- Since 1998, Matthew Shepard's death has been the main
dish in the propaganda buffet supporting "hate crime" legislation.
This continues despite the fact that Matthew's death was probably about
drugs not homosexuality, and despite the fact that justice was served and
his killers imprisoned for life without a Wyoming state or federal "anti-hate"
law to make it happen! More recently, slayings of Latinos have been used
to hype the supposed need to enhance the federal US hate law. Sen. Chuck
Schumer, the Huffington Post and a new online ad campaign in the UK are
just a few examples of big names hyping the "need" for hate crime
laws.
-
- Viral marketing is a growing ad technique that relies
on people passing a message on to their friends and acquaintances. The
UK pro-hate law ad campaign dramatizes hate crimes such as the killing
of a black British teen in 1993. The work of the Holocaust Memorial Day
Trust, its two-minute viral ads tell "animated versions of real-life
stories involving homophobia, Islamaphobia and anti-semitism in the UK."
-
- If the pro-hate bill forces are going viral, lovers of
freedom need to be just as assertive. Now more than ever, we must know
the truth about hate crime laws, and find creative ways to shout it out.
-
- It's not about Bill O'Reilly or white racism!
-
- The problem of hate and racism is said to be a problem
of "Islamophobia," "anti-Semitism," homophobia, and
hatred of blacks. Hypocritically, hate law advocates never mention bias
against Christians, whites, or heterosexual marriage. Conservative political
speech is constantly blamed for the "epidemic" of hate crimes.
Yet violent bias-motivated crimes, as they do exist, don't need to be criminalized
(they're already illegal) and they aren't mainly committed by whites or
people who watch the O'Reilly Factor.
-
- In July, hate crimes in LA <http://articles.latimes.com/2008/jul/25/local/me-hatecrime25>were
reported at a five-year high. Most were minority-on-minority, street warfare.
LA Times said, "The largest number [of crimes] involved Latino suspects
against black victims; the second largest involved black suspects against
Latino victims." Even the Southern Poverty Law Center admitted, in
its <http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?aid=994>Winter
Report 2008, "Officials cited racially motivated violence committed
by race-based street gangs as "a major factor" in the spike in
reported hate crimes." (emphasis mine) SPLC quotes the sheriff, "Latino
gang members shoot blacks not because they're members of a rival gang but
because of their skin color"
-
- These violent crimes are already manifestly illegal.
Hate crime laws threaten to criminalize bias and belief rather than the
violent act itself. That will lead, as it has in Canada, to indictments
of legitimate, nonviolent political commentators, magazines, or organizations.
And how will it even help? Will we solve gang race wars by controlling
what's said on Fox News? <http://www.nclr.org/content/viewpoint/detail/54889>A
Latino leader, commenting on recent crime, says, "These recent deaths
are a direct outcome of the anger and hatred spurred on by people who mischaracterize
all Latinos and the institutions that serve them as a threat to our country"
That's just one example. Google any recent "hate crime" and you
can find a minority leader spouting the same rhetoric, blaming ideas (anti-immigration
ideas, in this case) he or she dislikes for fermenting violence. Natural
conclusion? Ban ideas. And we should all know by now where that leads.
(The word "gulag" springs to mind)
-
- Hate crime laws will be used to silence politically incorrect
thinkers and public leaders. In other words, laws enacted to deal with
street race wars (allegedly to combat the bad attitudes of thugs on the
street) will be used by political elite to silence their competitors.
-
- Can you really believe gang members learn their hatred
at the feet of Bill O'Reilly? Thugs high on dope playing Grand Theft Auto
absorb their alleged racism from anti-immigration philosophy on the internet?
Yeahand I'm Elvis.
-
- The Real Agenda
-
- In a curious through-the-looking-glass way, the battle
over hate crime laws is actually very much like a refined version of LA
race wars. It's a turf war.
-
- Jewish supremacist organizations-primarily the ADL, SPLC
and others-want to silence their main competitor in the ideological battle:
Christianity. Hate crime laws are a means to that end. More subtle than
a Ka-bar or a semi-automatic, hate crime laws are weapons. They are designed
to end the intellectual lives of those who oppose the "gang"
of Jewish elites who are quickly accumulating power in our nation.
-
- Fact: the <http://www.splcenter.org/intel/map/hate.jsp#s=OR>SPLC
counts our organization, National Prayer Network, as one of their 924 "active
hate groups" because we theorize and write about the actions of the
Jewish state and Jewish American elites who want to subvert American (especially
Christian) freedom. We have never, and will never, advocate violence. We
educate. Yet we are classified with skinhead organizations and the Ku Klux
Klan.
-
- Freedom needs to go viral!
-
- Today virtually everyone believes "hate crime"
is a real category and definitely bad thing. Google hate crime news and
you'll find daily new articles about hate crimes. Hate law proponents have
had dazzling success marketing their ridiculous and dangerous lies. The
campaign to resist a federal hate law must be at least as strong as the
campaign to support it. If you're reading this article, you know hate crime
laws are a deadly threat to American freedom. You also have unique skills
and unique access to the people in your life and in your state.
-
- We need viral marketing against hate laws and for freedom.
We need the message to spread, now.
-
- If President Bush hadn't threatened a veto, we would
probably already have an enhanced federal "anti-hate" bill. How
does our next president feel about the federal freedom-stealing bill, the
Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act? Barack Obama cosponsored it! We
can hardly look to the White House. Let's look to the street.

- YouTube currently hosts videos from our organization,
Repent America , Coral Ridge Ministries, Rod Parsley and the Family Research
Council. This <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdC_W7Ru8sU> ten-minute
film shows the story of a UK couple who were threatened by police merely
for asking to be able to distribute religious flyers against homosexuality.
They challenged their local government via the <http://www.christian.org.uk/news/>Christian
Institute and won an apology. But these are just a handful of videos, with
not enough hits. Look up "hate crime" on YouTube and you hit
dozens and dozens of videos promoting the concept of hate crime laws and
dramatizing individual "hate crime" incidents.

viral? Are you good with photos, videos, ads? Pray and think about it.
