situation on the ground is "out of control." Reports of "bestial"
treatment involving U.S. personnel, private mercenaries from at least 25
countries, and Iraqi government forces are flooding out of Iraq. The "bestial"
treatment includes rape, torture, sodomizing of children, and the gratuitous
murder of innocent civilians.
