- Those words by one of America's most decorated soldiers
are as relevant today as when they were written some 70 years ago. War
has always been a racket, a means of manipulating the masses to build their
own prisons and those of the target population, be it in Vietnam, Afghanistan
or Iraq.
- Wars are fought by the many for the benefit of the few
- the same few who never see a gun fired in anger. Those who declare wars
don't fight them: the masses do.

- So why do we? Because we have been conditioned to 'obey
the law' no matter how grotesque and ludicrous it may be; and we buy the
cover stories of why the wars must be fought to 'defend freedom.' I give
you the words of the Nazi Herman Goering:

some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he

- Recognise that? Of course. It is precisely what we have
been told since the Illuminati orchestrated September 11th to justify their
campaign of mass slaughter dubbed the 'The War on Terror.' More accurately,
it is the War OF Terror.

- I said when they invaded Afghanistan that it was just
the beginning and so it has proved. Afghanistan was only the start and
Iraq is not the end. There is a long list of countries to be 'liberated,'
including Iran, North Korea, and yes, even China.

- The agenda is to impose a global fascist state with a
world government, world army, world central bank, world currency, and a
micro-chipped population. World dictatorships and superpowers which can
resist the dictates of the world government do not go together. Therefore,
the plan is to bring the United States and China into conflict so they
destroy each other as 'superpowers' and leave the world government with
its world army in total control.

- But don't take my word for this. The agenda is laid out
in a document called 'Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and
Resources for a New Century,' published by the Project for the New American
Century (PNAC) in September 2000. This is an organisation created by the
very people who have controlled the Bush administration since it came to
power - people like Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Perle and the other deeply
disturbed 'neo-cons,' who have their influence and equivalent in the Kerry
camp also. The 'Bush' administration has slavishly followed the PNAC blueprint
in its invasion of Iraq, but, I stress again, it is not planned to end
there. The document said in September 2000 that "while the unresolved
conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a
substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of
the regime of Saddam Hussein."

- The invasion of Iraq, therefore, is only a step on the
road and the violence erupting there suits the agenda perfectly because
it provides the excuse to not only keep the troops in the country ("a
substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of
the regime of Saddam Hussein") but also to increase the numbers.

- The PNAC describes American troops as "the cavalry
on the new American frontier" and says they must "fight and decisively
win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars" as a "core mission"
and that this "American grand strategy" must be advanced for
"as far into the future as possible."
- The document goes on to target Iraq, Iran and North Korea
and this is why the neo-con Bush speechwriter, David Frum, produced the
term 'Axis of Evil' to describe these countries when he wrote a State of
the Union address for the Village Idiot 'President.' They eventually want
to manipulate a conflict with China - a point I have been making for many
years. The PNAC document spotlights China for "regime change"
saying "it is time to increase the presence of American forces in
southeast Asia." This, it says, may lead to "American and allied
power providing the spur to the process of democratisation in China."
What this is describing is the America-China conflict that has been long
planned to open the way for world government (dictatorship).

- THE DRAFT

- Clearly, there are not nearly enough men and women in
uniform to fight these "multiple, simultaneous major theater wars"
and so they are planning to force hundreds of thousands of young people
into the military possibly beginning as soon as June 2005. This does not
mean the draft WILL start at that time, but it is the earliest timescale.

- Legislation is pending in the House and Senate under
bills

- which are hiding under the radar while Iraq and the presidential
election divert public attention. The bills "provide for the common
defense by requiring that all young persons [age 18--26] in the United
States, including women, to perform a period of military service or a period
of civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland
security, and for other purposes." These bills are currently with
the Committee on Armed Services and it will only take another manipulated
9/11-type attack to have them quickly pushed through into law.

- $28 million has been added to the 2004 Selective Service
System (SSS) budget to prepare for the draft and it is apparently planned
that the Selective Service will report to the President on March 31st 2005
that all is ready for compulsory military service. (See Selective Service

The Pentagon has already begun to fill the 10,350 draft board and 11,070
appeals board positions across the country.

- Avoiding the draft will be more difficult than for those
from the Vietnam War with college studies and escaping to Canada no longer
options. In December 2001, Canada and the U.S. signed a 'smart border declaration,'
which could be used to stop objectors to the draft from crossing the border.

All contributions are welcome. However, the most powerful way of rejecting
this fascist imposition is to inspire and co-ordinate a mass refusal to
be drafted by at least tens of thousands of people. To do that we need
