- There are some who would divide up the world between
the Jews and the Gentiles. In so doing, they would forget to mention the
Moslems, the Buddhists, the Hindus, the Kurds, and a lot of other folks.

- One of those who seemed to stand between the worlds was
Dr. David Kelly. He was one of the leading biochemists on the planet. In
his own way, he was one of the top officials of British Intelligence, MI-6,
in American terms, sort of the American CIA. Like its U.S. counterpart,
MI-6 is supposed to keep track of matters outside the home country. Sometimes,
however, contrary to their charter or provisions, they pay attention to
what is going on inside their homeland as well. That is caused by the complexities
of their activities.
- Dr. Kelly came and went often from Baghdad. He kept track
of scientific and intelligence developments in a country somehow attempted
to be pulled together by the British upon the take-over of the Turkish
Ottoman Empire, as the wreckage of World War One. No longer called Mesopotamia,
but Iraq, the Brits vainly attempted to keep together Ottoman provinces
that probably should not be artificially pasted together as a supposed
nation. They did not match, and after several decades, the British, as
foreign invaders, gave up.

soldiers who paid the price. Do Americans get the message?

- After a sort of monarchy briefly ran the patchwork, the
American CIA took over the puzzle and installed the young Saddam Hussein.
A failed and incompetent assassin of the Monarch, Saddam was the American
agent in Baghdad. He played their game. After all, Saddam was part of the
team contracted by the U.S. to murder the Monarchy. Saddam, the coward,
failed and fled for a while.

- As sort of Chief Inspector and Intelligence Overseer,
Dr. David Kelly knew what Saddam did have and did not have. Dr. Kelly came
and went often as well, to and from Tel Aviv. If there is such an operative
as quadruple agent, well, Dr. Kelly was that also. He kept an eye on the
less than harmonious relations between The Mossad, Israeli intelligence,
and the External Intelligence of the Paris government. For brevity, we
shall call it the French CIA.
- In the 1970s, the French designed and built, in Iraq,
a nuclear facility. The Israelis feared Saddam, in his war with Iran, instigated
by the U.S. in September, 1980, to keep up the price of oil---that Saddam
would rush ahead with going down the road eventually to an atomic bomb.

- Shortly after it was completed in 1981, and a moment
after the French were fully paid by Iraq, at the height of French duplicity,
the French informed the State of israel.
- Thus informed by Paris of the exact way to demolish the
nuclear reactor, the Israelis promptly bombed to bits Saddam's nuclear
project at Osirisk. Cynics clucked among themselves how soon after the
French received full payment that this happened.
- But Saddam's handler, facilitator, and yes, creator,
George Herbert Walker Bush, knew how to keep the American agent quiet,
satisfied, and happy. As a private business partner of Daddy Bush, Saddam
shared the huge proceeds from the oil extortion trade. Between them, they
split one-quarter of A TRILLION DOLLARS in the decade of the 1980s. The
bank records relating to the partnership became the subject of an unpublicized
Chicago Federal Court suit where Skolnick was the only journalist paying
attention to the litigation.
- The Saddam/Bush partnership records were within the Chicago
branch of Italy's largest bank, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, BNL, owned
in part by the Vatican. The Federal Reserve Board, accidentally or otherwise,
released some of the records to the House Banking Committee, the cantankerous
chairman of which refused to sign a secrecy pledge.

- For many years, Dr. David Kelly knew the goings-on between
Washington, London, Paris, Tel Aviv. And also Damascus, Syria, as a transfer
point for the massive funds of the Daddy Bush/Saddam Hussein private business
partnership. In the process, Kelly became aware that the French, called
sarcastically "The Frogs", had a penetration agent deep and high
up in the London government.

- It is no secret that BBC is controlled by the British
government. And MI-6 is under the direct control and orders of Queen Elizabeth
II who launders bloody clandestine operations funds, including for political
assassinations, through her private enterprise, Coutts Bank London. [As

- A complication is that Queen Elizabeth II purports to
be the head of the House of Windsor which is a fake name adopted to conceal
she is really German royalty, the House of Hanover. The fraudulent name
was adopted at about the time of World War One. The hands-on control of
MI-6 is her husband, Prince Philip. He is also known as the Duke of Edinburgh
[Scotland]. For all intents and purposes, he is the Emperor Majesty of
both branches of British Intelligence, internal (equivalent to the U.S.
F.B.I.) and external (like the American CIA).

- Philip quietly ordered the BBC and others in the British
monopoly press, under the heavy hand of British Intelligence, to cut back
the activities of Dr. David Kelly, by driving him partly out into the open.

- Kelly was murdered in 2003. Who all is being blamed for
the assassination? What is it about? What is it a part of? And who is fighting
back, concealing, or circulating misleading stories? And why does it relate,
some say, to the division of the world, Jews and Gentiles? What is the
