- How could the Constitution-hating Bush regime abolish
almost all of our Bill of Rights freedoms via the USA PATRIOT Act, and
rescind habeas corpus guaranteed by Article I, Section 9, paragraph 2 via
the Military Commissions Act, and then completely miss banning firearms
ownership on the part of the people by not also rescinding the Second Amendment?
How could our criminal dictatorship possible overlook abolishing this
basic right of a free people?
-
- Enemies of the Second Amendment always falsely assign
the right to own and bear arms as a "collective" right, meaning
that it only applies to certain "groups" of individuals and not
to each and every single solitary citizen. And of course, if that is the
case, then freedom of speech only applies to a group and never to an individual.
And the same can be said of the ban against illegal search and seizure
found in the Fourth Amendment; it too obviously applies only to groups
of individuals as interpreted by anti-Constitutionalists. This would mean
that the government has a right to search any individual's home and seize
any citizen's property as long as it does so on an individual basis; but
groups of individuals are protected. And trial by a jury of one's peers
is therefore also limited only to groups of individuals. Individual freedom
cannot be guaranteed if it is to apply only to groups.
-
- The afore-mentioned freedoms guaranteed in the first
ten Amendments were given to INDIVIDUAL citizens as a protection against
the powerful central state, which was unleashed by the Founders in the
body of the Constitution. The anti-statists, meaning the anti-Federalist,
wouldn't sign off on the Constitution until they were assured that the
rights of INDIVIDUALS were protected, since the Constitution was so much
more central power-oriented than was the case with the loosely defined
federal authority in the Articles of Confederation.
-
- Hatred for the Second Amendment is manifested by the
attempt to tie and define the "Militia" to that Amendment to
reserve it as applicable to only a "group," a group that can
and has been federalized by the stroke of our dictator's pen and summarily
dispatched to Iraq for Israel. The National Guard and other elements of
our military reserve units are NOT the militia! The militia in the context
of the Bill of Rights, as well as in the body of the Constitution, refers
to individual citizens that can be grouped only at a time when serving
in the nation's defense.
-
- An examination of Article I, Section 8, paragraph 11,
clearly defines the army, which is to be raised and funded for no more
than two years. The same Article and Section clearly refers to a "militia"
of individuals that the government must arm if necessary, organize and
regulate, and to provide officers to turn a rag tag citizen group of individuals
into a well-disciplined and "well-regulated" militia that can
fight along with the regular army, the latter to be "raised"
only if Congress deems it necessary. The latter distinctions can be found
in paragraphs 14 and 15.
-
- It is necessary to once again reiterate the intent of
the Founders clearly found in the Constitution, the latter frequently referred
to by our dictator as merely "a goddamned piece of paper." And
it may be recalled that our make-believe "president" took an
oath of office on his inauguration day, with hand on Bible, swearing to
"preserve and protect" that "goddamned piece of paper."
Can you see where I'm going with this? I was curious to know just how
long it would take our Decider/Dictator, and in what context, to abolish
the Second Amendment so dangerous to any dictatorship. We just found out!
-
- I am beginning to understand and to fully comprehend
the operations of criminal, unlawful government. Events are perpetrated
against the people and are committed for multiple purposes and objectives.
Consider 9/11: it served the multiple purposes of launching the Bush regime's
phony yet deadly "global war on terror," provided the excuse
to invade Iraq for Israel and to steal that nation's oil and to kill its
leader, and helped Larry Silverstein collect a lucrative insurance pay
out for two cost prohibitive white elephant World Trade Towers. See?
multiple motives!
-
- I, of course, cannot explain how one crazed individual
can be so motivated to initiate today's horrific carnage at Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and murder thirty-three human beings that have in no way ever
harmed him. Crazed killers do not need much of a reason, but even the
Columbine killers were reputed to be "outsiders" that were isolated
loners and didn't fit in with fellow students. Why would a jilted boyfriend
go so crazy? It makes absolutely no sense.
-
- On the other hand, the timing is smashingly perfect for
the Bush regime. And considering the standard modus operandi of the highly
secretive, plotting criminal Bush regime, I see their fingerprints all
over this massacre and terrorist event. 9/11 has yet to be explained given
all the incongruities surrounding the event and the government's astonishingly
unbelievable explanations, whenever the latter can be extruded.
-
- It is far too early for anyone at this time to really
understand what drove the mass murderer to commit this terrorist act, as
it is and as it should be defined. A government or military "black
ops" event has already been suggested. I suspect the Bush regime
highly in this yet another horrific massacre of Americans perpetrated in
order to achieve a desired result. And the Decider was quick to get face
time on the idiot box this time around. Compare this to his posture during
the Katrina crisis in New Orleans, when he was photographed fingering a
G sharp on a guitar and another photo of him enjoying a piece of cake.
-
- So of what precise advantage is this latest massacre
and terrorist act to the Bush regime? Check it out! First, it gives him
massive public justification to abolish the Second. Second, it heads off
the growing exposure of a complicit criminal mass media, about to come
under attack and be exposed by the Bill Moyers expose on PBS next week
[unless Abraham Foxman and the ADLsquashes it beforehand]. And then there's
the growing momentum of the 9/11 Truth movement, receiving increasing attention
through the efforts of none other than gun controller Rosie O'Donnell.
Hmmmm! Now there's a double whammy get Rosie off on her gun control
thing while at the same time distracting her from 9/11. And then there's
the Alberto Gonzales event in Congress this week. And let's all remember
that the GOP needs a strong platform item for their weak political position
considering their political tailspin created by Iraq, the economy and 9/11. And
lest we forget, there's Iran to consider.
-
- No, there are no solid tie-ins to BushCo, and considering
the secrecy of our present criminal government, there probably never will
be. But what is totally unnerving is the timing and the convenience of
it all. Unbelievable you may say? Think the Maine, Waco, TWA 800, the
Lusitania, the USS Liberty, Pearl Harbor, Ruby Ridge, 9/11
