put it together and all, combined, it points just one way.

- There are explosions in Madrid killing hundreds of people.
(The people are all of the middle-class.)

Qa'eda" claims credit for the murders mentioning also a synthetic.plague
soon to be released.

- A van is found parked by the train station containing
copy of the Holy Koran and other "incriminating" items. (item
#2) (Exactly as a car was found parked at one of the airports from which
one of the "9-11" flights that crashed that day had originated.
notably 911 days earlier.)

- Instant intense scepticism wordwide at this version
is soon followed by authority denials that al Qa'eda is responsible after
all and the Basque seperatists are blamed. The Basque group denies involvement
and Spanish police inspectors state that the Madrid crash is well beyond
the Basque separatist style and scale.

- Spanish monopoly media at the outset was calling for
Spanish resolve to rid the nation of the threat of terrorism. Spain ,
at the time of the explosion, had already sent "war on terror"
soldiers to fight with the Americans, British, Poles etc. and the first
Spanish deaths in Iraq had already registered a strong negative reaction
among the Spanish -- just as an election was mere days away.

- Proposition: The Madrid mass-murder was either work
of al Qa'eda or it was not.

- Proposition: The phone call claiming credit for al Qa'eda
and the van with a copy of the Holy Koran and other incriminating items
indicate intent on someone's part that al Qa'eda be thought responsible
for the attack (remember, there is no reason why people who planted bombs
at the station would not have left in the same vehicle in which they came
-- the van being left at the station had to have been deliberately considered
as a left "calling card."

- Proposition: The sudden back-away by Spanish and American
mass media following worldwide scepticism about the al Qa'eda scenario
of the original newspaper headlines etc. and the equally sudden new certainty
of Basque responsiblity shows orchestrated steering of opinion on the
subject -- rather than the plethora of competing theories one would expect
to obtain in such a situation.

- Conclusion: The Madrid mass-murder had to have been
perpetrated by people who wanted al Qa'eda implicated, because 1) they
made the phone call taking credit for the attack; and, in conjunction with
that, 2) they took steps to implicate al Qa'eda BEFORE the explosions
by parking the van with the copy of the Holy Koran at the scene of the
crime.

policies to help them be returned to office in the coming elections. This
