- In days, Congress will decide on unlimited immigration.
-
- What does "unlimited" mean?
-
- One million? Ten million?
-
- Why not 400 million?
-
- The word "unlimited" means unlimited.
-
- How will you keep track of unlimited numbers? Who
will pay for the unlimited welfare and medical? Will you be out-voted
by unlimited numbers of immigrants?
-
- Remember the phrase "open borders?"
- or NAFTA "open borders", project of the United
Nations?
- or "unlimited immigration" project of the UN?
- or "population resettlement" program of the
UN?
- or UN's "free-trade" plan to abolish national
borders?
- or UN's plan to abolish nationhood?
-
- Congress is pushing for the UN's goal of unlimited immigration.
-
- The Facts:
-
- In the next few days, Congress is expected to approve
official trade agreements with Chile and Singapore. These Free Trade
Agreements would allow an unlimited number of "temporary" immigrants
to enter the US. "Legal" precedents would be established.
-
- Then, unlimited Chinese, Pakistanis, Mongolians, Burmese
or Bangladesh? Why not 130 million from India, Morocco, Iran, North
Korea, Zambia, Liberia or Turkey?
-
- Unlimited numbers!
- These official Free Trade Agreements are the stepping
stones to a European-style regional government for the Western Hemisphere,
to be completed by 2005. There would be no national borders in North
America, Central or South America. It would spell the end of American
sovereignty.
-
- What we are talking about here is a conspiracy to bring
about the end of American nationhood, on the way to world government; our
Constitution and Bill of Rights become irrelevant. We are in the
last stages of seeing a world effectively controlled by unelected and unaccountable
agents of the United Nations.
-
- American power brokers are giving their critical support
to the plan because they expect to be in charge of their new world order.

- Comment
- From: robert.c.russell
-
- I will start by stating that (1) I am personally very
concerned about immigration issues [explaining my review below and this
comment], and (2) I am not saying that Mr. Johns is incorrect when he
suggests that Congress is preparing to provide for "unlimited"
immigration through the proposed Chile & Singapore Free Trade Acts.
However, Mr. Johns did not reference any specific section of the proposed
bills supporting his suggestion. Therefore, confirming his suggestion
is made a little more difficult. I have just searched/reviewed the "unlimited"
claims of the the above- referenced article at <http://thomas.loc.gov/home/c108query.html>,
the official "bill" website. I have reviewed what I hope are
the relevant parts of the following bills:
-
- H.R.2738 (United States-Chile Free Trade Agreement
- Implementation Act),
- H.R.2739 (United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement
- Implementation Act),
- S.1416 (United States-Chile Free Trade Agreement
- Implementation Act), and
- S.1417 (United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement
- Implementation Act).
-
- As to the numbers of "nationals" allowed entry
into the US:
-
- 1. H.R. 2739 (Singapore) explicitly (?) limits immigration
of
- "nationals" fron
- Cile and Singapore as follows: "1,400 for nationals
of Chile" and
- "5,400 for
- nationals of Singapore" (SEC. 402. NONIMMIGRANT
- PROFESSIONALS.)
-
- 2. H.R. 2738 (Chile) limits as follows: "1,400
for nationals of
- Chile" (SEC.
- 402. NONIMMIGRANT PROFESSIONALS; LABOR
- ATTESTATIONS.)
-
- 3. S. 1417 (Chile) provides for "1,400 for nationals
of Chile" (SEC.
- 402.
- NONIMMIGRANT PROFESSIONALS; LABOR ATTESTATIONS.)
-
- 4. S. 1416 (Singapore) - Oddly, "SEC. 402. NONIMMIGRANT
- PROFESSIONALS; LABOR
- ATTESTATIONS" is indicated to be available for review
but was not
- available
- when I attempted to review it. It was my first time
to the site in a
- while. Operator error is possible.
-
- S. 1416 aside, it appears that each bill limits the number
of
- nationals allowed
- to temporarily immigrate.
-
- I will note that (1) these numbers are for EACH "fiscal
year" and
- individuals
- may request an extension for up to five years, one year
at a time,
- and (2) the
- limitiation does not extend to the "national's"
spouse or children.
-
- S.1416 (if not the others) provides that, "The Secretary
of
- Homeland Security
- shall establish annual numerical limitations on approvals
of initial
- applications by aliens for admission under section
- 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b1)." This
- appears to grant the Secretary carte blanche in set immigration
- limits. However, the number is subject to the limits
mentioned above.
-
- In sum, I am not certain where the "unlimited"
concern comes
- from. Again, I am
- not saying that it is not there. I just don't see it
yet.
-
- Respectfully,
-
- Rob
-
- P.S. I love your site.
