I believe that fine minds like yours are turning towards the idea that
numerologists (of which the War Cabal seems to have many) want to execute
their deeds (or their fellow citizens) on "propitious" dates.
This is no great historic rarity. Certainly the Zionist Jews, who are
currently so embroiled in espionage against the United States on behalf
of Israel (e.g., Franklin, Feith, Wolfowitz and AIPAC) rate numerics very
highly -- the Biblical book of Numbers is a most important part of their
heritage and scheme of things; the ancient Romans wouldn't consider activities
on certain taboo days of the monthly cycle; the Babylonians turned numeric
ration into an astrological scheme of good/bad days for various activities.
Then there are always the Pythagoreans... I recommend that a person of
your abilities take a look at the movie "Pi," about Jewish Orthodox
Cabalists who try to figure out the Divine Number that will unlock all
power to them.
