- Many of my readers are Veterans of the Korean or Vietnam
wars. I'd like to send out a post in the near future with some of your
stories. The theme is "A Year In Hell". Any veteran who has
a story to tell about their time in country, please send it my way. I'll
publish excerpts in a future post.

"I was always dreaming about very powerful people, dictators and things
like that. I was always impressed by people who could be remembered for
hundreds of years or like Jesus for thousands of years." Ð Arnold
Schwarzenegger, from the documentary film Pumping Iron
"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just
so long as I'm the dictator."
- --President-Elect George W. Bush, CNN News, Aired December
18, 2000 - 12:00 p.m. ET. October 26, 2001, G W Bush signed the so-called
Patriot Act, disempowering the Constitution and Bill of Rights in precisely
the same fashion as Hitler's Enabling Act. Those who don't understand
what I'm saying should go read the Nuremburg Trials Volume I and II, with
a copy of the Patriot Act available for comparison. The crime the US State
Department charged the Nazis with at Nuremberg was legislation that, if
one substitutes the word Muslim for Jew and Terrorist for Communist, is
word for word identical to the legislation passed by G W Bush on October
26, 2001.
A couple of Public Service Announcements before beginning today's rant,,
to remind you that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the son of a card-carrying
member of the Nazi Party. He associates with white supremacists like the
Bush family, who themselves were Nazi collaborators, and who made millions
from helping Hitler and his war machine.
For the Republicans, the California gubernatorial recall is not about California.
It's about having a backup plan in case Jews in Florida actually find
out that the Bush family used Jewish slave labor during World War II, made
a profit, kept the money, refuse to apologize, and have instead insisted
that we, "forgive the Nazi war criminals".
That's a quote, by the way. G H W Bush in the New York Times, 4/14/1990.
The GOP cannot win without Florida in 2004, unless they can win in California.
A victory for Arnold will give them a foot in the door, because like Jeb,
Arnold will be in a position to take tens if not hundreds of thousands
of names of mostly black voters off the voting registry in time to steal
California for Bush in 2004. Jeb wrongfully took more than 30,000 names
off the voting registry in 2000, and 60,000 more names of people who should
be able to vote were scrubbed in Florida by election 2002.
But that's not all. Arnold is getting downright slimy. Thanks to the
bloggers at Cursor dot Org, we now know that Arnold had dealings with Enron
and Ken Lay during Enron's energy price manipulation.
www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/news/archive/2003/08/15/state0304EDT0004.DTL&type=printable
www.scoop.co.nz/mason/stories/HL0308/S00114.htm
We also know that Arnold has hired guys who helped a former Insurance Commissioner
run an insurance scam as advisors, which ties in with the information I
gave you in Cahoots Part II regarding possible reasons for Warren Buffet's
participation in Arnold's campaign.
www.sacbee.com/content/politics/ca/election/v-print/story/7216335p-8161699c.html
One of Arnold's new advisors, Donald Sipple, is so slimy that he used to
beat up his wife.
www.motherjones.com/mother_jones/SO97/sipple_trans1.html
And then there's the other new additions to Bush's team. George Schultz
and Rob Lowe. Schultz was a Reaganite, who presided over the largest deficit
spending in American history at the time.
Then there's Rob Lowe. Arnold says he loves kids. Well, Rob Lowe "loved
kids" too. So much so that years ago, he made videotapes of himself
loving an underage teenager. Or has the public forgotten about this?
He even admitted he was a "Poster Boy for Bad Judgment"
So Arnold's going to balance your budget by hiring two crooks, a deficit
spender and a poster boy for bad judgment. Think about that.
I urge everyone in California NOT to vote for Arnold Schwarzenazi.
We have another public service announcement to make.
On September 3, Sherman Austin, Webmaster of Raise the Fist, is going to
jail for having an opinion and a website. He's being made an example of
by Herr Ashcroft and Herr Mueller. You see, the United States Government
is afraid of Sherman Austin.
Sherman needs your help. He's been screwed around in so many ways in this
case that what should have been a four month stint in jail following a
plea bargain has turned into a one year sentence, followed by ridiculously
harsh parole terms.
Sherman has a $2,100 fine to pay. He could also use some legal advice.
There are benefit concerts being held in San Diego at the Che CafZ, August
29.
Here are the details:

will highlight a night
- of ideals, ideas, music, and mayhem. Sherman Austin and
his friends will
- share their thoughts with the crowd, with special guest
Zack De La Rocha
- from Rage Against The Machine. The night will be a celebration
- Zack,
- Sherman, and his friends, will reflect on their experiences
with oppression,
- so come to relax, party, and show your solidarity with
every falsely accused
- victim of the state. Remember, this isn't just about
fantastic music,
- fantastic people, it's about making the world a better
place. It's about
- resistance and fighting for the world we deserve to live
in. It's about
- doing whatever is necessary to resist this system no
matter how repressive
- it might be. The more we are under attack, the more we
will continue to
- intensify our struggle, and the more we will fight until
the machine is put
- to rest. An injury to one is an injury to all. They may
have been able to
- lock Sherman up, but hundreds,
- thousands, millions more are ready to take his place
and continue fighting
- even stronger.

- As Ben Franklin said, we must all hang together, or we
shall surely hang separately.
That said, today's topic is Burning Down the House.
This coming Sunday, August 24, marks an important day for freedom, justice,
and inter-racial cooperation.
During the summer of 1814, American soldiers, greedy to extend the borders
of the United States, began a series of raids in Canada. Raping and pillaging
their way north, they burnt York, which is now Toronto, before being pushed
back.
In response to this, on August 24, 1814, General Ross and his Red Coats,
accompanied by Canadian militias, a contingent of Mohawk, and other Native
Americans, completed their journey to Washington DC.
Their mission was to burn the Presidential Mansion to the ground in retaliation
for the sacking of York. And they succeeded marvelously.
That white coat of paint on the White House?
It's there to cover the scorch marks. And it gives us a nice excuse for
a sideways trip down history lane. In the 1830's Henry David Thoreau was
writing about how the USA had long ago surrendered its moral imperative.
This coat of paint, and the name change of the house at 1600 Pennsylvania
Avenue, are symptomatic of what's wrong with the nation itself.
When the White House was first built, it was called the Presidential Mansion.
And it was PINK, not white. The largest organ human beings possess is
the epidermis. Our skin. The pigment of this organ can vary from cream
colored to black. What lies beneath the skin, the flesh that each of us
share, is pink. The same heterogenous pink of the original Presidential
Mansion. The color of inclusion. Of love. Of Spring, and renewal. A
color of life.
Two generations later, greed for land, and for gold, had begun turning
a people who once fought for freedom into the same kind of imperialists
their parents and grandparents had fought against. They wanted the Great
Lakes region, and Mexico. By the 1845, they had elected James Polk on
a platform of 54/40 or fight, meaning "Americans should own the Lakes
region and everything west of the Rockies all the way to Alaska."
www.winnipegfreepress.com/westview/story/1239541p-1475749c.html
Luckily, thanks to James Douglas, it never happened. But back to York
and 1814.
Despite what the Americans had done at York, Ross; the Canadians; and the
Indians didn't rape and plunder. But as soon as the fires began to burn,
the local American residents began looting and plundering against their
own like vultures. This was admitted by an anti-British, anti-Loyalist
publication called the National Intelligence.
There are some without a working knowledge of history who'll say that we
Canadians like to take credit for something that couldn't have been done
by Canadians, because there was no Canada until 1867. Well, they can say
that if they like, but that just goes to show how little they know of history.
The Constitutional Act of 1791 created Upper and Lower Canada, and since
then, the colonialists were known as Canadians.
After succeeding in their mission, the troops headed for home. You see,
despite the way we've been treated by Americans, despite all America's
imperial ambitions, Canada has never tried to steal any land from America
while conversely, America has tried more times than most of us have fingers
to steal land from Canadians.
Burning down the House is something we can be proud of. More so because
it was accomplished with the help of the First Nations, who understood
the difference between a common colonial bastard and truly evil colonial
bastards.
The way Canada treated and is treating the First Nations people is nothing
to be proud of. But at least we're TRYING to create a process of dialogue.
At least we FREED slaves instead of having them. At least we haven't
built an Empire using the same kind of slash and burn tactics America has
employed in Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Honduras, Cuba, and the rest of the
Americas.
And that's why we're not called Ugly Canadians by the rest of the world.
American governments, whether Republican or Democrat, are a funny lot,
aren't they?
They like to see themselves as these fearless defenders of freedom and
democracy, and yet they're awfully fond of picking fights with people who
can't fight back, imposing military dictatorship, and enslaving them after
an extended period of genocide.
The groups they've picked on are a true rogues gallery of Evil Axisness.
Vietnamese and Korean women and children. The people of Grenada (all
six of them). Muhammar Qadaffi's kid. El Salvadorian Nuns. A bunch of
Afghan farmers now rotting in Camp X-Ray. Wedding parties. 11-year-old
Iraqis, who they lock up for weeks at a time with no trial or charge.
Even the Israelis aren't as mean as this.
Americans are real good at dishing it out, but they really can't take it
in return, can they?
A group of Saudis crash two planes into the twin towers with the help of
the Bush administration. So to make the public feel good about themselves,
we slaughter and starve tens if not hundreds of thousands of Afghans to
death, then pick on a bunch of Iraqis who've been living in the Stone Age
since we killed their power grid, water supply, and supply lines in 1991.
Then we blow up the rest of the infrastructure these last few months.
Then we declare than hundreds of billions in reconstruction needs to be
done in Iraq. Talk about self-serving. Why do you think Bush blew the
shit up in the first place?
Americans are real good at fighting people who can't fight back. But when
push comes to shove, it's Hollywood time:
"Run, Forrest, Run!"
You ran away from Vietnam. You ran away from Beirut. You ran away from
Somalia. Now you're trying to extricate yourself from Afghanistan.

And now, your soldiers are crying like babies about being in Iraq.
Check out the complaints from this silly girl in uniform, from a story
that ran on KIRO 7 Eyewitness News, Seattle. BOLDFACE is my color commentary.

Local Soldier E-mails From Iraq, Asking For Help
- POSTED: 5:00 p.m. PDT August 14, 2003
-
- Chris Legeros
- KIRO 7 Eyewitness News
-
- Sweltering heat, a shortage of good food and water, and
constant danger. Those are the complaints we're hearing from a local soldier
stationed in Iraq who now questions why American troops are still there.
-
-
- Private First Class Mary Yahne doesn't often get access
to a phone in Iraq. But sometimes she does get her hands on a computer,
and she's been firing off e-mails to us and to her family in Bonney Lake.
-
- There's pride in a sign outside Treva Yahne's home and
patriotism reflected with flags. But the Bonney Lake mother has had a change
of heart over the past few months.
-
- "I was [for the war] at the beginning," she
said. "I support the troops, but like I said, I don't support the
war, if that's what they call it."
-
- Her daughter, Private First Class Mary Yahne is in Iraq,
somewhere, hauling cargo for the Fourth Infantry Division and struggling
to stay alive.
-
- "They need help, they need help badly," Treva
said.
-
- Like other troops, Mary is sweltering in 120-degree heat,
with no air conditioning, eating packaged meals for months and drinking
only two bottles of water a day"
Shortage of food and water huh? Two bottles of water a day. Maybe Mary
should take a look at how her superiors are treating prisoners of war.
25 litres of water a day for 150 people. That's ONE AND A HALF CUPS of
water a day per person, in the same 40-degree weather.
-
- www.guardian.co.uk/g2/story/0,3604,1019096,00.html
"She's written us here at KIRO 7 Eyewitness News saying, "the
military expects us to be happy out here. I'm very happy serving my country,
but not when the government fails to take care of you."
-
- "We volunteered our lives to be out here and we
get treated worse than people in prison."
-
- Again, see the above story from the Guardian to compare
Mary's conditions to those of the prisoners.
"Private Yahne also writes, "There is no real reason for us to
be out here!!!!, We're protecting the oil is all, and as far as the supposed
war ending, it hasn't. Not when everyday soldiers are still getting mines
placed in front of convoys. Rocket propelled grenades thrown at us"
-
- No real reason for you to be there? No shit, you silly
bitch. Isn't protecting the oil precisely what we said you'd be doing before
you went and invaded Iraq?
And excuse me, but "everyday soldiers?"
You signed up for the military of your own free will. You are a soldier.
You're SUPPOSED to be having people shoot RPG's at you and plant mines
in your path.
What, did you think that you were going on vacation?
Or did you just expect to go on a Turkey shoot and shoot yourself some
ragheads who couldn't fight back?
News flash for the colossally stupid. When you kill two million people
out of a population of some twenty five million, half of them kids under
five years old, people are going to be mad at you, and shoot at you when
they get a chance.
"She just wishes it was all over. Like I said, they want to come home,"
said Treva.
-
- Private Yahne is also begging for some help, asking Northwesterners
to send soldiers supplies they don't have like, shampoo, conditioner, body
wash, deodorant, and snack foods that aren't perishable."
Want some cheese to go with your whine Mary?
You VOLUNTEERED for the military. We all know that War is Hell, meaning
you volunteered to go to Hell, but now you expect shampoo, conditioner,
pit stick, and Twinkies?
What's next? The USMC going on strike until they get a vichy shower, brass
beds, and satin sheets?
Suffer, you fascists. You're there of your own free will, stealing other
people's stuff. You deserve to be going through Hell while you do it.
There are many who see America as invulnerable. It is not. Its weak spot
is the soft underbelly. Literally. The flabby, 30% overweight smooth
palmed boys and girls of the ME generation.
I must admit, there ARE some parents with legitimate grievances out there.
One of them wrote to Chris Deliso of <http://www.antiwar.com/>www.antiwar.com
after reading one of his articles.
Question for you. If your leg got torn to smithereens and had to be amputated,
resulting in a five-inch stump where your thigh, shin, and foot used to
be, would you consider this to be a serious injury, or a minor flesh wound?
Aside from that knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I think it's
fair to say most of us would consider five-inch stump to be a very serious
injury.
Not according to the Pentagon.

US Military Downgrades Amputees As "Not Seriously Injured"
- 12.08.2003 [00:07]
Letter In Response to Article "Respect the Troops Ð Not Their
Spineless Leaders"
- by Christopher Deliso.
-
- Thank you for your article Ð I wish more people could
see it Ð the truth.
-
- My son in law is in Ward 57 at Walter Reed. Lost his
right leg to an RPG attack Ð the press is ignoring the number of injuries
Ð especially amputees.
-
- Except for the Washington Post article they want to forget
it. When I asked at Walter Reed why in my son-in-law's attack near Kirkuk
on July 9 did the Army Public Affairs officer say no one was seriously
hurt Ð I was told it would not be good for the President. My son-in-law
was then in very serious condition in a field hospital in Kirkuk flown
shortly later to Germany in very serious condition. Yet the public announcement
was "no one seriously injured."
-
- The other story is how the guys and gals in Ward 57 are
being treated. Outside of Jessica Lynch. The nurses have to scramble and
snag wound vacuums that work Ð some of them don't Ð canisters for
the vacuums are in short supply. The nurses, most of them, try very hard.
So does the infections doctor Ð a great guy. But the ortho surgeons
Ð well, basically it is Ð do what is quick, get it over, get them
out Ð so they have room for the next one. Right now though my son-in-law
has about 5" left on his right thigh Ð and a VA doctor in Denver
who has 30 years experience says with time and no infection a stump can
be made to fit a computerized leg"
This leaves me wondering about the reports that say, "several troops
were seriously injured".
If a lost leg isn't serious, what happened to those poor buggers who are
reported as seriously injured?
Loss of both arms, both legs, and the naughty bits?
Decapitation?
Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
I can hear the Rumsfeld/Rove phone call from here.
Rove: Really Don, we can't classify this guy as a flesh wound. His head
came off. Maybe if you'd found the body, and we could sew the head back
on, and use a ventriloquist over an Internet feed to Bill O'Reilly
Rumsfeld: What if we used one of those other bodies that came in without
heads?
Rove: No, that would be dishonest.
Rumsfeld: I can't believe you're tying my hands like this. It's so unfair.
George got to lie and say Saddam had nukes. Condi got to say Saddam had
nukes. Colin got to lie and say those balloon trucks were bio weapon labs.
I just want to tell one teeny tiny white lie about the extent of injuries
to the peons, and you're all over me. What's your problem?
www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A55860-2003Aug13.html
Rove: Ok how about this? Anyone who loses their limbs, call it a flesh
wound. After all, it IS just wounded flesh. It's not like they lost any
major organs.
Rumsfeld: You're not being fair. They're MY peons, and I should get to
say who is and isn't injured. The political wing should stay out of the
Pentagon's business.
Rove: Sigh. Don, please don't call them Peons. They're American boys
and girls. The correct term is Fodder Units, or F-U's. Get with the program.
Click.
I often ask myself how Americans can be so stupid. And then I remember
what their education system is like, and what the Bush family has done
to it over the years.
Today, I was wondering where the missing billions for the "Leave No
Child Behind" program have gone. They need to rename the program,
"Leave No Cruise Missile Behind"
www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A60271-2003Aug14_2.html
"The five-year contract is the most expensive submarine order in Navy
history. It is part of a long-term program to acquire 30 submarines that
has drawn criticism from Congress for its escalating price, which has jumped
24 percent in the last two years"
"Navy officials say the smaller conflicts of recent years have demonstrated
the value of attack submarines. Such vessels fired a third of the cruise
missiles in the war against Iraq this year, and continue to gather intelligence
for U.S. military commanders watching developments in Asia and the Middle
East, defense officials said"
"the rising costs have caught the Navy by surprise.
From 1995 to 2000, the Navy estimated that the total bill for the program
through 2020 would be about $65 billion, after adjustment for inflation.
But in 2002, the Defense Department estimate was $73.4 billion. In April,
it was raised to $81.8 billion"
Isn't it interesting how the price tag for the subs has jumped by an amount
proportionate to the increase in Defense Spending?
In otherwords, the additional spending isn't resulting in more hardware.
All it's doing is making the manufacturers of hardware already on order
raise their prices in proportion to the available funds.
Bottom line: Bush is stealing money so his Defense pals can charge 25%
more for stuff they were contracted to deliver at a lower price. That's
where your kid's education is going.
THE NEWS FROM BABYLON
I'm angry. Well, these days, I'm pretty much always angry, but the murder
of Sergio Vieira de Mello, head of the UN mission in Iraq, makes me really
mad. The murder of Mazen Dana, a Palestinian Reuters cameraman who was
covering the illegal occupation of Iraq, makes me mad too.
Mazen Dana was buried in Hebron today. I want to use his death to make
a comparison of how different armies operate. Most of us are aware of
how brutal the IDF has been toward the Palestinians since the Intifada
began. I've seen what's going on behind the green line in Ramallah and
Hebron with my own eyes. It IS brutal, and collective punishment. The
IDF throws flashbang grenades and this really nasty tear gas at you, WAY
worse gas than the gas police use here in North America. They shoot at
you too. I saw a 10-year-old kid get shot in the chest with a rubber bullet.
He was just standing there and they shot him.
Mazen Dana had been shot, beaten, kicked, stomped, gassed, and grenaded
covering the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine. He'd been on the
job for years, and was an award winning cameraman. He knew how to operate
in a safe fashion. In less than half a year of encountering American GI's,
he's dead. I think that says a lot about how the Americans are operating
in Iraq. They've killed several journalists already. I would not be surprised
to find out that they've killed as many journalists in five months as the
Israelis have during the whole Intifada. Yankees go home, dammit.
The bombing of the UN building wasn't terrorism. This was a professional
hit. A surgical strike designed to kill a dozen birds with one stone,
to ensure that the UN continues to do the bidding of the US and UK.
Already the cries of, "Run, Forrest, run", are coming from the
cheap seats.
Tom Friedman of the NY Times wants to put Iraqis in the line of fire as
guards in place of American troops, thereby changing the headline and color
of the body bags.
www.nytimes.com/2003/08/20/opinion/20FRIE.html
After all, an American is "special", while an innocent civilian
is just an F-U, right Tom?
The Americans do the same thing in Okinawa. They hide inside their bases
behind Japanese guards, so that anyone wanting to take revenge on an American
for the rape of their daughter or sister will have to kill a fellow Japanese
to get at the rapist.
"Run Forrest, run!"
When I sent out that post yesterday, I wasn't expecting the high level
of feedback I got in my box today. Seems that most of you, with two exceptions,
agree with my assessment.
If this attack WAS perpetrated by US agents, I'll give them this much credit:
it's a brilliant move. The press isn't even considering motive. There's
no discussion of this attack being the fault of anyone but Iraqis or Al-Qaeda,
despite the fact that the Iraqis have nothing to gain from it, and despite
the fact that US agent Ahmed Chalabi, and not Al-Qaeda, would have the
most to gain by the UN packing up and leaving.
For those of you who simply refuse to believe the US Government is incapable
of wrongdoing, then let's suppose for a second that Al-Qaeda did it.
If they did, then that means the US brought Al-Qaeda's terror to Iraq.
Before they arrived, Al-Qaeda wasn't committing acts of terror in Iraq.
It means the US presence made the UN a target, because Al-Qaeda has never
targeted the UN before. It means Bush is the root cause of this terrorism,
because it wasn't happening to THESE TARGETS until after he started the
seizure of Iraqi oil.
If it was Saddam loyalists, which makes no sense whatsoever, but let's
pretend it was Saddam loyalists. That means we've turned Iraqis into terrorists,
where prior to Bush's invasion there were no acts of terror against international
targets. So again, Bush's presence in Iraq is the root cause of terror.
But I don't think it was Al-Qaeda or Saddam Loyalists. They have nothing
to gain. Ahmed Chalabi and the Bush administration stand to gain the most
from this. More money from Congress, more troops, international reinforcements,
the vilification of Muslims, a new heroin market right next door to Afghanistan
with 20 million unemployed, and carte blanche for theft and murder.
It's not like America hasn't done this before. The "terror"
attacks staged by the CIA prior to the US buildup in Vietnam are public
record. So is the rape of Nuns by US Sponsored guerrillas in Central America.
The declassified Operation Northwoods documents prove that the US government
has even contemplated blowing up commercial airliners in the past. Lester
Coleman, formerly of the US Defense Intelligence Agency, swears that the
Lockerbie bombing was done by Syrian partners of the US Drug Enforcement
Agency, who were smuggling drugs into the US on behalf of the Bush family
and the CIA. The drug pipeline is corroborated by the Congressional Report
Syria, President Bush, and Drugs.
Things are so tenuous in Iraq that Bush needed something like this
- to bail him out. He needs troop commitments. He also
needs intel. But seriously, they're moving all their intel guys out of
Afghanistan and into Iraq, at a time when they've lost an entire province
to the Taliban, and during the worst violence in a year in Afghanistan.

"As the hunt for Saddam Hussein grows more urgent and the guerilla
war in Iraq shows little sign of abating, the Bush Administration is continuing
to shift highly specialised intelligence officers from the hunt for al-Qaeda
leader Osama bin Laden in
-
- Afghanistan to the Iraq crisis, according to intelligence
officials involved.
The activity, involving both analysts in Washington and specially trained
field operatives, followed the transfer of hundreds of elite commandos
from Afghanistan to Iraq, Pentagon officials said. It reflected the priority
of capturing Saddam quickly, ending the guerilla war, and locating possible
weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
It also gives further ammunition, however, to critics who have long claimed
that fighting the Iraq war would divert resources and attention from the
hunt for bin Laden and other al-Qaeda fugitives"
I can already see the Enquirer headline:
BUSH LOSES AFGHANISTAN DUE TO LACK OF INTELLIGENCE Ð Page 1
I have insisted from day one that the attack on Bali was staged by the
CIA. I believe many of the attacks in the Philippines are being done by
the same people. And there's circumstantial evidence to back this claim.
In May 2002, an American named Michael Terence Meiring blew himself up
in a hotel room in Davao. He lost both legs to a bomb he was making in
his hotel room. What's interesting is that first the FBI shows up, then
people from the US National Security Council come to whisk him away and
back to the USA before he can be charged with terrorism or anything else.
And they refuse to extradite him to face charges.

How many of you think that if you were making a bomb in your hotel and
it blew up in your face, Condi Rice would send her people to come rescue
you from facing charges?
This is how America started the Vietnam war. Stage fake terror attacks,
make sure the media gets pictures, then sell the phony crisis to the public
as a pretext for war against colored people.
The illegal occupation of Iraq is about oil. Owning it, and controlling
it. They will stop at nothing, including assassination, to succeed. Need
I remind you that Bush has reversed US policy and declared assassination
as a valid instrument of government?
They're so broke, and so desperate to hang onto Iraqi oil profits, that
Bush even issued Executive Order 13303 a few months ago. This Executive
Order makes it illegal to sue any company with an interest in Iraqi oil,
for any reason. Exxon could start using slave labor like it was using
in Myanmar, and this time around, the victims can't even get their day
in court.
Take a look at the EO, and look carefully at Section 1.

hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

- GEORGE W. BUSH
- THE WHITE HOUSE,
- May 22, 2003.
-
- Any legal judgment, null and void, by imperial decree.
Once the Bushies hand out a contract, no one can dispute it for any reason,
and if they DO manage to get the case heard in international court, Bush
will ignore the judgment and take no action to stop whatever illegal action
American corporations are involved in.
Mussolini said that, "fascism should rightly be called corporatism,
as it's the merger of state and corporate power"
So let's call a spade a spade, shall we?
George Bush is a fascist. He's been looting and pillaging the Muslim world
at breakneck pace, on behalf of his Wall Street pals. He is an illegitimate
leader.
And it's time to Burn Down the House. Again. In effigy, anyway. But if
you Yanks try and come for the water, oil, gas, diamonds and bitumen that
are going to make Canada the richest nation on earth in a very short time,
we're going to have to burn your stupid house down again.
This time, we'll paint it black.
That may well be the only way to
