- On April 15, 2003, author and social activist Phyllis
Schlafly presented the American public with 20 points of reason concerning
our illegal migration crisis. Two years later, her penetrating questions
remain unanswered by President Bush and our ineffectual Congress. By the
hand of Bush, the greatest crisis facing this country grows worse by the
day. Thousands of illegal aliens pour across our unguarded borders daily
with diseases, criminal intent, drugs, anchor babies, terrorist plans and
colonization of our country.

- Schlafly's questions deserve more exposure as Americans
awaken to their country being cut in half as fast as a magician slices
his 'guest' in half at a circus show. Only, in this case, we won't be able
to put our country back together again. You didn't see Rome get back together
after it was invaded, did you?

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor President George W.
Bush's plan to give amnesty to undocumented aliens, putting people who
violate our laws in line ahead of those who lawfully apply for entry?"

- Zogby, Roper, Lou Dobbs and Pew polls show 80 to 90 percent
of Americans do not want amnesty given to illegals. They want drastically
reduced legal immigration as well as deportation of all illegals.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor the repeal of Massachusetts
Democratic Senator Edward M. Kennedy's Diversity Visa Lottery, which admits
50,000 aliens per year, mostly from non-Western countries, including countries
that sponsor terrorism?"

- What is the point of importing people from terrorist
sponsoring countries after 9/11? Ask Bush because he hasn't stopped this
practice and neither has the Congress.

- Schlafly asked, "Should the U.S. State Department
stop issuing visas in countries that sponsor terrorism?"

- Guess what? After 3,000 innocent victims were killed
in 9/11, our president and Congress continue issuing visas to people from
terror sponsoring countries.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor closing our borders
to undocumented aliens carrying contagious diseases and illegal drugs by
whatever means necessary, including electronic fences and National Guard
troops?"

- Again, Bush shakes down gray haired ladies at airports
while our borders remain open to anyone who wants to walk across 365 days
a year. The border patrol catches one in four. The ones they do catch,
they give a sack lunch and free transport back to the border. Of course,
they try again!

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor requiring visual inspection
of the contents of at least 50 percent of trucks entering the United States
from Mexico and Canada, instead of the current one percent to two percent?"

- Instead, Bush promotes giving Mexican truck drivers who
can't read, speak or write in English-free reign on our nation's highways
with defective trucks, uninspected cargo and carte blanc to smuggle whatever
and wherever they want into our country. One in 100 shipments is inspected
today.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor prohibiting the State
Department from negotiating a planwith Mexico to give Social Security benefits
to undocumented aliens?"

- Instead, Bush offers $345 billion of our Social Security
dollars to Mexicans who broke into our country, broke our work laws, worked
off the books, cost $200 billion annually in lost American wages according
to Harvard Professor Borjas and don't pay $311 billion annually by avoiding
IRS income tax payments.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor repealing the federal
requirement that hospitals must give free medical care, including scarce
organ transplants, to undocumented aliens, an unfunded mandate that is
bankrupting many hospitals and increasing the price of medical care to
U.S. citizens?"

- Once again, 24 ER wards and hospitals bankrupted last
year in California because they were forced to serve millions of non-paying
illegal aliens. They suffered 300,000 anchor baby births and welfare funding.
No wonder California suffers $38 billion in debt, collapsing schools and
vanishing hospitals. What did Bush do about it? He encouraged more illegals
by insulting us with, "They come to do the jobs that Americans won't
do." Of course, Bush has never held a job in his privileged life so
he wouldn't know what jobs Americans won't do.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor cutting off federal
funding to state universities that give lower in-state tuition to undocumented
aliens in violation of current federal law, or that refuse to cooperate
with the foreign student tracking system?"

- Instead, Bush has done nothing to stop this travesty
to American students and taxpayers. It shows you HOW far out of touch he
is with what's happening in America.

- Schlafly asked, "Will you vote to revoke the citizenship
of naturalized citizens who betray their oath of U.S. citizenship by claiming
dual citizenship with their native country?"

- Instead, Bush and Fox work together to subvert American
citizenship and expand illegal aliens' rights in our country. They don't
have any 'rights' because they are not citizens.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor stopping the issuance
of driver's licenses to undocumented aliens since many of the 9/11 hijackers
boarded the fatal planes by showing their driver's licenses?"

- Again, Bush refuses to carry out his oath of office.
He is in violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution. He
has not stopped one single illegal alien from gaining a driver's license
in the 14 states who issue driver's licenses to illegal aliens. What are
these state leaders and this president thinking?

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor penalties for local
public officials who refuse to cooperate with immigration officials in
identifying undocumented aliens?"

- Instead, dozens and dozens of cities support Special
Order 40 as a sanctuary law which enables illegal aliens to remain in this
country contrary to our federal immigration laws. Maine Governor Baldacci
wrote an executive order to allow illegal aliens to roam untouched in that
state. Colorado Governor Bill Owens endorsed a booklet showing illegal
aliens how to avoid arrest and deportation, how to gain employment, how
to access medical services and how to gain welfare services in his state-all
in violation of federal laws.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor prohibiting government
agencies from accepting foreign-issued identity cards, such as Mexico's
matricula consular, as acceptable identification?"

- Instead, Bush supports 46 Mexican consulates issuing
the card in major cities across America. The card is SO fraudulent; it's
not accepted by banks in Mexico. Bush pushes the Free Trade Areas of the
Americas, which will effectively destroy America as a sovereign nation.
It means a flood of Third World refugees with diseases, illiteracy, drugs
and crime will be free to cross into America.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor strict health screening
of foreigners entering the United States in order to stop the extraordinary
rise in cases of tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis B, intestinal parasites,
Chagas' disease, West Nile virus and SARS?"

- Unfortunately, Bush does not, has not, will not, in fact,
refuses to protect our border with Mexico. He could do it with the sweep
of his pen, but he refuses. Congress could do it, but won't. They all dance
to the corporate takeover of our country by sheer hunger for money and
power by those at the top.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor stopping the racket
of smuggling pregnant aliens into the United States so they can give birth
to their babies in the United States, thereby making their children immediately
eligible for citizenship and welfare?"

- Bush has not lifted a finger in four years to stop the
average of 300,000 anchor babies being birthed in our country annually
by welfare seeking mothers from all over the world. It's the biggest scam
costing American citizens billions of dollars, shrinking our own household
income, ripping our hospitals into bankruptcy and giving us a horde of
dependent children on welfare rolls.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor a timeout on immigration
and visas until the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has a functioning
computer system to track aliens, not U.S. citizens, through smart identification
cards?"

- Over 80 percent of our American public screams for immigration
control, but this president and this Congress dance, like Pinocchio, to
corporate power, which dangles them and costs us.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor rescinding Bill Clinton's
Executive Order 13166 requiring anyone who receives federal funds, such
as doctors and hospitals, to provide their services in foreign languages?"
-
- Who, in their right mind would destroy the cohesiveness
of our single English language in favor of a polyglot Tower of Babel in
our own country? Unfortunately, Clinton started it and Bush continues it.
We all suffer from it. If you go to many American cities like LA, Chicago,
NYC, Miami, San Francisco-you feel like you're in a foreign land. Yet,
Bush does nothing while we balkanize, separate and degenerate into a Third
World mess.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor abolishing federal
requirements to provide foreign-language ballots, since the ability to
speak, read and write English is a requirement to become a naturalized
U.S. citizen and only citizens are eligible to vote?"

- Why is it that the majority of Americans want their English
language preserved and that our language has served this country for 229
years, but Bush and Congress promote cultural and language wars, and separation
of our country via incompatible languages?

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor a general policy of
drawing a bright line of difference between U.S. citizens and aliens so
that law-abiding U.S. citizens are not treated like potential terrorists
or hijackers?"

- In our own country, we don't know who is a friendly and
who is an illegal alien, terrorist or subversive. Over a dozen cities have
more foreign born immigrants than American citizens.

- Schlafly asked, "Do you favor a Republican Party
policy of rejecting political contributions from individuals and corporations
that hire undocumented aliens?"
-
- Those corporations that hire illegals give the BIGGEST
contributions to keep this president and Congress in power.

- Finally, Schlafly asked, "Is the reason why questions
about border security and immigration were omitted from the Republican
survey because our leaders don't want to know the answers?"

- If you answered "Yes!" to all Schlafly's questions,
you are in the majority of straight thinking, reasonable and loyal American
citizens who want your country secured from this illegal invasion that
numbers over 20 million. But 51 percent of us voted for Bush and this corporate
bought-off Congress is back into power for four more years.

- At the presidential debates, the moderator Bob Schieffer
told Kerry and Bush that the single most numerous question asked by Americans
was what would they do about border security and illegal immigration? Both
men answered in a fog thicker than an Los Angeles smog alert.

- In the meantime, this national nightmare quickens. Americans
suffer in every community and state across the nation. It's going to worsen
unless you take action. We've got a chance to save our country by replacing
33 senators and the House of Representatives in 2006. Let's vote in candidates
who will stop this invasion. We demand a 10 year moratorium on all immigration
and we want our borders secured. It's going to take every single one of
us who cares about our cities, states, our country and the future for our
children.
