- COLUMBIA, MO -- National
Public Radio (NPR) affiliate KBIA is broadcasting conclusive testimony
that the FBI's investigation of the mailings, and their case against Army
scientist Bruce E. Ivins, reflects an American "genocide" directed
by foreign pharmaceutical interests engaging the U.S. Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA).
-
-
- Global journalist, a program hosted by Prof. Stuart H.
Loory, Chair in Free-Press Studies at the Missouri School of Journalism,
is broadcasting determinations by leading anthrax mailings investigator,
Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, that CIA contractors working for certain drug
industrialists were responsible for developing and deploying the powdered
anthrax mailed to generate bioterror, publicity, and political concessions
profiting the drug cartel, mainly through the stockpiling of risky CIPRO
and deadly anthrax vaccines.
-
-
- The conspiracy and serial homicide that killed five,
with thousands more poisoned by CIPRO and the Congressionally-condemned
anthrax vaccine, "enerated nearly a billion dollars in http://www.globaljournalist.org/radio/2008/08/07/
) He explained that CIA contractors at the Battelle Memorial Institute
developed the bioweapon and studied its lethality when mailed under a top
secret project the CIA called "Clearvision." Pentagon officials
code-named the West Jefferson, Ohio bioweapon program "Project Jefferson."
-
-
- Brooks Tigner, Europe Defense Technology Editor for Jane's
International Defense Review, reported that confidence in American government
overseas has significantly eroded under the Bush administrations prior
to this fracas involving the FBI and CIA. Responding to concerns about
the genocide described by Dr. Horowitz, Mr. Tigner urged an investigation
of the US Bioshield Program engaging the immensely profitable stockpiling
of CIPRO and anthrax vaccines.
-
-
- Justice Department assertions were reported from the
nation's capital by Lara Jakes Jordan of The Associated Press. She concluded
the FBI's case is "essentially closed," and could not confirm
or deny the assertions of the other panelists. When asked whether The Associated
Press had ever investigated a drug-industry directed "genocidal conspiracy"
Ms. Jordan stated she was not aware of any such inquiries.
-
-
- Ms. Jordan stated that the mentally-disturbed medically-controlled
Army scientist, Ivins, had co-patented the military's anthrax vaccine.
The unstable officer financially gained from its sale, government stockpiling,
and marketing method of bioterrorism.
-
-
-
- A February, 2000 Congressional Report concluded the anthrax
vaccine was unsafe for any use due to deplorable manufacturing and safety
conditions at the vaccine's sole U.S. manufacturer, Bioport, LLC. Yet,
the company was able to license the formula despite expert testimony the
vaccine was a co-factor in triggering Gulf War Syndrome. The company's
prospectus was reportedly found in a cave among Osama bin Laden's possessions
during the Afghanistan invasion. Military acquisitions were heavily lobbied
by Adm. William J. Crowe, a former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
and ambassador to the United Kingdom from 1994-1997. Crowe owned 22.5 percent
of Bioport, LLC, and there is some evidence the seed stock for the Ames,
Iowa strain of anthrax used by Ivins and the mailers came from Britain's
biowarfare facility at Porton Down.
-
-
- Only the CIA's contractors at Battelle in Ohio had clearance
to the advanced technology needed to engineer and test the hyper-weaponized,
silica-sensitized, electro-magnetized anthrax that was mailed according
to Dr. Horowitz's extensive investigation.
-
-
- Given the evidence of a genocidal conspiracy and coverup,
all panelists agreed the FBI's termination of the case is premature and
suspect; that additional investigations are necessary to assure public
safety and restore confidence in the Justice Department.
