Looks like a tapir that has been in the water for awhile. The skeletal structure of the head matches that of a tapir skull minus the flesh and some of the bone that forms the snout. Is some zoo missing a tapir? Did some throw a tapir overboard? Did a tapir die en route? Perhaps illegal trade of some sort?
