- Judge Roberts has apparently NOT stated his views about
our Constitution's GUARANTEE of PRIVATE PROPERTY.

- Why are his opinions vital? Though our Constitution guarantees
PRIVATE PROPERTY, the present Supreme Court just eliminated that guarantee
- by RULING ("Legislating") that any Municipality may now "legally"
confiscate American citizens' private property - and give it to developers
to use for what Municipalities arbitrarily decide is "better use"
in their communities! That is now a Supreme Court PRECEDENT that could
be used in the future to "justify" arbitrary confiscation of
ALL Private Property from ALL American citizens! Sen. Biden, that is STATE
OWNERSHIP - and dictatorship! Will Judge Roberts work to REVERSE that UNconstitutional
ruling?

- Just weeks past, the Judge of a lesser court punished
Americans for allegedly beating Salvadoran aliens caught sneaking across
our border. The Judge arbitrarily ordered the PRIVATE PROPERTY of those
Americans be confiscated and GIVEN to the non-citizen Salvadorans! Does
Roberts view that lesser court ruling as UNconstitutional? Will Roberts
demand it be overruled?

- Why don't you question Roberts about BOTH of the above
on Thursday?

- Also, WHY hasn't every Democrat and Republican in Congress
(and the President) already contested BOTH of the above UNconsitutional
rulings! Have not heard our major "news" media report even a
"PEEP" from Congress or the President, saying they are against
(or for) the above rulings. Why not?
