- Make no mistake that the government has performed
countless covert entries whenever and wherever they wanted to. They have
elevated these civil rights violations to a fine art, and have used new
toys like foldable bag ladders to reach ceilings for implanting bugs.
(Burst transmission bug technology cannot be detected by any civilian bug detector,
so don't bother looking for one. Newer devices are no bigger than a drywall
nail. Agents no longer require a ladder.)

- But how can they do this without permission? They
classify these felony "breaking and entering" events as
"training operations (ops.)" By doing so, a different set
of rules applies that basically puts them outside criminal law. After
all, the government agent-trainees need practice violating people's civil
rights. Field agents have been brainwashed during training into believing
the expression, "It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do
it." In fact, almost all forms of "training" in
any field, are basically just various forms of brainwashing. The higher
the IQ someone has, the easier it is to brainwash them.

- All information collected from the training op and all
records pertaining to it must be destroyed (oops - were there copies of
the covert-collected data on a backup server or sent to another agency?
Oh well...too bad.) Note that the national security based above-the-law
rules can only apply to data collected - not to any irreversible physical
actions like murder, damage from RF weaponry, bio-agents or chemicals employed
during the training op. Although all these can have lasting, permanent
effects, nothing will be done to reverse them.

- Often the trainers lie to the trainees themselves
to make them feel better, telling them "the effects are temporary
on the target" even when chemical, bio or RF technologies are
used. Everything in government structure is layered like an onion, and
on a "need to know basis." This author has experienced their
nasty tricks first hand, and now it's just part of life. Not
from one such training op but from numerous different exercises. I'm
sure others like Jeff Rense, James Neff and others on the website have
also been on the receiving end of those loving training ops, too.

- They may want you to know they paid you a visit, and
at other times they do not. But they are only human beings and they make
mistakes playing games. Things get left behind. And those visits when they
want you to know they have been around? Those are just psychological
games they are playing. The covered-up visits are the most significant.
Writing on rense.com pr other sites like it will almost guarantee that
at least one or more "training ops" will take place.

- I have found through a connection I have, that a
"training op" was the reason for a laser attack (or
another form of coherent energy.) This occured two winters
ago in a very busy public place at 1:00 in the afternoon. On the very same
day, a friend of mine 600 miles away was also shot. Of course
it was all in great fun - just another "training op." Yet
it left a very visible 1mm burn hole on my light tan winter coat, right after
the sound of a loud crack was heard. But I know that the hole and the accompanying
sting I felt was just an illusion. So was the sting, the sound and
the burn mark in a friend's jacket and lining 750 miles away
- and on the very same day.

- Isn't freedom great? Can't you just feel the love? Of
course, the government can't do things like this because no one ordered
it, right? Keep in mind what we will never know - are what the SECRET Executive
Orders contain.

- So what is the purpose of the Clinton and Bush
spying declarations? They are stating they are GOING TO START violating
your civil rights. However, anyone who truly understands how government
works understands that when they tell you they are ABOUT to do something
- it almost always means they are ALREADY DOING IT. There are many examples
of spying and actions on US citizens. My own findings and that of
others, are that the span of time is usually measured in decades,
not in months or a few years.

- This also applies to technology. For example, everyone
was told from the earliest days of telephone until the 1980's that if you
received a threatening phone call, "it could not be traced until tracing
was put on the line." Then phone companies announced a two digit *
command feature would let you log the caller. Yet another bald-faced lie!
In every phone exchange for the past 40 years, a machine was connected
into the telephone exchange that logged EVERY phone call as described below:

- "The AMA machine handled up to 20,000 subscribers.
It produced a punched tape for a 24-hour period that showed, among other
things, the time a phone was picked up (went off-hook), the number dialed,
the time the called party answered, and the time the originating phone
was hung up (placed on-hook). The secrecy surrounding the AMA machine was
so pervasive that local, state, and even federal police were told that
local calls made by criminals were untraceable, and that people who made
obscene telephone calls could not be tracked down unless the person receiving
the call could keep the caller on the line for some 30 to 50 minutes so
the connections could be physically traced by technicians." [1] This
author has a relative that worked in the central office of a large phone
company in central Virginia in 1970. He also knew about the AMA device
which supposedly "didn't exist."

- Is it hard to recognize what government agencies could
obtain records from this machine whenever they wanted them?

- And then there are the website visits. For example, my
recent Mars book "What NASA Isn't Telling You About Mars" was
released just two months ago. Yet more than 158 government visits
from just about every intelligence, military agency and well-known
military base have visited the website http://www.data4science.net/book/ . Some agencies
have visited the website several times, including two visits from NASA's
"Office of the Chief Information Officer." There are other
visits from Homeland Security and a few agencies I've never heard
of. We know this because we have a detailed log of who and when. What is
it about the book that troubles the government? Perhaps the very thought
of TRUTH about Mars is what they fear.

- For anyone to claim that "no searches have taken
place" is to ASSUME that the government won't do anything illegal.
The government would never experiment on military personnel, torture people,
expose civilians to chemicals, RF or biological agents to make them
sick, send a missile into a building to kill American civilians
and tell everyone it was an airplane or confiscate advanced
free energy technology they have decided the masses cannot have. They
would never invade another country based on fabricated lies about
WMDs.

- After all, these actions are highly illegal and they
have no legal permission to do them ..... right?

- To clarify things for the naive' lawyers that still don't
understand, Clinton's and Bush's declaration effectively stated
"look, we've been doing covert surveillance for decades
and will continue to do so forever unless someone stops us. The American
citizens are the true enemies of the government. Because you might
figure out what we're up to, we can't have that. All of you are too dumb
and lazy to care about your civil rights violations, so we are officially
telling you that we are taking them away."

- Consider the magnitude of crimes such as illegal
war, torture, murder, experiments and covert searches - all of which
are constitutional and civil rights violations. Where does breaking and
entering fit in on the grand scale of things?

- Does anything make it right? When one person's rights
are violated, everyone suffers.
