New York Times wrote in its Sunday edition (emphasis added): "

During the brutal interlude that Seung-Hui Cho spent last Monday on the second floor of Norris Hall, the engineering building at Virginia Tech, he would slaughter 30 people IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, in a furious fusillade of gunfire.

SOMETIME JUST PAST 9:30 A.M. Mr. Cho reentered Room 206, Advanced Hydrology, a graduate level class taught by Prof. G. V. Loganathan. He shot the teacher and then turned and fired at everyone else in the class.

Guillermo Colman, 38, dove to the floor and huddled against the radiator; another student fell on top of him. At first, he thought this might be a stunt of some sort, something with ketchup substituted for blood, until a bullet hit behind his left ear.

Albarghouti thereby should have started shooting his video before 9:35 am. Thus, the police in all likelihood were dispatched to Norris before 9:26 am. Thus, the University knew that the shooter was on campus before 9:26 am. Thus, the University knew that the shooter was at Norris Hall before 9:26 am. Thereby, to not forewarn students about the dangerous condition/situation at Norris Hall in the 9:26 am email (or to issue any email between 9:26 am and 9:50 am highlighting Norris Hall) was malfeasance. It is beyond the pale of comprehension that Norris Hall was not highlighted in any email until 10:53 am when the tragedy was well over and done with. In fact, evidence is that the tragedy was over by 10:00 AM and thus the person police chased outside was a person chased after the shootings in Norris ended -- accounting how police stood over the captured person without anyone guarding their back from a shooter remaining at Norris Hall when the photos were taken (see photos and news reports below).

Note that the University disclosed that one gunman was in custody at 10:53 am, in the fourth email suggesting again that Cho did not commit suicide but rather tried to escape the premises. Otherwise, there has to be disclosure of what the email meant in saying that one gunman was in custody WITHOUT SAYING THAT ONE GUNMAN IS DEAD AND ANOTHER IS IN CUSTODY. Thus, the time of the photographs of the police holding a gun to the head of the shooter manifestly in custody is also central. These photographs, in all probability were taken after 9:50 am, after the shootings at Norris were over, and possibly after 10:16 am, then make it clear that Cho did not commit suicide, as the mother of one of the victims suggests because the email would in fact clearly say that a shooter is down and another in custody (aside from the fact that someone committing suicide with a 9mm gun would be hard put to disfigure himself per original reports). Thus, the shooter in custody should be identified and was likely Cho and if not Cho why the disclosure that only one was in custody when it was then known that one was dead (whether by suicide or otherwise).

All we need is certification of the true time lines involved. These again are simple questions and certifications. If the timelines are not officially put forth, then you can raise hell against the University. The New York Times account already attests that Albarghouti commenced shooting his cell phone video before 9:35 am. How much before 9:35 transmutes into the degree of culpability on the part of the University (and the government if the government involved itself in the emails in telling the University to stand down, per the report below).

N.B. CNN has to know when the Albarghouti cell phone video was shot. His cell phone also no doubt has other relevant time zone information in that he must have called someone regarding the events he was witnessing. However, of course, the police and University, know when and why police were dispatched to Norris Hall. Imagine the implications if Albarghouti began witnessing events at 9:30 am or earlier!!! The shootings may have commenced before 9:30 am and disclosure of secreted events and facts may attest that the shootings took place over a longer time span than publicly believed. What happened is that once the shooter became aware of police about the building, this is when the shooter started shooting students in Norris at a faster clip, heard in the later segment of the Albarghouti cell phone video.

Student from Maine saw police chasing Virginia Tech shooter
By Associated Press
Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - Updated: 03:58 PM EST

A Virginia Tech student from Maine saw police officers with guns drawn chasing the shooter in Monday's massacre at the school.

Casey Marstaller of North Yarmouth said she and others in her class Monday morning watched as four officers chased the person believed to be the shooter.

"We could see out the back window of the classroom," Marstaller told the Sun Journal newspaper in Lewiston. "Someone kind of heard commotion, and everyone turned around and there were four officers yelling at someone to get down on the ground, and they all had guns."

N.B. WHY WOULD ANYONE BUT THE SHOOTER RUN FROM POLICE?

Note that none of these police officers seems to be concerned about being shot from a shooter in the building.
They are acting as though they have their man. There are many inconsistencies and mysteries that have been skirted.
The critical element in our opinion is the time element.
