servant, Wolfowitz's bonus, as well as his salary, are exempt from US income
taxes. Ditto the $193,590 salary for Wolfowitz's girl friend Shaha Riza.
It is the neo-con way: the neo-cons start the wars and tax the poor and
middle class to pay for their wars while they enjoy the best tax-avoidance
schemes neo-con politicians can contrive. The French revolutionaries beheaded
their king and queen for much less perfidy.
