- What follows is an excerpt comprising pages 160-175,
abridged for space and redacted for contemporary style, of Count Cherep-Spirodovich's
1926 classic - The Secret World Government, or "The Hidden Hand"
- which provides an accurate description of the world's 19th century history
minus the criminal sanitizing by Jewish censors that has perverted virtually
every book published in the English-speaking world ever since.

- To cut to the chase, three points in this work are critical
to our continuing existence on this planet.

- 1. Russia saved the United States from division and destruction
by the slimy network of the Rothschild moneymen at a crucial point of the
American Civil War. The subsequent capture of Russia by the Jews was the
first major step toward getting the white nations of the world to destroy
each other, a plan which nears completion today.

- 2. Jewish bankers engineered the American Civil War in
the first place, and came close to achieving their "divide and conquer"
strategy except for the bold intervention of Czar Nicholas 1.

- 3. What the Jews destroyed in Russia may have been the
last best chance for mankind.

- Endless slanders were rumored against the Romanovs. Every
author knowing this kept silent about their good side and blackened all
their deeds.

- Disraeli (first Jewish British prime minister, 1852),
with typical Jewish boastfulness, explains in his book "Coningsby"
the vast underground organization of the Rothschilds. It was a trifle,
a joke for them to induce the Turks to organize massacres of the Christians,
and thus provoke Russia. This done, it was easy to persuade Napoleon 3
(of France) that he ought to defend the faithful.

- Thus, "the greatest murderers of Christians,"
through Disraeli, induced England to foully attack Russia. The war in Crimea
was the tragic mother of all the wars that followed.

- Disraeli was saying that "a great Russia was a danger,"
a lie, repeated by the Hidden Hand, in order to ruin Russia, which the
Rothschilds achieved in 1917.

- The Jews also organized pogroms in order to irritate
all other nations against Russia.

- Everyone knew Emperor Nicholas 1 did not a war. But he
was betrayed by his Jewish ambassadors, who misled him.

- The British ambassador to Petersburg, Sir Hamilton Seymour,
reported the Emperor's words:

- "Our two countries should be upon terms of close
amity; our interests are upon all questions the same. It is essential for
the two governments to be on the best terms. Turkey itself seems to be
falling to pieces. England and Russia should come to a perfectly good understanding
and neither should take any step of which the other is not apprised."

- The Tsar was shortly thereafter poisoned by his Doctor
Mandt, bribed by the Hidden Hand.

- Nicholas 1 had as his Minister of Finances a Jew, Kankrin,
who, knowing that James Rothschild was staging a war on Russia, persuaded
the Czar that railroads were mere toys, and delayed their building. This
caused the failure of the war.

- The death of Nicholas 1 opened the door for James Rothschild
3, who until his death in 1868 was practically the Autocrat of the World
and Greatest Murderer of Christians, who commanded his chief executioners,
the Jews: Disraeli, Napoleon 3, Bismarck, Karl Marx . . . all falsely called
"great men" because, miseducated by the Jewish press, we are
all duped by the "immoral doctrine of success," i.e., when a
man is successful we think: "He is a great man," while he is
only a great criminal, uplifted by the Hidden Hand.

- The murder of A. Lincoln, of Garfield, and of McKinley,
proves the Hidden Hand wishes presidents to obey it. When President Harding
wished to free Alaska from Guggenheim, a Jew, this most gentle of the Gentiles
"suddenly" died.

- The purely Rothschildian "War of Revenge" in
Crimea was absolutely useless to the nations, which shed their blood and
spent their money only for the glory of the Rothschilds, who profited immensely.

- The Crimean war proved to the Germans that Russia after
all was not invincible. This discovery greatly encouraged militarism in
Germany and helped the Rothschilds produce a series of wars leading up
to the Big One in 1914.

- A wedding in London

- In 1857, at the marriage of Lionel Rothschild's daughter,
Leonora, to her cousin Alfonse, son of James Rothschild of Paris, all the
Rothschilds were assembled in London. James and Lionel afterwards sat down
with Disraeli and concocted a plan.

- Disraeli could not resist jumping to his feet and boasting:

- "If you like, we shall divide the United States
into two parts, one for you (James) and one for you (Lionel). Napoleon
will do exactly as I advise him, and to Bismarck will be suggest such an
intoxicating plan as to make of him an abject slave."

- The three Jews decided then and there to destroy and
plunder the United States, as we shall see.

- Even a hundred years ago the issues between the Northern
and Southern States produced greater dissensions and outbreaks. But the
Hidden Hand was not interested then in the disturbances. Now the Hidden
Hand decided to smash America and a tricky Jew, Judah P. Benjamin, was
selected. According to Mr. Burton Hendrick, he was "the brains of
the revolt."

- War is the Jews' harvest, wrote Prof. Werner Sombart
of Berlin. The Jew Franks and other agents of the Hidden Hand tried to
increase the discord between the South and the North, which was carefully
inspired for "freedom of the slaves." Once the North began to
insist, the South was encouraged by the Jews to resist. Hendrick gives
proof of it, in his interesting book, "Jews in America:"

- "At the time of the Civil War, Jews were found in
every city, ever village, every plantation, every mining camp." (p.
107)

- The sudden death of the demigod Nicholas 1 gave the throne
to his son, Alexander 2. Like all the Russian czars, they were known as
extremely handsome, well-mannered and thoughtfully honest.

- Listen to the descriptions of him. First from the Marquis
de Custine:

- "The habitual temper is gentle and benevolent. His
expression is one of kindliness; his gait is graceful, easy and distinguished.
He is truly a prince. He is modest without timidity. His appearance gives
the impression of perfect breeding. If he ever should reign, he will exact
obedience by the charm of his natural grace and manner. He is both imposing
and agreeable. He appears to me to be one of the finest models of a Prince."

- Lord Palmerston spoke of him, when he was in London,
as humane and conscientious to a most remarkable degree.

- "He was perfectly urbane, courteous, tactful and
indulgent. A modest well-educated tactful gentleman who was at no time
of his life very much convinced of his own attainments, who would have
been quite content to live the life of a simple private gentleman."

- Count de Mornay wrote to Napoleon 3 about Alexander 2:

- "All that I learn about him, his conduct of his
family, his relations with his friends, bears the stamp of fair-mindedness
and a spirit of chivalry. He does not bear malice. He never hurts anybody's
feelings, he is true to his word, and extraordinarily generous. It is impossible
not to love him. He is worshipped by his people, and Russia breathes freely."

- But nearly all the statements of the Jew Disraeli about
Russia were lies invented to precipitate her downfall.

- The successful murder of the "anti-war" czar
Nicholas 1 and the uplifting of the Hidden Hand's agents: Disraeli in England;
Napoleon in France; Bismarck in Germany; Mazzini in Italy, so encouraged
James Rothschild 3 that he decided to try the "American coup"
suggested by Disraeli.

The Morning Post of Sept. 6, 1920, reproduced his Manifesto to all the
Jews of the Universe. It read:

one. Other peoples and races are divided into nationalities; we alone have
no co-citizens, but exclusively co-religionaries.

the Jewish faith, the only religion of reason, will shine all over the
world! Scattered amongst other nations, we desire primarily to be and remain
immutably Jews. Our nationality is the religion of our fathers and to recognize
no other nationality. We are living in foreign lands and we cannot trouble
about the ambitions of countries entirely alien to us.

- "The Jewish teaching must cover the whole earth!
No matter where fate should lead - though scattered all over the earth,
you must always consider yourselves members of a chosen race. If you realize
that the faith of your forefathers is your only patriotism - if you recognize
that, notwithstanding the nationalities you have embraced, you always remain
and everywhere form one and only one nation - if you believe Jewry is the
one and only religious and political truth - if you are convinced of this,
you Jews of the Universe, then come and give ear to our appeal and prove
your consent.

- "Our cause is great and holy, and its success is
guaranteed.

- "Catholicism, our immemorial enemy, is lying in
the dust, mortally wounded in the head. The net which Jewry is throwing
over the globe of the earth is widening and spreading daily.

- "The time is near when Jerusalem will become the
house of prayer for all nations and peoples, and the banner of the Jewish
mono-deity will be unfurled and hosted on the most distant shores.

- "The day is not distant when all the riches and
treasures of the earth will become the property of the children of Israel."

- Foreign troops in Mexico

- English, French and Spanish warships landed at Veracruz,
Mexico in 1862. In 1863 the French captured Mexico City. In 1864 Napoleon
3 placed Maximilian on the throne of Mexico. During this period it became
apparent that the South was losing the American Civil War.

- In 1863 the Confederate States offered Louisiana and
Texas to Napolean 3 in exchange for his intervention with French troops,
which were poised in Mexico City, against the North.

- The danger was indeed great. It taxed even the genius
of Lincoln; and the skill and patriotism of General Grant's heroes could
not have withstood such a combination . But the United States had its most
faithful admirers in the Czars of Russia. For a long time they had contemplated
the liberation of the serfs, but they were checked by the then-rampant
"Prussianism" and by the landowners.

- It was Czar Alexander 2's magnanimous act of emancipating
the Russian serfs by his Imperial decree of Feb. 19, 1861, which greatly
influenced the similar movement in the United States. Some 47 million souls
in Russia were freed.

- The same object which by the Czar was obtained by the
stroke of a pen, required in a Republic an ocean of blood and billions
of treasure. Why? Because the Hidden Hand so desired it. On that same Feb.
19, 1861, the newly inaugurated Provisional President Jefferson Davis named
his Cabinet.

- Thus the Czar followed every step of the drama with keenest
attention, and when the above plan of the Hidden Hand became known to him,
he, through his ambassadors in Paris and London, informed France and England
that their interference against the North would be regarded as a declaration
of war against Russia.

- Simultaneously, the Czar dispatched his Atlantic fleet
to New York harbor, and his Pacific squadron to San Francisco with orders
to fight every fleet or force which would attack the Northern states. He
put his ships at the disposal of Lincoln!

- In 1908, when many more survivors of the Civil War lived
than today, every one of them knew it. The oldest people never failed to
say to me:

- "We Americans must never forget how much we owe
to Russia for our salvation in 1863-64."

- None could doubt that the attack of the five powers which
landed troops in Mexico in 1863 would have given the decisive victory to
the Confederacy. The United States would have been disrupted and soon the
South would have been annexed to Mexico and the North to Canada.

- The history of the United States was written for the
Americans by the Hidden Hand's hirelings. This explains why this "incident"
is carefully omitted from American history.

- But not all Americans ignore it.

- "Russia was astonished when American public opinion
supported the cause of Japan during the war between those empires in 1904-05.
It was a rude awakening from the dream of American gratitude, based upon
her action in making a naval demonstration at New York and San Francisco
in a critical period of the Civil War," wrote J. Callan O'Laughlin
in his "The Imperial America."

Jacob Schiff, who deceived public opinion to such an extent that the Americans
committed the most shameful act in their short history.

Russia, who saved the United States in 1863-64 from mortal danger and who

made a gift of the richest Alaska, the Americans created a veritable Japanese
