- Jeff - Attached is a scan of a document given to me by
the head of a Japanese right wing organization linked to the Imperial family.
I believe it to be a genuine document. I have added hand-written (hard
to read) translation to a copy of the paper. It dates from 1992. It is
out of date because neither Russia nor Japan are now part of the power
flow chart. If you notice, you will see Switzerland at the top. That must
be the BIS. You will note that England and Greece are together. I assume
that is because Queen Elizabeth married the Greek Prince Philip. Iran is
also on the chart. It would be interesting to hear your readers take on
this chart...
