- When the United States formally adopted the Constitution,
that document served thirteen colonies, and was designed to govern a
maximum of two million people configured into a Republic of 13 sovereign
states.

- Today this country has 50 subservient states, 48 on the
continent plus Alaska and Hawaii, with a combined population of over three
hundred million, plus another 20 million without papers. The original
document has been stretched well beyond any ability to function at all.
The Constitution was created to insure that people in the colonies had
a representative government, "of, by, and for the people." That
is long gone!

 When we were the colonies, people knew each other and
"serving in the congress" was like jury duty: it was not a profession.
In every society there has always been an aristocracy but here the rich
lived with the rest of us and because of that closeness and one's personal
code of conduct there were very clear ideas of both right and wrong, whether
in business or in personal life-the Laws were very clear.

- "Law" is a secular written system of rules
created by the society to govern itself. While the origins for these 'laws"
come down to us from many parts of history and experience: they are intended
to be followed to insure that the balance within the society they apply
to, is maintained, to the extent possible. No system of laws is perfect,
but this one is preferable to those systems where the rules exist to serve
power alone. This was the single rule-of-law, under which the nation was
established, (The gavel on the book above).

- ?There was also, at that time only one law for all, administered
by the several states in accordance with the Constitution. The federal
government was not a factor.

- This remained true until the 1886 Supreme Court decision
that freed American corporations from individual or personal responsibility
for their actions and this became the basis for our two tiered system
of both life and law. So by 1886 this nation and its original ideals had
already begun to die.

- Once the foundation beneath our nation was compromised,
the new Owners began to build upon that corpse of 'Law' that no longer
served the people. However the framework of the long-dead Republic that
remains in place today, provided the perfect cover for the expansion of
Corporatism; commonly known as Fascism. Under this guise "Justice"
replaced "Law" even though the concept of Justice has become
totally illusory.

- Everyone knows that "Justice" inside the courtroom
has nothing to do with right or wrong, but everything to do with 'how
the game is played.' The Sword of Justice was taken from its owner, the
classical Blind Justice, and used exclusively here to indicate the power
of the system to enforce official power over human circumstance; in a
way that satisfies neither the human craving for real justice nor the
legal passion for actual fairness.

- This two-tiered system that has become the American way
of 'Just- Us' has become an institution that can only be destroyed if we
renounce the Special Status of all Corporate Charters and return all
the courts to a single system under a single secular Rule of Law that
was there before 1886. Given the globe-shattering amounts of illicit-profits
at stake, it is not likely that any of this will change without an actual
revolution: but it is definitely worth consideration!

- Once the public understands that everything at the core
of this society has been subverted by the same multi-national Corporatocracy
that has sent their jobs off shore, and continues to desecrate what's
left of American industry, commerce, manufacturing, farming and now trucking,
along with every public institution, that was once owned by the public,
but has now been privatized and turned over the same corporations that
are the Owners of both the Corporatocracy and what used to be called the
people: they might demand a change. If these facts became known then
possibly something "NEW" might begin to dawn. Who knows, maybe
even "CHANGE" itself might begin to take on a whole new meaning!

- For the last seven years huge numbers of people say have
been trying to unmask "Who is behind the crimes of 911" or "Who
is really running the world today" and both of these oxymoron's
assume that the answers to these questions can be summed up in bumper-sticker
phrases that will magically fix everything-yet nothing could be further
from the truth!

- Both the government and a huge number of mindless writers
have tried to call attention to the "Conspiracy-theorists on the
web." While the ultimate "Conspiracy" in the world today
remains nearly untouched in the existence of the US government and all
its disinformation arms that masquerade as news outlets both here and
abroad. This Global-Criminal-Conspiracy is hell-bent on the destruction
of human society as we know it-regardless of the country, the people,
or the belief systems involved. The stated goal of the Owners of this
conspiracy is to eliminate four and a half billion people from the planet
and enslave the remainder, in order to create their version of the perfect
world.

- Now that is a seriously flawed conspiracy if ever there
was one- and it comes to you not from some cyber-nuts on the web but from
the New Owners of the Old World Order itself.

- Since 2001, writers and filmmakers and artists have been
trying their best to uncloak this nightmare for the general public, so
that the coming Third World War might be averted. Throughout, we have
collectively labored to expose, to categorized, to track and to notify
the public of our findings: yet the pubic is unmoved. The substance of
our work is what they asked for, but when it is presented in the detail
required for people to grasp what's been going on-they turn away. Worse,
when we have shown the public the extent of the criminality, the violence
of their methods and the blood and death that their methods have involved,
there is only silence.

- This problem has haunted many people. But then there
is this pivotal-truth that seems to alter everything. "There are
two parts to this equation, just as there are two very different applications
of what passes for Law. The first part concerns the criminals: who they
are, what they do, and how to stop them. But it is the second part that
unlocks this mega-mystery behind that SILENCE that is killing this nation.

- What is it? It is that none of this could have happened
to us if we the public, had remained involved. The early colonies worked
for a time because they were small and intimate with each other, but once
they began to expand and follow their new colonialist slogans like "Manifest
Destiny" and the "Monroe Doctrine" we as a nation were
done for.

- It was "we the people" who gave power to the
Outlaws and we the people who approved what the Owners have been doing
with our lives all along, because too many of us own stock in everything
they do! We knew that they were ruthless, we knew that they were thieves
and snakes when it came to methods and morals: yet we gave them everything
they asked for when it came to our rights, our dreams and we even placed
our very lives and the lives of millions of our children into their blood-drenched
hands-for 'a few dollars more'?

- After the wars began to fail, after the economy began
to tank, after everything they promised turned to ashes in the burning
stench of yesterday's news-only then did the public begin to scream a
little, but just a little!

- We knew what they were and who they were, but some had
the gall to ask "Why are they doing this"! "THEY"
are doing what thieves and outlaws and traitors always do, betraying those
that put them where they are today. The missing part in all of this is
us!

- It was after all the public that did not want to know,
that chose not to see and would not listen, until that is, the whole foul
thing began to fall apart. None of this could have happened if we had
paid attention, but we were just too busy checking our stocks or chasing
our own private rainbows to observe what was happening not just to the
world: but finally now to "US"!

- We gave them the keys to our homes and our lives; to
our dreams and our fortunes and they never looked back! What could we
expect from these Titans of Industry and Commerce and WAR! They are just
doing what those people have always done throughout history. They steal,
they rape, they plunder and then they slaughter the survivors; all in
the name of greed and power. What could we expect when we allowed these
thieves and traitors to run this country in the first place? It may have
been 'THEM' that committed the crimes and crashed the golden dreams of
Empire, but it was WE that made it possible because we could not separate
ourselves from the possibility of getting in on all those illicit goodies.

- Now it's time to pay the piper and no one wants to own
the reality of this "Defeat." But it is descending with a vengeance
nonetheless and no one will be spared, because we have broken far too
many of nature's laws already and she will not be denied!
