- FOREWORD TO READERS

- You may recognize some of the following material from
the first report. This updated report on new solar activity contains new
material not published before by this author and to date this material
is not known to be published by anyone else.

- DISH NETWORK 119 SATELLITE WENT SILENT
-
- At 4:30PM EST on August 18 2004, Dish Network's 119 degree
satellite (so named for its fixed orbital position slot) stopped transmitting
signals on ALL Dish Network transponders. This satellite carries older
network signals such as A&E, CSPAN and many of the older cable networks.
If someone subscribes to Dish Network's lowest price package, this is
the only satellite they watch. This satellite went down for about 15 minutes,
and all transponders went silent. Some readers may have noticed this event.
An error message appeared on televisions everywhere which made the event
appear the same as a rainy weather event, which are known to block signals
for a few minutes. But at the time where this event was observed, no such
weather event took place.

- What separated this event from a bad weather event? Other
Dish Network satellites continued to function. Then suddenly the satellite
suddenly began functioning again about 4:45PM EST. Dish network uses all
KU band birds. Whether this was a DHS blackout test or the actual result
of solar activity is currently unknown, and may remain as such. What's
also very interesting is that this VERY rare event took place DURING the
solar X-Ray event which is covered in detail in this report. Satellite
119 going down could readily be written off as a coincidence or the result
of a solar event by many. Keep this event in mind as you read the rest
of this report, then decide for yourself.

- NASA "GOES" SATELLITES
-
- There exists in orbit a group of four NASA satellites
known as GOES. These satellites have monitored our Sun at various wavelengths
of ultraviolet, visible light and X-ray wavelengths, as well as the magnetic
field, proton and electron flux for more than 14 years. Although highly
chaotic, our nearest star is extremely complex and ever changing energies
of all wavelengths. This author has monitored solar activity daily since
the mid 1990's, and satellite data indicate that the Sun appears to have
generated new, accurately timed radiation patterns. Similar methodically
generated patterns have been observed in the past, but not like this event.
However, prior X-Ray patterns were ALWAYS accompanied by other solar
phenomenon such as solar flares or other elevated levels of activity.

- THE DATA
-
- Eight evenly spaced X-Rays pulses were observed by this
author in one 24 hour period. The two charts (see Fig. 1 below) show plotted
data from the GOES satellites taken over a three day period, starting
August 17 2007:

- SPIKES COORDINATED WITH UNIVERSAL TIME

- Above in Fig. 1 we see eight perfectly timed X-Ray pulses,
each exactly three hours apart. Is this an accident or coincidence? My
initial report found only 5 spikes. Also of interest are that the three
hour time intervals appear to be synchronized to Universal Time (shown
as UTC on these charts.) The white arrow points to an area where the normal
sine-wave like rhythm of the sun suddenly stopped at a certain field strength.
After the next X-Ray spike, it continued. The yellow line shows where
this happened again. The first vertical dashed line shows how the magnetic
field change froze again.

- A WORD ABOUT TIME
-
- If you wish to compare the times shown in this chart
to where you live, you will need to know whether you are +UTC (live west
of Greenwich, England) or UTC and live east of Greenwich, England.
If you are unsure and are using a PC, left double-click on the clock
display down in the lower right corner of your screen. Then left-click
once on Time Zone tab. You will see a combo box text line highlighted
showing your time with a + or and GMT time. (Don't change that!)
Use that value to adjust what you see in the charts below. For example
in the United States, Eastern Standard Time is 5 hours BEHIND 0000 UTC.
Therefore, 0000 on the chart is 5AM EST. And Pacific Standard Time is
8 hours behind UTC. It's that simple.

- GMT is similar to UTC, except that UTC is a reference
derived from high precision atomic clocks in Colorado. GMT is now coordinated
with UTC to generate one high precision, global time standard. Hence
the "C" in UTC refers to "coordinated."

- ABOUT THE CHARTS
-
- Charts shown in this report are not "adjusted"
in any way to force these eight pulses to fit the three hour UTC time
intervals. Therefore, these pulses actually took place at intervals which
appear as shown, and appear to be almost EXACTLY coordinated with Universal
Time. Needless to say, the Sun itself knows nothing of UTC time. UTC is
a man-made construct and relates to exactly one rotation of the Earth.
It is usually adjusted each year by one or two seconds to compensate for
the slowly decreasing rotational speed of the Earth.

- Other than observed changes in the magnetic field, there
were no other accompanying changes in solar activity. Although at the
time of the X-Ray spikes there were three minor sunspots present, there
were no large solar flares, coronal mass ejections, no elevated proton
or electron flux levels, no change in the infrared or ultraviolet spectrum
or any other known electromagnetic radiation. Outside of the small magnetic
change, the X-Ray spike events stand alone.

- Each of the different colors shown above represents data
from a different satellite, and each pixel represent 5 minute data intervals
(which are not readily discernable in the above JPEG.) Five minute intervals
are the update rate for this chart.

- Note the neatly stepped drop-off in detected X-rays (orange
staircase waveform, left side) over a three hour span on August 16. For
unknown reasons, this appears to be detected by only ONE satellite (orange
line.) Stepped analog waveforms usually result from a lack of resolution
in an analog-to-digital converter. This stepped waveform is clearly not
a limitation of a satellite analog- to-digital converter, since we can
see much finer resolution on this same waveform for this same satellite.
However, we know that something did occur. We also see a similar effect
by this same satellite shortly after 0000 hours UTC on August 18. (You
can see this above the "8" on the date "Aug 18" in
Fig. 2.) There are also three other pulses from this satellite shown above,
each one almost perfectly 21 hours apart. How can a random, chaotic star
like our Sun generate such regular timed patterns? To date no one has
stated how this can be possible. I would welcome input or explanations
how this is possible from experts in the field of astronomy.

- When I observed other well-timed X-Ray pulses like this
several times in the past year, there has always been increased activity
with flares, electron, proton and magnetic fields making any determination
of independent X-Ray pulse generation difficult. I have remained silent
on this until the big question could be answered - could the X-Ray spikes
occur without an accompanying increase of any other types of solar radiation?
Now we know it can.

- In Fig. 3 we see similar amplitude spikes, but this time
spikes are 6 hours apart. We also see that the solar magnetic field sine-wave
pattern almost freezes between these two spikes. This sine-wave pattern
is similar to a solar "heartbeat." It is quite rare for this
to stop completely.

- THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX
-
- I currently have three theories about these X-Ray events.
One of the following general theories must be true:
-
- 1. INDUCED - It appears that whoever created these spikes
was attempting to freeze the Sun's normal magnetic fluctuation using
some type of technology. They began generating these spikes over an almost
24 hour period, and continued to "tweak" their technology until
it finally achieved the desired effect. The final eighth spike was a release
of the magnetic field.

- 2. TIME EVENTS - These spikes could be the result of
nuclear events that haven't happened yet, or did happen and yet we didn't
experience them because time jumps which took place. There was a statement
by an Israeli intelligence agent recently that the USA will suffer from
several nuclear events. In an indirect way, this is also an induced event
even if unintentional.

- Fusion-type nuclear events are known to rip space-time,
and could send a transient BACK IN TIME which the Sun will react to. It's
known that the Sun has reacted in the past to nuclear detonations on
Earth, even when underground. If data about nuclear events is true, then
a detonation will occur every three hours for almost a full 24 hours.
Let's hope and pray this is wrong, as the effect on freedom worldwide
will be irreversible. Time effects are something I recently discussed
with a researcher friend who has been involved in highly advanced physics,
and observed time jump phenomena some years ago with lightning using a
camera.

- 3. NATURAL EVENT - For unknown reasons these spikes occur
on the Sun as the result of an unknown mechanism. However, the accurately
timed nature of these X-Ray pulses makes this highly unlikely.
-
- It most likely appears the Sun is creating these spikes
as a reaction to some outside influence because of the periodicity. I
have also received positive emails from scientists on this event which
may be included in a future update. Any input from readers would be welcome
- we're all in this together!
-
- There are many possibilities here for this phenomenon.
One possibility I first proposed several years ago is that Planetary
Time Jumps (PTJ) could be related to intelligent "corrections"
made by unknown entities to prevent collision with orbiting near-Earth
asteroids [2]. If these celestial bodies were emitting X-Rays as they
passed by satellites, we would see a delay in the detection of X-Rays
by each satellite. That is to say, the X-Ray peaks in the GOES chart would
be out of phase with each other, or simply put, overlapping and not exactly
on top of one another. This was not observed. Instead, we see four different
satellites showing the same X-Ray peaks simultaneously. This also eliminates
any possibility of satellite malfunction, since the odds of all four
satellites malfunctioning simultaneously thousands of miles apart is beyond
discussion

- What is not yet known is how or why these pulses were
generated. However, it's clearly beyond all doubt these accurately timed
X-Ray emissions took place. My work on planetary time jumps three years
ago appears to show an X-Ray response from the Sun whenever a PTJ occur.[1]
If true, then at least EIGHT such jumps have recently taken place. But
how can this be?

- A PTJ requires highly advanced technology. It is clearly
outside publicly known technology and physics. However, it could provide
a means to prevent annihilation of the Earth if it were to intersect
the orbit a near-Earth object. Most probably it would be used to avoid
being exposed to an outburst of a massive, deadly coronal mass ejection
from our Sun that could extinguish all life on Earth. Who could do this?
Perhaps others "out there" want to protect the Earth for their
own selfish reasons and not because they want to protect human beings
and other life-forms. Massive evidence already exists that others visit
the Earth to mine it for various natural resources, such as water and
our DNA.

- Other planets in our solar system are effectively dead
when compared to Earth. These would simply be left behind in the jump.
We wouldn't even notice a time change by looking at other celestial bodies,
since very little changes on these planets over long periods of time.
The implications of this become quite interesting still-functioning
spacecraft around Mars, the rovers on Mars and the Voyager spacecraft
we receive signals from, would be from a different time. These may provide
the best indication of time jumps yet: The Voyager spacecraft have been
transmitting signals more than 20 years BEYOND THEIR DESIGN LIFE. And
the rovers on Mars should have ceased operating about 6 months into
their missions. Yet all continue to operate! Why?

- We know today that Mars is heating up and its polar ice
is receding. Other planets and moons in our solar system are probably
heating up, too. It may also be that although time jump technology can
time jump a planet, it cannot jump something as massive as our Sun. If
a time jump were to use exactly 24 hour increments, most people wouldn't
notice it happened at all. Its human nature to only pay attention to things
we're conditioned to see, and ignore everything else.

- On my website www.data4science.net , I've documented
in the Time Jump section several repeated events observed by various people
around the planet For example, passing the same car twice on a highway
over a short period of time, or seeing the same person exit a building
twice with only one open entrance. Or hearing part of a sentence rapidly
repeated on a live radio show as this author did. These may be some of
the artifacts of a PTJ. There probably exists tens of thousands of undocumented
time jump observations made by countless people worldwide, who simply
ignored it as a "figment of their imagination" or just a misconception.
PTJs may be the biggest secret of all time, no pun intended.

- With regard to the recent X-Ray pulses observed on our
sun, this may suggest that at least eight such jumps have recently taken
place. If the sun is responsible for the predicted "end of time in
2012" it may be that a PTJ could post-pone that event. It may also
be that these pulses were created by an outside intelligence, and are
being used to communicate with us. Or, an advanced weapon has been used
on Earth and we are seeing a response from the sun as space-time was altered.
There are other implications too unsettling to discuss.

- I have received word today through a well known journalist,
that the scientific community has written this event off as nothing.
-
- Yet these scientists could never explain the nearly perfect,
three hour periodic emissions of not one but EIGHT X-ray spikes. And why
the magnetic field stopped changing only between two pairs of spikes.
-
- Currently our sun is entering a new 11 year cycle which
will peak around 2012.
- (Please don't write me about 2012 - I'm already aware
of that date's many implications.)
