In Part 8, we showed stills and a video of John zooming
in and out on a 'star' in the night sky...a 'star' which resolved into
a spacecraft when full zoom with the 8 inch Meade telescope was achieved.
In further response to the government efforts to debunk his remarkable
astrophotography, John had a friend go out with him on one of his near
nightly sessions to videotape John at work high up on a hill with a town
down below. He had the person pick out a bright 'star' above. John then
acquired the 'star' with the scope and zoomed in on it. Here are some still
frames from that video.
The first two frames below show John fully zoomed in
on a spacecraft but notice that he has removed the videotape from his camcorder
attached to his Meade telescope. This demonstrates that an object is in
the view field but that the camera cannot record it.
This third still frame has the second person standing
back behind John's camera and telescope. The town's lights are down below
to the left. This still frame is oriented so you can
still see the object in space in the view screen of the camcorder...that
is why the city lights are on an angle.
Here is a video clip made by John's friend with
his camcorder showing the above in motion...
