of patient tracking.
-
- I only am providing data here to stop panic and I am
not trying to support the bill. It would be wise for anyone passing material
claiming the bill has chip implants to do their own homework first.
-
- From the government website, anyone can look for themselves
at http://democrats.senate.gov/reform/patient-protection-
affordable-care-act-as-passed.pdf
- which hopefully has no hidden or classified parts to
the bill not available on-line.
-
- Please forward these results to those you know who have
been exposed to the rumor to help stop unnecessary panic.
