- Matt Drudge reported that a strange "X" appeared
to flash over Cheney's face on CNN during a televized speech, and offered
the freeze frame below as proof. Others have noticed there was also black
text below the X, and some managed to pull that data from the image, showing
it was merely a technical glitch of the monitors -- not an intentional
"X" cast over Cheney's image.
