- There are a number of people aligned with law enforcement
who become disappointed when police don't receive the benefit of the doubt.
You should know that the issue we have covered here is why this no longer
is a given, as once Americans gave the benefit of the doubt to those serving
them in Congress and public service. Nevertheless, we make our case by
connecting dots normally invisible to others but in Gotbaum right in front
of everyone's noses.
-
- Respectfully submitted, it becomes more apparent when
articulated and expressed correctly.

- 1. A 45 year old woman dies when in police custody.

- 2. A 45 year old woman dies within one hour of her arrest
when in police custody.

missing a flight.

missing a flight is thrown to the ground and pounced upon by three policemen
within a minute to two of their confronting her.

- 6. A 45 year old woman showing emotional distress over
missing a flight is thrown to the ground and pounced upon by three policemen
within a minute or two of their confronting her, who, only then, when on
top of her, say they tried to calm her down, only after handcuffing her
two arms behind her back.

- STOP POINT
-
- In Old America, a single police officer at best would
confront this woman and seek to have her sit down and talk to her about
her situation and emotional response to it. Only if the woman lashed out
against the police officer in a physical manner or otherwise proved herself
to be a threat to public safety and/or the well being to others would the
police officer place her under arrest. He would normally contain and control
the situation by himself and only call for back up if needed. In this case,
a police officer in Old America would be embarrassed to call for back up.
-
- However, in post 9-11 America, where the Constitution
has been cast aside and police state laws have been implemented, police
in an airport respond to any call against the behavior of a citizen as
they would respond against an enemy of the state: excessive use of force
with zero tolerance against anyone failing to immediately bow to and comply
to any direct command. The truly sad and silly reality to the police response
in the Gotbaum death is that this police state type of attitude would have
no bearing at all on any genuine terrorist action against the USA and only
proves itself as serving to undermine the rights and welfare of those it
arose to seemingly protect: the American citizen.

refusing to immediately comply or respond as expected is dragged by the
arresting police officers to a detention area.

refusing to immediately comply or respond as expected is dragged by the
arresting police officers to a detention area where her handcuffs are not
removed and she is further shackled to a concrete bench.
-
- 10. The 45 year old woman is thin and attractive and
is uncooperative to the commands and orders of the arresting officers after
being handcuffed behind her back, thrown into a detention room, where she
is further shackled while still handcuffed to a concrete bench.

is uncooperative with the commands and orders of the arresting offices

then fifteen minutes later is found unconscious by one of the arresting
police officers.

after being handcuffed behind her back, thrown into a detention room, where
she is further shackled while still handcuffed to a concrete bench and

police officers, when the Phoenix police department itself declares that
she was no threat to anyone including herself. ("Ms. Gotbaum was not
a threat to others or to herself").

after being handcuffed behind her back, thrown into a detention room, where
she is further shackled while still handcuffed to a concrete bench and
then fifteen minutes later is found unconscious by one of the arresting
police officers, when the Phoenix police department itself declares that
she was no threat to anyone including herself, where the arresting officer
(still to be confirmed) applies mouth to mouth resuscitation and the unconscious
woman vomits into his mouth, the police officer apparently taking no precautions
to protect himself against the transmission of disease.

-
- STOP POINT
-
- Here in the New America we have police with zero tolerance
who treat a 45 year old emotionally unstable woman as though she is an
animal, handcuffing her behind her back and then putting her in a detention
cell and thereafter confronting her when further shackling her to a concrete
bench, putting her at their complete control and mercy.
-
- Such authority figures continue to see a woman defiant
of their command and control and then literally minutes later she is dead.
This end result is unacceptable in Old America and but for the fact that
she was a family member of a politically-connected family in the New America
this all would have been simply another passed over case in the New America.
Since we have a press worthy case we learn a series of facts that otherwise
would have never been known showing excessive police force and inexplicable
unprofessional if not aberrational conduct on the part of the police under
its own admission that the woman was not a threat to others or herself.
Then in a time with high communicable diseases we should now find that
the arresting police officer who found her unconscious in a universe of
seven police officers in the detention area valiantly commits to mouth-to-mouth
withhe declared exchange of saliva and potentially infectious materials
between them. ("The officers began mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and
CPR. While doing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, Ms. Gotbaum vomited into
one officer's mouth. The officer spit up himself but continued to do mouth-to-mouth
resuscitation while CPR continued."). If this valiant effort to save
her life was done by one of the arresting police officers, we can connect
the dots to recognize that his continuing role and involvement over the
arrest of a 45 year old attractive and defiant woman, handcuffed and chained
to a concrete bench, involved possible sexual contact and abuse masked
by his 'noble' efforts to save her life thus diminishing the known reality
should his saliva/DNA markers have been found by medical examination in
her mouth or otherwise on or over her body.
-
- It is important to recognize that what we have here is
not the criminal activity of an errant police officer but we face the realities
attendant to those representing authority in a condoned police state established
environment which rather than protecting the citizens of the country put
them in harms way and otherwise exposes the entire population to institutionalized
stress. Citizens become afraid to speak their mind, resist or oppose police
orders and commands, and find themselves subject to police brutality with
the state protecting the interests of the abusive mechanism put into operation
and play in the name of national security and interests. Freedom of speech
and the right to protest and confront government are seriously diminished
and compromised with those arrested subject to the type of unacceptable
police behavior and conduct seen here, best expressed by the sad reality
that this woman died within the hour of her arrest.
-
- As those receiving these emails well know, Pat Tillman
also resisted those who wanted him to agree to a certain course of conduct
and when he stood defiant, the mercenary holding the gun to his head, in
anger and frustration pulled a little too hard on the trigger leaving three
bullet holes in the center of his head. While the rest of America regretfully
will take years more to acknowledge the sacrifice, both Pat Tillman and
Carol Anne Gotbaum died as true patriots to this country in standing defiant
to the tyrannical forces whom our founding fathers themselves opposed to
create our great nation, now regretfully lost to those they confronted
and defeated a little over two centuries back.
-
- What I warned my fellow Americans about in 1997, in Recapturing
America has come home, as I feared, to roost.
