- Details: The witness who sent this tape did so on condition
that he not be interviewed or contacted, or even questioned regarding the
footage. For obvious reasons, I do not have the original camera tape. Nor
do I know where or exactly when this was taken, although it was obviously
taken from an aircraft. I will respect the privacy of the witness by asking
no further questions. Hopefully our forthcoming forensic analysis will
shed some light on this.
