A Meeting With The Board
By Gary Jacobucci
7-24-9

In wanting to do something to generate some local resistance to the carbon-tax initiative, and not seeing any stance being taken by my electrical cooperative, I got on the schedule to speak to the board of directors at their monthly meeting last week - my notes from the meeting....

The WREC Board of Directors President informs me that I have 10-minutes...

"In this limited amount of time I'll only be able to address one or two issues surrounding this carbon-tax initiative that has passed the House and is being deliberated in the Senate as we speak.

There are a few things that have brought me here. One is in reading thoughts over the last several months in the Ruralite that seem to acknowledge that the greenhouse emissions of man are a legitimate concern. We already have an EPA in place and the strictest anti-pollution regulations in the world, so this is not about pollution per se, but specifically about man-made greenhouse gases causing global warming.

Another factor in wanting to address the board was in hearing that the President of the regional cooperative gathering in Las Vegas related that we can expect cooperative electrical rates to double due to carbon-tax legislation in the pipeline - and corporate electrical supplier saying that rates will triple - and Senators saying this will result in a tripling of gasoline, natural gas, propane and electricity.

The other factor was in asking Ron Xxx, who it's my understanding was regional representative at the recent rural cooperatives gathering in Washington, if there was any mention that these carbon taxes were going off shore - and him replying "No, no, no these are federal."

There isn't going to be time to review the allegations presented as justification for this carbon-tax initiative, but I'll refer you to a documentary titled The Great Global Warming Swindle that dismantled the 'junk science' presented in `An Inconvenient Truth' - Al Gore's Hollywood production (Image shown on screen)

The other aspect of this that I would like to briefly touch upon is the mantra on everyone's lips, seemingly about everything these days, that says "Well there's nothing I can do about that!" or "There's nothing we can do about it anyway." I'll cite one example of what three people did to create some resistance to this carbon tax initiative and then will have to move on.

In a recent article titled `It's Not Just That Global Warming Is Fake. What Matters Is Why This Fakery Is Being Promoted', one section of the article reads...

"Junk Science vs. Real Science

This paper was sent to tens of thousands of natural scientists in the United States.

Over 31,000 scientists have put their reputations on the line and signed a politically incorrect petition opposing the 1997 Kyoto agreement or protocol. Here is a photocopy of a signed petition.

My hope is that this board will light a fire under both our cooperative membership and the regional electrical cooperative to both educate and generate some resistance to this initiative that I feel will be the straw that breaks the camel's back in this country.

But the primary point I would like to make is the role of NGOs in crafting the beliefs that have allowed this legislation to get this far. While it's looking like it will not pass intact in the Senate, I'm quite sure that it will keep coming at us in one way or another.

In looking at the bigger picture, we have to ask ourselves where do world changing events come from - are they random or are they carefully crafted? - Global terrorism, a global financial collapse, the global carbon-emissions of man threatening to destroy life on earth, etc.

If we dare to ask the question "How does the world work?" What we find the substantial role of NGOs - these non-governmental organizations - in creating and dictating events world-wide. These include foundations, think-tanks and other international organizations.

A reporter once asked the director on one of these NGOs if they weren't concerned that the American people would read their statements in the `white papers' / think tank documents they publish and see what their real intentions were. The director responded "The American people don't read."

I'm not going to get into the power structure of the world and who creates these NGOs due to time constraints, but in the case of the carbon-tax initiative, it was given to the Club of Rome to push this agenda forward. Its member includes the usual suspects in moving the world toward a centralized global governing authority: Rockefeller, Kissinger, Soros, Maurice Strong, Gorbachev, Bill Gates, Clinton, Blair, Gore and a host of other internationalist.

In touching upon the role these NGOs play in the carbon tax issue, I'd like to take a glimpse at three points in time.

The first big push forward with this agenda was in 1972, the year that the Club of Rome published a document The Limits to Growth. One description reads:

"The `Limits of Growth' is considered to be the most successful environmental publication ever produced and propelled the Club of Rome to its current position of an environmental thought-leader and a major consultant to the United Nations. It has been translated into more than forty languages and sold more than 30 million copies. Throughout the 1970s and 80s the concept that humanity was irreparably damaging the earth gained popularity and facilitated the formation of mainstream and activist environmental groups."

But it's actually much simpler than that when you find that these smaller NGOs are all funded into prominence by foundations controlled by the bigger NGOs, like the Club of Rome. The idea that the Club of Rome is "a major consultant to the United Nations" needs the perspective that the CoR members are in primary positions on the United Nations Environmental organizations - so these people are basically consulting with themselves.

This was the year too that the idea of earth worship, or Gaia, was propagandized into existence - in fact Al Gore devoted 3 chapters in his book Earth in the Balance to the `Earth Goddess'.

If you were to look even further into this from a historical perspective, you'd find that international organizations like the United Nations, IMF and World Bank are really just NGOs created by the same people.

But before I lose you here, let's fast forward twenty years after the `Limits to Growth', to when the Club of Rome published another major report that became an instant best-seller. In The First Global Revolution they began to let the cat out of the bag in stating...

"It would seem that humans need a common motivation, namely a common adversary, to organize and act together in the vacuum; such a motivation must be found to bring the divided nations together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one invented for the purpose.

New enemies therefore have to be identified.
New strategies imagined, new weapons devised.

In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself."

One attitude you find in these NGO's, that filters down through the ranks and that is now openly stated, is that "It really doesn't matter what the fact are, it only matters what you can get the people to believe."

I hope you appreciate how cynical the attitude is and see that this is 180-degrees removed from Lincoln's idea "I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts."

Another interesting aspects that's become clear from statements made by people that have joined one of these prestigious organizations, is that when you sign on to one of them, you signing onto the resolutions of all of them. In other words, you're checking you conscience at the door and becoming part of an international agenda.

When George Carlin said "It's a big club and you ain't in it" - well, these people are in the club and there's a high price you pay to join and an even higher price to move up through the ranks.

The last, and most important point in time that I'd like to touch upon is the 4th World Wilderness Congress that was set up by London's Edmund de Rothschild and held in Denver, Colorado in September of 1987.

Three of the characters in attendance will make the point...

The first is George Hunt, who had attended some of the meetings and caucuses leading to the Earth Summit. While he thought he was attending an altruistic gathering, he states in a documentary he made following this meeting...

"I own an environmental company and am very familiar with the environment hypocrisy that the `World Order' crowd that has taken over the environment movement. I am aware of their plans."

"When I served as an official host at a key environmental meeting in Denver, Co. in 1987, I was surprised to see David Rockefeller, Edmond de Rothschild, Secretary of State Baker - then Secretary of the Treasury, Maurice Strong, Waste Company Chairman and EPA administrator William Ruckelshouse, U.S. Secretary General in Geneva McNeal and various IMF and World Bank officials there. What were the rich elite and world bankers doing at an Environment Congress? I will now attempt to show you how their enactments will now work against you..."

The video he made is available on the internet

Another major player to familiarize yourself with is Canadian billionaire and Rockefeller / Rothschild agent Maurice Strong who has been placed at the forefront of various United Nations Environmental programs. In his address to this conference he lets the cat fully out of the bag in stating:

"Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?"

The third and most important player at this conference was Edmund de Rothschild. I don't know if you're familiar with the activities of the House of Rothschild, but Mayer Amschel Bauer, who later changed the family name to Rothschild, is regarded as the father of the modern, privately-owned, fractional- reserve banking system. The House of Rothschild today owns the lion's share of the central banking systems globally, including the Federal Reserve.

So it was of great significance when Edmond de Rothschild stated at this conference that what was needed to solve the world's environmental problems was the formation of a World Conservation Bank.

Now I doubt at the time that more than a handful of people outside of this gathering grasped the significance of this statement, but shortly after this conference, an article appeared in Reuters...

Rothschild's to Sell Some Bank Shares

Reuters

Published: Friday, October 9, 1987

"The Rothschild family has decided to sell a small piece of its bank in Geneva to private investors in a bid to attract talented bankers and expand the institution, Baron Edmond de Rothschild said. The offering could be worth as much as $105 million, according to officials of the Banque Privee Edmond de Rothschild S.A.

It's not that the family needs the money, they said at a news conference in the baron's chateau overlooking Lake Geneva. But the Rothschilds agreed that it would be easier to attract more talented bankers if they took the bank public. ''But we will maintain a very comfortable - a very large - majority of the shares,'' said the 61-year-old baron, who has headed the Banque Privee since 1965. The bank, which handles the investments of a few rich people, will offer 10,000 shares with a nominal value of 500 Swiss francs, or $329, each."

With the Rothschild Bank of Geneva Switzerland as the nucleus of the World Conservation Bank, and the idea that nine Enviro-Banks will collect carbon taxes from the various sectors to be deposited in the World Conservation Bank, we basically have the mafia kingpin rewarding the loyalty and service of his fellow crime bosses with shares in the formation of another central bank that is more than likely destined to become the singular world central bank that will ultimately control the creation and distribution of all goods and services worldwide.

Not that they're not doing that now, but this will make it official barring some global rebellion against this keptocracy and source of all major dysfunction in the world.

I've already exceeded my time, but can show a one minute video if the board has time (some board member voice the opinion to show the video).

Japanese Water Powered Car

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrxfMz2eDME

There was another news clip from the east coast that came out around this same time (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiKa4nOkHLw ) showing retired radio engineer John Kanzius' discovery that a radio frequency could be ran through salt water, releasing the hydrogen. The end of the video shows a scientist at the testing laboratory with a dumbfounded smile as he relates that the flame coming off the beaker of salt water is burning at 1,400 degrees and that there's no logical explanation for this to be happening.

The other story that should be related is that of Stan Meyer .

After unveiling of his water car in England in the mid-80's, a group of English scientists returned to the United States with Stan Meyer to visit his lab and vet the technology. They returned home saying that "this is the most important discovery of the 20th century." Unfortunately, Stan Meyer mysteriously died of what was reported as an aneurism the day after signing a 30-million dollar developmental deal and, according to his brother, "Spooks can in and cleaned out the lab." Following his death there was a media campaign to discredit him.

So the point being, that although this is just a mid-level technology compared to those in what's called the `New Physics', this is in itself enough to change the world in regards to energy generation. The great hypocrisy here is that those pointing the finger at the carbon footprint of mankind, and wanting to tax us for it, are the same people ruthlessly suppressing any technological advances that would get us off the dependence on carbon bases fuels. Instead, we are made to listen to the childish mantra of "solar, wind and geothermal" repeated over and over.

Our nation was founded on the idea that we might govern ourselves and if we don't exercise and protect this right, we're going to lose it.

(I thank the board for their time- they thank me for my time - and out the door I go).
