- As I watch the October 28 news conferences regarding
the indictment handed down against I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby,
I am reminded of long ago when G. Gordon Liddy attempted to fall on the
sword to save Richard Nixon, and failed.

- What was interesting in the indictment to me was the
absence of any mention of the fallout that happened because Valerie Plame
was outed by Libby and others such as CIA operatives that were terminated
(murdered) because of the exposing of Valeria Plame as a CIA operative.

- Clear in the press conference was that Libby got his
information from Richard Cheney.
-
- Like Watergate, I think the revelations are just beginning
to unfold. Someone is going to be held accountable for much more serious
crimes than Libby committed and was indicted.
-
- I am asked quite often what I would do first if elected
President of the United States. I view that as a litmus test of how I view
the current status of our nation and what must be done to clean up the
mess that our government and their wealthy elite "owners" have
done to our nation.

- In response to such questions, this is how I respond
as to what I would do the first 30 days in office:
-
- 1. I would withdraw our troops from Iraq and Afghanistan
immediately, and might place some of them in Palestine to stop the Israeli
policies as they exist today. It is long past apparent that the "eye
for an eye" policies of both sides are not working.

- 2. I would appoint a full 9-11 Commission and rip the
lid off every veil of secrecy this Bush Administration has put into place
to protect their own butts.

- 3. I would form a special unit inside the Department
of Justice to investigate and possibly bring criminal charges against the
George H.W. Bush Administration, the Clinton Administration and the current
Bush Administration for War Crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq and possibly
Bosnia. That would include investigations of the PNAC members and literally
flush them out of the system and decision making roles in this nation.
That would be after I purge DOJ of all legacy plants that these three administrations
have put into place.

- 4. I would rip the veil of secrecy off the Cheney Energy
Task Force as to who was in attendance and what was discussed that day.
Since I have known about Bridas Corporation and their contracts with Turkmenistan,
Pakistan and Afghanistan to build the TAP (Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline)
since 1999, we would get to the bottom of what our real policy was and
why we attacked Afghanistan to take over that pipeline. We would get to
the bottom of why the Bush Administration and the 9-11 Commission evaded
addressing that Bridas Corporation was there before our oil companies were.

- 5. Our policies with Israel would undergo a full evaluation
and would be modified. AIPAC would be declared a foreign lobby and banned
from Capitol Hill and other government agencies.

- 6. I would put all of our energy companies under investigation
for price gouging and otherwise manipulating the price of energy, knowing
they could under the current Bush Administration. The recent all time American
corporate quarterly profit high of $9.9 billion by Exxon Mobil says to
me that we Americans just got ripped off by at least billions by one firm.

- 7. I would seek the immediate banning of the Patriot
Acts 1 and 2 in their current form and realign our National Security issues
around real security, not treating all Americans as the enemy along with
the alleged threat of Al Qaeda.

- 8. I would seek a more constructive dialogue with Iran
and other Arab nations towards creating better opportunities and economic
conditions in their own nations, but first get the plank out of our own
eye as to what is proper and improper in dealing with other nations. Mr.
Bush likes to say we are hated for our freedoms. That is not true - we
are hated for our policies that originate from Washington, DC and the Wall
Street style of American greed.

- 9. Faith based initiatives would be facing a whole new
set of priorities in Washington, DC on the literal basis of why separation
of Church and State was the intent of our Founding Fathers.

- 10. I would seek amendments in our laws that have legalized
the theft of your property, your investments, your retirements and even
your jobs.
-
- 11. I would overhaul our entire intelligence apparatus
to focus on the problem, not treat all American citizens as suspects just
like all of the other bad guys.

- 12. I would see a legislative overhaul so that all elected
officials and all appointed officials are totally subject to the laws of
this land. In short, clean house and stop the abuses of our government.

- 13. I would make sure that all Iraqi national assets
that are being stolen by the Bush Administration are returned to the Iraqi
people, without exception.
-
- 14. I would completely repudiate the Bush - PNAC foreign
policy towards Arabic nations and pursue other more constructive means
of addressing a better future for all Americans and all Arabs.

- 15. I would immediately address our absence of an Energy
Policy, that is as it exists today a legalized theft from you every time
you start your car, turn on a light bulb, or heat and cool your home, or
go to work. Energy drives economies and we are now facing inflationary
pressures and further weakening of the dollar and our economy due to failed
Bush policies in the area of Energy Policy. There might even be price controls
put on oil, gas, electricity and no poor or elderly are going to freeze
due to Energy Policy and Corporate Proteering.

- 16. I would lift the veil that Bush has clamped down
on all federal whistleblowers, including compensation. This would include
a special DOJ unit to cut through the veil and expose the wrongdoers.

- They rule by deceit and Executive Order. I would give
them huge doses of their own abuses.
-
- Our national debt is a political problem and we have
gutless leaders that refuse to face up to their own fiscal irresponsibility.
-
- In the next issue we will share with you just how bad
it is on both sides of the aisle regarding our National Debt and some ideas
on how to stop the bleeding to death of Americans by financial suicide.

- It will take an army of angry, determined Americans to
turn around what they have done to our nation. I ask that each of you consider
that the last presidential election was a $1 billion show put on by DNC
- RNC, Bush and Kerry. Third party candidates are the key to breaking up
the stranglehold that RNC and DNC have on our government, on the public
discourse, and on our lives.

- We will need volunteers in all voting precincts to get
the message out as grassroots efforts. We will need volunteers that work
the elections so that our vote counts and sign up tens of millions of voters
all aimed at correcting what is wrong with America. We will need the same
level of war chest in terms of money so they cannot shout us down.
