UK Scientist Says Every
Person In Britain Has
'Eaten 50 BSE Meals'

Every person in Britain has eaten an average of FIFTY meals containing meat infected with BSE, top microbiologist Dr Stephen Dealler said yesterday.
And Prof Hugh Pennington said the number of people with CJD "human form of mad cow disease" could soar.
He said: "It might be as few as 150, it might be more than 100,000. All we can do is guess."
Both experts spoke after the death of CJD victim Zoe Jeffries, 14.
Agriculture Minister Nick Brown said the toll could be "much, much larger" than at first thought.
