- Long before 9/11, we were bathed in threats of terrorists.
Before 9/11, there was talk of attacks on buildings with planes.
Then, lo and behold, a terrorist attack. A dramatic attack
striking to the heart of the country. Could there have been a more
visually dramatic event? It is one that we now know was set
up in advance by Cheney, and perhaps Bush and Rumsfeld, and whatever other
demonic "officials" would actually plot such a vicious, evil
thing. We know because the investigation's coverup proved the case
by what it wouldn't tell, by what it denied, by what made no sense. Kissinger,
one assumes, must surely have been involved, this being so fascist a thing,
he being so good at it.

- After creating terror to rip into this country, the bills
came forward, some having been prepared in advance. The Patriot Act
was the step by step dream of structuring a totalitarian country here,
but in addition they had also started writing - before 9/11 - the Model
State Emergency Health Plan Act, a bill that planned in very great detail
for a pandemic that hadn't happened and how to use such a pandemic to establish
fascist control over us, state by state.

- So, while these snakes may want us to think them prescient,
we see they are just fore planners who simply arrange fear in advance,
lie elaborately about their secret actions, and use those actions to create
fake enemies and stoke already stimulated fears so we will live in perpetual
fear and give up everything to be safe.

- Is the "iliegal" he is referring to 9/11? Is
the "unconstitutional" taking longer a reference to the tediousness
of slowly inserting one Patriot Act after another, creating MSEHPA and
slowly farming it out to 50 states, bribing official after official, rigging
elections, arranging a series of laws and some last minute orders from
Bush to finally set us up for full fascism here, through a pandemic? (Or
perhaps a pandemic combined with the intentional collapse of the economy?)

- Or perhaps more. And that is where the way snakes
work becomes revealing, for they must set up these things in advance and
they must tip their hands by warning of things their laws are supposed
to protect against, however "promulgated." We were going
to be attacked by terrorists. We were going to have a pandemic (kind
of bust so far but then they hope to pump it up with vaccines that will
spread disease and kill and deaths will be blamed on the flu).

- It pays to take these demons seriously when they say
"Oh, wouldn't it be terrible if x happened, so we must plan in advance
for it." So, what other thing have they suggested we should
be worried about?

- Not a bombing with a long range bomb (harder to arrange)
but something portable a "terrorist" state would supposedly use.
If only these poor terrorist states had the wherewithall ascribed
to them and weren't busy trying to just live their own lives at as a distance
from us as possible, with the last thing they would want would be to drop
some bomb on the US so we would then have a pretext to wipe them off the
face of the map.

someone "decapitating" the government.

nasty game of it, almost as much as the use of terrible attacks on us to
manipulate the public like so many electrically shocked experimental
rats, to move the populace in whatever direction they want. Sadists
are like that. Absent all feeling, attaining satisfaction only from
extremes of control and pain. Oh hellish day of fun for them to plan
an attack on real people, to get to go to war elsewhere and anew and to
kill more. All those new weapons, all those billions, all those contractors
with no oversight, it's all like tearing a giant new hole in
the already ragged pocket of the country so money can flow even more freely
and without end.

Operation Northwoods" was a Pentagon plan to fake terror attacks on
US soil, to be blamed on Cuba as a pretext for war.

- "Staged provocations," they call it. A
hoot for those into drama, invention, and military games. Picking
the targets must be a great deal fo fun. The special thrill is that
them is for them it is game but for others, it is real as death, whether
the USS Maine Incident, or the sinking of the Lusitania, or the Gulf of
Tonkin incident. Not just a video game kill, the real thing.

Rebuilding Americas Defenses say "... the process of transformation,
even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent
some catastrophic and catalyzing event like a new Pearl Harbor."
They don't say "like Pearl Harbor." They don't say "like
another Pearl Harbor." No, they say "like a new" one.
A new Pearl Harbor! They are inspired at the very idea. One
can just feel the wish for it, the excitement.

- Cheney had a plan for U.S. Navy to create fake Iranian
patrol boats manned by Navy Seals who would stage an attack against US
destroyers in the Strait of Hormuz. This event was to be blamed on Iran
and used as a pretext for war.

- Never got a chance. Drat. Perhaps not catastrophic
and catalyzing, enough. Perhaps exposed?

- Sadists, absent all normal feeling, attain some semblance
of feeling and connection to others only from extremes of control and pain.
Oh hellish day of fun, then, for them to plan a nuclear attack on
Washington with the set up for it, figuring all the means to accomplish
it, workig out the PR scenario, arranging the lies to tell and how and
even where they should be staged for heroism (having messed up Bush at
the school, they would want things done better next time), the bunkers
underground for themselves and Congress ... Well, perhaps not all
of congress. Will Ron Paul be saved? Will Kucinich?

- Even if Obama is in now, their dreamed of and intricately
arranged for pandemic has moved forward in an inexorable way. "Oh
no, there are mutating viruses out there that could wipe us all out!!!"
Good thing, they did the impossible and prepared in advance with patents
on the unknown virus and patents on the vaccines one can't make in
advance.

- So, the fact that Evil 1 and Evil 2 (and their buddy
evils of so many kinds) are not in office is irrelevant because those who
want power over the US economy are a common international group and who
is in actual power doesn't matter. It's a play after all and one
choose the best actor for the moment to play the role that fools the public
and will disguise the reality best. Obama is quite a winner. A
black man who talks "grassroots" but is furthering Cheney's plans,
is a PR firm's dream. And these nonhumans are nothing if not wedded
now to PR firms like Burson Marsteller for disguising the realities of
their harm - from Monsanto to Blackwater to Exxon Mobil after the spill
to Union Carbide after Bhopal, they like their green washing, human rights
washing, climate change washing. They are 1984 come alive where words
have been unmoored from reality so they can say anything, just as actions
have been decoupled from morals and feelings and even sanity. No
more blatant Hitlers for them. They love their fellow man ... in
public. In private, they plan genocide of 50% to 95 % of the world
population.

- So, given what is written below, they appear to have
planned or fantasized an attack on DC, perhaps to justify attacking Iran
which they have not stopped salivating to do, Iran having oil and being
undebted to them. Did you know the one common thing shared by the
Axis of Evil? No debt to the IMF or World Bank. Truly evil
countries with lots of debt, well under our boot, are our frieds.

- What we see below is their changing plans in midcourse.
It is not about setting up safety for the country but seemingly some
internal struggle over who would be best to run things or perhaps how they
would negotiate a take over within another administration. Who knows.
But what sticks out is their promoting "fear" of an attack
on DC. Everyone must be loving that word "decapitate."
So horrific. So fabulous. And how perfect after an attack
on NY, the financial center, to attack the political core of the country.
What could be more emotional for a country than to lose its capitol
(having already lost its capital)? What do they care? It's
a show to them. They want a North American Union anyway so maybe
they plan to wipe out DC, leaving it irradiated for centuries, and then
soak the country for billions and billions more (no limits anymore) to
build a capitol of their own egotistical design somewhere ....

- President Bush issued a formal national security directive
yesterday ordering agencies to prepare contingency plans for a surprise,
"decapitating" attack on the federal government, and assigned
responsibility for coordinating such plans to the White House.

- The prospect of a nuclear bomb being detonated in Washington
without warning, whether smuggled in by terrorists or a foreign government,
has been cited by many security analysts as a rising concern since the
Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

- The order makes explicit that the focus of federal worst-case
planning involves a covert nuclear attack against the nation's capital,
in contrast with Cold War assumptions that a long-range strike would be
preceded by a notice of minutes or hours as missiles were fueled and launched.

- "As a result of the asymmetric threat environment,
adequate warning of potential emergencies that could pose a significant
risk to the homeland might not be available, and therefore all continuity
planning shall be based on the assumption that no such warning will be
received," states the 72-paragraph order. It is designated National
Security Presidential Directive 51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive
20.

- The statement added, "Emphasis will be placed upon
geographic dispersion of leadership, staff, and infrastructure in order
to increase survivability and maintain uninterrupted Government Functions."

- After the 2001 attacks, Bush assigned about 100 senior
civilian managers to rotate secretly to locations outside of Washington
for weeks or months at a time to ensure the nation's survival, a shadow
government that evolved based on long-standing "continuity of operations
plans."
- Since then, other agencies including the Pentagon, the
Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the CIA have taken
steps to relocate facilities or key functions outside of Washington for
their own reasons, citing factors such as economics or the importance of
avoiding Beltway "group-think."

- Norman J. Ornstein, a scholar at the American Enterprise
Institute and an adviser to an independent Continuity of Government Commission,
said the order "is a more explicit embrace of what has been since
9/11 an implicit but fairly clear set of assumptions."
- He added, "My frustration is that those assumptions
have not gripped the Congress in the same way."

- Other former Bush administration officials said the directive
formalizes a shift of authority away from the Department of Homeland Security
to the White House.
- Under an executive order dating to the Reagan administration,
responsibility for coordinating, implementing and exercising such plans
was originally charged to the Federal Emergency Management Agency and later
DHS, the Congressional Research Service noted in a 2005 report on a pending
DHS reorganization.

- The new directive gives the job of coordinating policy
to the president's assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism
-- Frances Fragos Townsend, who will assume the title of national continuity
coordinator -- in consultation with Bush's national security adviser, Stephen
J. Hadley, with the support of the White House's Homeland Security Council
staff. Townsend is to produce an implementation plan within 90 days. Homeland
Security Secretary Michael Chertoff will continue to coordinate operations
and activities, the directive said.
