- Companies Vying To Build NSA Data Center In Utah

- SALT LAKE CITY -- A partnership has identified itself
as in the running to build a sprawling electronic data center for the nation's
intelligence agencies in Utah.

- Salt Lake City-based Jacobsen Construction is teaming
up with New York-based Turner Construction Co. and Kiewit Co. of Omaha,
Neb.

- The partners say that building the 1 million-square-foot
data center in less than three years will be a monumental undertaking.
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says it isn't releasing
the names of any companies who submitted qualification proposals Feb. 24
on the $1.7 billion construction project for the National Security Agency.

Funny how Turner Construction handled the cleanup of the World Trade
