In the spring of 2001, thirteen years after my first encounter with the Light, thirteen years after witnessing white stones inexplicably manifesting and falling from the air in my house, and thirteen years since my first meeting with the great Teacher, my first book about this strange and ongoing encounter was about to be published. It was before the book came out, however, in January and February of 2001, that the Teacher began to seriously address subject of politics for the first time with me. Politics had never been a subject that I had much interest in, and he and I had never talked about the subject before. I was surprised to discover that he was in reality, however, a first class political warrior. As I listened to him and read the writings he led me to, I realized that whether or not one studies politics, is interested in politics, or follows the acts of various politicians, each of us is affected by politics. This was a subject, I slowly realized, that was perhaps more important than any of the other subjects we had studied, because it was politics and politicians who were now governing and controlling every aspect of our lives. As I looked closely at the materials he showed to me, I began to see that there was something very wrong with the political picture in the United States. Those who were elected to represent us and serve as our employees-and those who were not elected to serve-were making decisions that affect our health, our freedom, our planet's fragile peace, the environment, and increasingly, even our religious or spiritual ideas. As the big picture became clearer, a sense of alarm began growing within me. This was no longer the servant government that had once been established as a unique republic in which the citizens were sovereign and served by the government. It had been established as such because our Founding Fathers had had enough of a government in which only the monarch was sovereign, and the citizens were all subjects. The U.S. politics and the politicians, however, were now haughtily out of control, swallowed up in a massive and arrogant system of corporate, dictatorial corruption. Of primary importance to the Teacher were the subjects of human rights and civil liberties. As preliminary copies of my book were made available, I was scheduled to begin speaking on radio programs to discuss the book. I was asked by various radio hosts, including my dear friend, Alex Merklinger, what the Teacher's most recent messages were. "He keeps telling me to 'study the Constitution,'" I replied again and again while on the air and also while giving talks to groups of people in the early months of 2001. I urged all who were listening to please read the Constitution. I knew that for many people, it would be the first time they had ever looked at those documents that spelled out as law the rights and liberties that had been divinely intended for us all. The more I read, the greater the sense of divinity regarding our rights grew, and then I found that throughout history, whenever humanity has been awakened and reminded of its rights and liberties, there has always been a measure of divine mystery woven through each recorded account. There has always been a mysterious stranger present. An element of the divine has always been present when human rights are bestowed. As I studied the Constitution, I found that it was based in part upon the ancient Articles of Confederation of the First Nations of American Indians. Those Laws of Peace, thought to be over one thousand years old, had first been given to the Five Nations by a mysterious stranger. He was a prophet and a miracle worker and he was known as "The Great Peacemaker." Said to have been born of a virgin, the Great Peacemaker traveled in a canoe made of white stone. He was called the Great Peacemaker because his true, unutterable name was not spoken. The Peacemaker came to the people during a time of great strife and bloodshed, and he selected a gifted orator (Hiawatha) to speak on his behalf. He called for an end to wars and an end to barbaric and disrespectful practices. The Great Peacemaker showed the people a way in which they might live in peace by having mutual respect for one another. Someone with familiar characteristics seems to have been delivering us from tyranny and brutality since humanity's earliest days. I was so moved by all of this, I registered to vote that summer. On September 11, 2001, thirteen years to the day after my own darkest day, America experienced one of the most barbaric and disrespectful acts ever committed in this country. It was America's darkest day. Right in front of our eyes, the human rights that I had only just come to embrace as divine gifts were about to be snatched away from us again. We all remember what we were doing on that morning of September 11, 2001, as we went about our familiar routines, not knowing that the history of the United States was about to be changed forever. I was alone in my house; having been alerted to the disaster by a phone call from my ex-husband. My children, John and Emily, were at their high school, which was in a lockdown for safety sake. John emailed me from the school to ask me if I was OK, and to tell me that he and Emily were safe. Many of us exchanged similar emails with our friends and family asking, "Are you alright?" We all needed simple reassurance. "I'm OK, son," I answered him, "I just can't stop crying." "Mommie," as the kids still call me, "do you think the attacks are over now? Are we safe yet?" John asked. No teenager should ever have to ask such questions, especially in the United States, where the most extraordinarily sophisticated safety and defense systems on earth should have completely prevented even the first "hijacking" attack, let alone the subsequent ones. But on this morning, defying explanation, all systems failed, and then they failed again, and again, and again. "I don't know, son." It was about ten o'clock when we exchanged our emails. "I don't know what to tell you." We told each other "I love you," and then we signed off. I remember looking at the newspaper from September 10th, and deciding to save that newspaper as it marked the last day of America's peaceful innocence. As I stood in my office watching the television in horror, the Teacher appeared and he stood next to me. His hair was short on this day and he was dressed conventionally. His hair was normally worn long-beyond his shoulders-but I had seen him wearing it short once before. He was wearing a grey jogging outfit and black athletic shoes with dark blue trim on them, and he was covered with dust. His face was grim and I knew where he had been on that morning, and why his hair was short. Without drawing attention to himself, he had been walking-fully in the flesh-among the victims of 9/11 and comforting people. There was a sadness in his eyes that was as unfathomable as the act of 9/11, itself. Perhaps he was already seeing the bloodshed that was to come next as a result of this planned attack. "How could this have happened to us?" I asked him as we looked at the television. He did not answer my question, but instead he slowly shook his head as though in sheer disbelief of the work of mankind. We were now more powerful and out of control than ever before-or, more accurately, a few of us were. Then, he said, quietly, "Tell them not to retaliate." It was my turn to shake my head. "No," I said, "I can't say that. Someone's going to have hell to pay for this." He turned away from the television and looked at me. "You are going to have a very difficult time determining who was actually responsible for this," he said. "You do not have all of the facts." He had told me this once before, when he spoke about Judas. He had said then that we did not have the facts, that we had been misled, and that we had therefore judged Judas improperly. "Tell them not to retaliate. Tell them not to harm the innocent." Of specific concern to him were the Palestinians, and his concern and love for them was great. When he spoke of the Palestinians on that morning, it was clear that his compassion extended to people regardless of their faiths, beliefs, or religious affiliations. This made perfect sense, because he truly had no affiliation with any religion, at all. And then, he left. I have wondered if he was there to comfort Father Mychal, who was among the first of the First Responders to be martyred on that Day of Martyrs-and then if he was there with the others whose names I do not know. I learned later that Father Mychal, had been a close personal friend of my first book editor, Pat. While most of those who saw the Teacher, or were touched by his hands on that day would not suspect his identity, others knew exactly who he was. Reports eventually emerged from victims who stated emphatically that they saw and were rescued by Jesus on that day. These reports received the predictable ridicule that one must bear when one encounters Jesus and dares to speak of it, but I, for one, knew and still know that they were telling the truth. I continued watching the television until about noon, still frightened and wondering where and what the next strike might be. At noon, I went into the kitchen to fix a cup of coffee. Florida's then Secretary of State had purchased and moved into the house just across the street from mine several years earlier, and from our vantage point in our house we had seen some notable gatherings where the governor and his brother, now popularly known as The Decider, were present. On this particular noonday, as I held my coffee cup and looked out the front kitchen door, I saw something else notable. On this day, I saw that that Madam Secretary had apparently come home for lunch. She was in a white, State of Florida vehicle, and she was alone. She parked the car up at the house's back entrance and then she walked casually down her long driveway to her curbside mailbox. On this day of all days, there were no bodyguards accompanying her. There were no secret servicemen with walkie-talkies present as there were on other important occasions. She retrieved her mail, opened some of it and read it while standing near the street next to the mailbox. Then, after a few minutes she turned around, and-still reading-leisurely walked back up the long driveway and entered her house. I thought about this for a moment, and then I decided that if she was not particularly concerned about standing out in the open while the rest of us were still taking cover, I would take my cue from her. I went back to my office and wrote another email to John. "John, sweetie," I wrote, "we're safe now. I think the attack is over. Love, Mommie." I was already scheduled to speak again on Alex's radio program when 9/11 happened, and so when I went on the air, I reluctantly delivered the Teacher's message. I told Alex and his worldwide audience that although our leaders were pointing accusing fingers at various groups of individuals, we in fact did not actually know who was responsible for 9/11. My knees were literally shaking as I spoke the Teacher's words. They were shaking because I knew that no one else was making public statements similar to his-yet. No one else was publicly contradicting the political leaders, and stating instead that we did not know who was responsible for 9/11. No one else was stating that those occupying important government seats were accusing the innocent in the same manner that the world had accused Judas. The Teacher's message was heard around the world on that night, and in the weeks ahead, when the toxic dust began to settle and many questions remained unanswered, other individuals also began voicing public doubts about the "official explanations" of the events of 9/11. Those official explanations made no sense at all. In the weeks that followed 9/11, it also became suddenly clear to many of us why the Teacher had been urging us to "study the Constitution" throughout the earlier months of 2001. It became clear when we learned about the "P.a.t.r.i.o.t. Act," an anti-rights bill that was anything but "patriotic." It was the opposite of "patriotic." It was intended to be the death coup to the Constitutional Republic this nation once was. Over 300 pages long, this bill illegally shredded our Constitution. Although each person working as our employee or representative in the government had sworn or affirmed to uphold the Constitution, they now placed the "P.a.t.r.i.o.t." act above the Constitution. This was completely unconstitutional, and therefore illegal. It was pushed through Congress and passed, unread. Only a handful of our political employees have remained true to their oath of office-that oath being to uphold the Constitution. This is the one, single, most important responsibility of all government employees: to uphold and defend the United States Constitution, because it is the Constitution that limits government authority and intrusion into the lives of the sovereign citizens of this country. And yet, one can now count on one hand the number of government employees in the White House, Congress or the Judicial system actually abiding by their sworn oath. Because of this monumental failure to abide by their oath, after the World Trade Center buildings were deliberately brought down by unknown terrorists of unknown national origins, the civil liberties and human rights of American citizens were then brought down, as well. As the events continued to unfold like some bizarre and poorly written Hollywood script, it became increasingly clear that someone would indeed "have hell to pay" for 9/11. It would be the victims and the survivors of 9/11 who would have hell to pay. It would be Americans, themselves, who would have hell to pay. It would be the First Responders who were told by our government that the air was safe and nontoxic-they would have hell to pay slowly, as they died in years to come from the microscopic dust of the pulverized buildings that was imbedded in their lungs. Lies, false claims, and false accusations would be publicly announced, forever captured on videos, and wars would be started regardless of public outcry. Then, the innocent living in foreign lands would also have hell to pay. Children would have hell to pay. Mothers and babies would have hell to pay. Unarmed citizens would have hell to pay. Future generations would have hell to pay because of the criminal use of weapons and machinery contaminated with depleted uranium. The blood of thousands of Americans would mingle with the blood of hundreds of thousands of citizens in foreign lands as American leaders distanced themselves from any semblance of virtue, truthfulness, and ethical behavior, and illegally invaded one nation and then another for no clear or moral reason. All the while, we would hear from American political leaders and pious American religious leaders that this-as well as their other calls for violence, murder, and assassination-this was all the will of god. The Judeo-Christian god was speaking to some of these leaders personally, we would hear, and he was once again coveting our neighbor's blood, and coveting our blood as well. Jehovah was once again asking us to kill our neighbors. And I wondered yet again about that very strange god who seemed to be the complete opposite of the Teacher, and yet had been somehow elevated to the status of "god of the universe." It did not seem that the universe was even large enough to contain both of these polar opposites. But it was not quite time for the actual explanation about this conundrum to become known. I returned to the study of politics, eventually discovering with an increasing sense of horror, that throughout the 1900s, the private bankers and corporate leaders of this "one nation under God," had very slowly but surely established in America all ten planks of the Communist Manifesto. These are the ten measures needed in order to create a communist nation in which all power belongs to the state, and no power belongs to the individual who had once been a sovereign citizen. It began in 1913, when our employees in Congress gave their Constitutional power to coin money over to a private banking system cleverly referred to as The Federal Reserve. There is nothing "federal" about the Federal Reserve. Like the "P.a.t.r.i.o.t. Act," this was a title designed to mislead and suggest the opposite of its true makeup. The Federal Reserve is a privately owned banking monopoly from which the government would then borrow money. That same year, steps were taken to begin a "federal income tax" on Americans' labor with an un-Constitutional, "progressive tax." This was done because the bankers knew there was a great deal of money to be made on the labor of the citizens. This income tax would then be used to pay the interest fees levied by the private bankers of the Federal Reserve, on the money they loaned to the government. Both of these acts-establishment of a central banking monopoly and a heavy taxation on labor-were two important planks of the Communist Manifesto. Now powerful beyond belief, those who controlled the creation of money would soon control America. America would enter into a World War, and then The Great Depression. The Great Depression allowed another plank of the Communist Manifesto to take place, in which the state and the bankers confiscated individuals' personal properties due to predictable back taxes and mortgage foreclosures. Other planks in the Communist Manifesto include restrictions on inheritance, "free" public schooling of children through which a poor education is guaranteed and strictly controlled by the state, establishment of government-protected agricultural conglomerates who control farmland and the nation's food, communications restrictions, traveling restrictions, zoning restrictions, blurring of country borders, property confiscation due to resistance or rebelliousness, and so on. In other words, as one walks the planks, the communist state ceases to acknowledge individual rights. As Marx and Engels wrote, the people then become an "incoherent mass," and "an instrument of labor" for the state, to be treated "equally," male and female alike. Thus, the people will become a blur, each having lost his or her individual identity. Without an identity, they become moving cogs in a grinding wheel of corporate industry. They become beasts of burden who must labor to eat and then are expected to pay a tax on their labor. In a totalitarian state, the country is generally led by a dictator who enforces his will over the people who have no voice or representation whatsoever. In such a state, there is zero tolerance of criticism-those who are critical of the state or the dictator are viewed as enemies of the state. Through propaganda generated by state-controlled mass media, there is an effort to keep the public in complete, patriotic support of the state, while the state, in turn, takes control over every aspect of human life. Terrorism, and paranoid surveillance tactics are generally used against citizens in a totalitarian state. It is not clear what form of government America has at this time, but it seems to be a rather unpleasant blend of several forms of government that America was never meant to have. This occurred because Americans were persuaded by the propaganda machine to have total faith in the government, to believe that those working as our employees in the government were telling us the truth, that they were living up to their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, and that they were therefore protecting us. Our Constitution was created to establish and severely limit a government for the sole purpose of preserving our freedom and protecting our individual rights. For almost a century, however, a large number of our employees in the government have clearly not been upholding or defending the Constitution. They have been destroying the Constitution so they could reap personal profits. But most of us never read or studied the Constitution during our "free" public schooling. We did not realize or recognize, therefore, the slow but steady erosion taking place within America. We did not know what they were doing to us, to our freedom, and to our country. Now we know. This has been a repeating cycle in human history. We are liberated and then we are enslaved again as soon as we become complacent. The only comfort for those of us longing to return to an America of honor and personal liberties is in knowing that it is never too late to restore or reestablish civil liberties and human rights. Each time these divine rights are taken away from us, it is necessary for us to stand up and reestablish them. We must work together to block the creation of the New World Order's "religion," which is called communism. It will be a dry canal that will leave us forever thirsting for our spiritual identities. As I completed the Special Edition, the Teacher returned and suggested a very simple and innocent plan in which we might reestablish the Constitution and our rights. Divine countermeasures were once again underway. "Empower The People," he said to me. "I don't know how to empower the people," I said. "Those who are now occupying government positions are no longer keeping their oaths to preserve and uphold the Constitution. Since they are no longer doing this, let The People become empowered with this." He was smiling, but I was still not sure what he meant. "Invite every single person who reads this to take an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States," he said. "Include the oath for them at the bottom of the page so that they might read it, take the oath and then date and sign it." I now began laughing. His plans are always very simple and very logical. He-the political warrior who had come not to establish religion but to save us from religion-now had a plan to save us from a government gone bad. This will be a unique type of an oath, custom tailored for a unique situation in which the entire federal government is in need of being addressed by We The People, the ones they are meant to serve. It will be an oath of principle, similar to a declaration of spiritual allegiance. We individuals will now come together in order to once again form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty. With as many citizens as possible swearing or affirming to uphold and enforce the Constitution, no branch of the government, be it judicial, legislative, or executive, can continue to operate in defiance of the Constitution. Doing so will guarantee intense public scrutiny by those whose sworn duty it will now be to see that our government servants are operating strictly according to the Constitution. Any individual not upholding the Constitution should be removed from office. The first step is to study the Constitution, and keep a copy of it with you. You will see that the Constitution fully guarantees your divine rights by limiting the power and authority of the federal government. The Constitution is the federal government's operating permit, and they may operate only within its specific boundaries. The federal government has no authority to interfere with state government, such as in the recent case in which the federal government stated it would prosecute medical marijuana use despite the fact that states have determined this use to be legal. The federal government has no right to "dispose" of state food safety laws. The federal government has no right to spy on the citizens it is supposed to be serving. No one in the federal government is immune from the law. Especially not immune to the law are the President, Vice President, their staff, Congress, or those in the Judicial system. "Executive Privilege," is not mentioned in the Constitution and certainly would never have been established to provide those holding office with an opportunity to break laws or hide their high crimes and misdemeanors. From sea to shining sea, it is time for us all to stand up and swear or affirm to protect and enforce the document that made America and her sovereign citizens unique. You will be handsomely compensated. Your compensation will be Liberty. OATH
