- In watching the President's address on National Television
lastnight, I found myself in hysterical tears of laughter over his pompus
and arrogant attitude on everything that he presented.

- It disgusted me that he avoided every single question
that was asked of him with double-talk excerpts from the pre-scripted speech
he had just given minutes before.

- What disugsted me most though was his intertwining of
Faith and God into this Political Equation. He said that he prays, he prays
for the American People and the innocent Iraqi People. He said that he
felt lifted because we pray for him, and that he "knows that".

- I say to him, "Who's your God George W. Bush?"

- My God doesn't accept prayer from men who use his name
and his will to justify the murder of innocents.

- My God has no respect, only shame, for men who use tragedy
to accelerate personal gain.

- My God does not believe in War.
-
- My God would not appreciate being used in a fashion that
excuses men of power to kill for profit.

- My God is a peaceful God.
-
- My God loves those who do not carry hate in their hearts,
or blood on their hands.
-
- My God loves he who would give to not receive in return.
-
- My God is compassionate, and forgiving.
-
- My God believes that time heals all wounds.
-
- My God would not answer to those men who "pray"
to him for more money, power, oil, lumber, or the like.

- My God does not appreciate it when his precious gem,
Earth, is torn apart, burned, and recycled for profit of material monies.

- My God has patience and understanding.
-
- So George W. Bush, I ask, who is your God that you would
use to justify murder and the sins you seek?

- Is your God Mars, the God of War?
-
- Is your God Osiris, Lord of the Underworld?

- Is your God Satan, the Fallen Angel?
-
- Or is your God, one that above all else, bends to your
will?

- ...Yourself?

Isn't it interesting that President Bush, who claims to be a 'born again
Christian,' who claimed Jesus Christ as his chosen role model, who called
the Holy Bible his choice of reading, who said he once lived a life woefully
steeped in sin but who found grace and forgiveness through Jesus Christ
is the same George Bush who as governor of the state of Texas (not unlike
Pontias Pilate was governor of Judea) refused to stay the execution of
a fellow Christian -- one equally converted from a sin filled life to walking
in forgiveness -- Carla Faye Tucker, who asked only that her death sentence
be commuted so that she might continue on with her prison ministry to the
women there behind bars. He would not stay it even one day. Carla had killed
someone at age 16 in drug induced haze. After being imprisoned, she found
Christ, was converted and started a ministry to the imprisoned women for
almost 14 years, while she awaited her execution. She was a model prisoner.
She didn't ask to be set free. She asked to be allowed to continue the
work of Christ.
George Bush refused her.
George Bush refused Christ.
Conversely, George did stay the execution of one person on death row while
governor, showing them mercy and grace. And only one. Henry Lee Lucas,
confessed serial rapist and murderer, who giggled and bragged about his
psychotic rapes and visceral conquests and toyed with authorities about
even more murders which they didn't even have a clue about. He died unrepentant
and claimed to have even made 'hits' for the CIA mixed in with his own
slaughters in order to obscure them as being assassinations. His execution
was commuted by GWB.
Jesus said, "You shall know them by their fruits."
